Wearing a Wire? Possibility of Even More Incriminating Chumph Evidence

While the MSM is focused on the Manafort/Stone indictments and arrests – What was going on in the Papadopoulos investigation may be even more damaging to the Chumph.

It appears that not only did Papadopoulos turn “State’s Evidence”, but he may have actively participated in assisting the investigation as part of a Plea Deal Here, CNN speculates that the “proactive participation” was the rationale for withholding news of the Guilty Plea entered in July of this year for three months…

And that he was wearing a wire.

If you remember back to December, when all 11 Intelligence Agencies released a statement that the Chumph was dirty – none of the wiretaps, intercepts , and other intelligence information which led the agencies to that conclusion (no it wasn’t the dossier prepared by the former British spy) has publicly surfaced.

The indictments handed out last week also did not include some of the more obvious candidates for orange jumpsuit hood, including Michael Flynn.

This suggests there is one hell of a group of charges yet to be released, and that Mueller plans to triangulate the Chumph by first taking down his criminal associates.

What the Manafort/Stone indictments suggest, is that Mueller also has the evidence to go after the Chumph for financial and money laundering crimes,  As well as to take down a number of other members of the Chumph cabal.

What the Papadopoulos take down indicates is that there is a lot more than circumstantial evidence that the Chump colluded with Putin.

The worst case scenario for the country  is to take down the Chumph and leave the Pence standing. Suggesting Pence won’t be in the group of “unindicted co-conspirators” to use a term from the Watergate days.

Putin’s Bitch Lies Exposed in Hearing

Today was a bad one for the serial liar in chief.

Not only did he lie about supposed wiretaps by President Obama, as part of an ongoing investigation into Russian interference in the election, he and his staff are under investigation for collusion (treason) with the Russians.

FBI Director Comey: Justice Dept. has no information that supports Trump’s tweets alleging he was wiretapped by Obama

■ The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, publicly confirmed an investigation into Russian interference in the presidential election and whether associates of the president were in contact with Moscow.

■ Mr. Comey also said the F.B.I. had “no information” to support President Trump’s allegation that Barack Obama wiretapped him.

■ The hearing’s featured witnesses: Mr. Comey and Adm. Michael S. Rogers, the director of the National Security Agency.

Comey confirms F.B.I. investigation into Russian election interference

The F.B.I. is investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible links between the Trump campaign and the Russian government — and whether there was any coordination, Mr. Comey said.

Mr. Comey said that it was unusual for the F.B.I. to confirm or deny the existence of any investigations, but that in unusual circumstances when it is in the public interest, the bureau will sometimes discuss such matters.

“This is one of those circumstances,” he said.

“The F.B.I., as part of our counterintelligence effort, is investigating the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 president election,” he continued, adding that the investigation included looking at whether associates of Mr. Trump were in contact with Russian officials, and whether they colluded with them.

Admiral Rogers made it clear that Russian efforts to interfere in democratic elections were not a one-off intrusion. They continue — now in Europe.

“We’ve seen some of the same things we’ve seen in the U.S. in terms of disinformation, fakes news,” he said.

President Trump, offering commentary on Twitter, put the best spin on it, noting that the witnesses did not say Russian hackers had changed vote tallies.

The vote tallies thing is a sensitive issue for several reasons. Investigating the vote tallies would expose the hacking of voting machines in certain states, which was possibly done by the Republican Party, and may have been done with technical and other assistance by the Russians.  There is a lot more dirt here having to do with actions by certain Republican elected officials, who may also have colluded with the Russians, or been beneficiaries of Russian spying on their Democrat opponents. There is already substantial credible public evidence to this effect. This politically wold be akin to tossing a thermite bomb into a natural gas tank farm, as it would potentially lay open a number of illegal acts, including treason within the Republican Party.

F.B.I. director says there’s ‘no information’ to support Trump wiretapping charge

Mr. Comey told the House Intelligence Committee, “We have no information to support” President Trump’s assertion on Twitter that President Barack Obama wiretapped Trump Tower.

“We have no information to support those tweets,” Mr. Comey said, repeating moments later, “All I can tell you is that we have no information that supports them.”

The N.S.A. chief, Admiral Rogers, weighed in as well, saying that he had no knowledge of anyone asking the British or any other ally to wiretap Mr. Trump. That seemed to refute another claim made by the White House.

“I’ve seen nothing on the N.S.A. side that we engaged in such activity, nor that anyone engaged in such activity,” Admiral Rogers said.

He then explicitly denied having any indication that Mr. Trump was wiretapped by British intelligence at the request of Mr. Obama….More Here...

The Chumph Twit Wiretap Claims

The Chumph was at it again last night on Twitter, claiming President Obama has his Campaign Headquarters in Chumph Hovel wiretapped during the election.

Image result for hanging a traitorCouple of problems with that. First off, the President can’t just order wiretaps of American citizens. A wiretap has to be done though a FISA Court, based on existing evidence that a person has, or is in the process of committing a crime. The process is specifically  outlined in two laws,  CALEA and the Patriot Act. Ergo, the DOJ has to have evidence to present to the court that there is a crime being committed. The reason for the wiretap typically is to identify all the criminals in the criminal enterprise, including those who the DOJ does not have evidence yet to convict. This is how the FBI typically goes after the Mafia. They have enough evidence to charge and likely convict a mobster, but want to gather evidence to charge those further up the line. Getting not only the guy who committed the murder, but the guy(s) who ordered it.

A FISA Court denied the FBI’s request for a warrant to monitor four members of the Trump campaign team over the summer, according to The Guardian. That means the FBI suspected criminal activity, but didn’t quite have enough evidence to convince the Judge at that time. That the Chumph campaign staff was involved in a conspiracy, isn’t at question. When you have now 5 high level people caught communicating frequently with the Russian “KGB”, it’s difficult to ‘splain how all of this “just happened” with no direction or collusion.

The president typically does not order surveillance, and there is no evidence that the Obama administration wiretapped Trump’s phones. The FBI, which is part of the Department of Justice, must request a warrant for a wiretap, and the DOJ prides itself on operating independently from the White House. The president ordering surveillance on an American would be a huge violation of that independence.

We don’t know at this point if any subsequent requests to the FISA Court were granted based on incontrovertible evidence.

The NSA and CIA aren’t subject to FISA, because they only can deal with offshore connections. Ergo, they can only look at and act on communications which reach outside our borders. If you are a Foreign Diplomat, or non-citizen communicating with the spy agencies of a foreign government – you are not a citizen, and have no FISA protections. So, if Flynn called the Chumph, the FBI would have had to get a Court Order to tap that (the NSA and CIA could not, under law listen in), If Flynn called the Russian Ambassador or someone in the “KGB”, the NSA was fully within legal rights to tap and record those conversations. The NSA can operate under the “warrentless wiretapping” provision of the Patriot Act – but there are limitations to that as defined by the Supreme Court. There is another agency which can conduct international surveillance which you’ve never heard of – but for this exercise, keep it simple.Image result for hanging a traitor

So…It wan’t Obama who wiretapped the Chumph. If he did so outside the government through private resources, it would be inadmissible both in Court, as well as in regards to the Intelligence Agencies.

The ONLY way the Chumph’s campaign hovel could have been wiretapped is that the FBI had discovered criminal activity, and applied through a FISA Court for permission to wiretap by providing significant evidence of that criminal activity.

And that means there was provable, and chargeable criminal activity going on in the Chumph campaign.

So…The Chumph saying Obama tapped his phones…Is an admission of guilt.

‘You’re in deep sh*t’: Lawmaker alerts Trump if phones were ‘tapped’ a judge found ‘probable cause of crime’

A California Congressman took to Twitter on Saturday morning to warn President Donald Trump that — if he is correct that his Trump Tower phones were tapped — he is “in deep sh*t.”

Early Saturday morning, Trump set the political world ablaze by accusing former President Barack Obama of having his phones tapped prior to the 2016 election.

“Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my ‘wires tapped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!” Trump tweeted  before adding, “Is it legal for a sitting President to be ‘wire tapping’ a race for president prior to an election? Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!”

It has been speculated that Trump’s wild accusations followed the president being alerted to aBreitbart article accusing Obama of orchestrating a “silent coup” against the administration. The article asserts that the Justice Department made two Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) requests in 2016 requesting Trump communications and data on a computer server in Trump Tower be monitored for connections to Russian banks or contacts.

Although Trump provided no information that he may have been monitored, Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) stated that the president may want to lawyer up.

“Mr. President: If there was a wiretap at Trump Tower, that means a fed judge found probable cause of crime which means you are in deep shit,” Lieu wrote. After providing a link to a Washington Post article on Trump’s tweets and the fallout, Lieu took it a step further.

“Either is paranoid like Nixon, or judge found probable cause of crime for . Either way our President is in trouble,” he wrote.
