Iowa Dem Quits Race After White Wing Attacks

More white wing thuggery. Not surprising Steve King has rallied the bigots, thugs, and criminals to his defense. Hope someone steps up to the plate and runs against him so the decent people of Iowa can take this bastard out of office.

Fearing for her life, Iowa Democrat abandons race to unseat GOP Rep. Steve King

The Democratic candidate running against anti-immigrant Republican Congressman Steve King (IA) announced Saturday that she is dropping out of the race for her own safety.

In a Facebook post published Saturday night, Kim Weaver wrote, “Over the last several weeks, I have been evaluating personal circumstances along with the political climate regarding this campaign. After much deliberation, I have determined that the best decision for me is to withdraw my candidacy for the US House race in Iowa’s 4th Congressional District.”

She explained that beginning during her 2016 campaign, she has been receiving threats of physical violence and murder, and said that “recent events at my home” were forcing her to re-evaluate her decision to run against King.

“While some may say enduring threats are just a part of running for office, my personal safety has increasingly become a concern,” Weaver said.

Furthermore, she explained, she cannot currently risk losing her health coverage, which would disappear if she quit her current job to campaign full time. Added to that, Weaver said her mother is in poor health in Des Moines.

“I feel that it’s necessary to be more available to support her. Considering this, along with the time and energy it takes to succeed as a candidate, I realize that I can’t fully commit to both,” Weaver wrote. “With all this in mind, I have made the difficult decision to end my campaign, and to move out of the district and back to Des Moines where I grew up.”

Weaver thanked her campaign staff, family and friends and urged them to stay active.

“I humbly ask for your support and understanding during this difficult time, as well as your continued support with the effort to unseat Steve King,” she wrote.

King is notoriously anti-immigrant and has made a number of embarrassingly tone-deaf statements about Latino immigrants and people of color during his time in office.

Portland Rescuer Speaks Out About “White Savior Complex”

An evil Trump racist attacks two black girls on a subway train. Three male passengers step up to defend the girls from a raving bigot. The bigot attacks the rescuers with a knife leaving two dead and one wounded.

Is the story here about the fact that some of the rescuers were white males, or the fact that black girls aren’t safe riding the subway because Trump has enabled an encouraged racist followers to attack them?

Countless times across America, every single day people stop to help each other in issues big and small with no consideration of race, ethnicity, or sex. Why do we let those evil actors define our conversation and thinking – and why do we let the issue of race color our perception of people just trying to do the right thing?

Portland Stabbing Victim Calls Out City’s ‘White Savior Complex’

Survivor Micah Fletcher urges supporters to focus on the girls who were targeted, not him.

Portland stabbing survivor Micah Fletcher is calling for supporters to focus their attention on the girls racially and religiously attacked during Friday’s train attack.

He was one of three people stabbed after confronting a man on a MAX train for verbally attacking Destinee Mangum, 16, and her 17-year-old-friend, who is Muslim and was wearing a hijab. While Fletcher survived, Ricky John Best and Taliesin Myrddin Namkai-Meche died from their wounds. Police arrested Jeremy Christian, who has ties to white supremacist groups, soon afterward.

Fletcher thanked supporters for an outpouring of kindness and money in a moving video he posted to Facebook Wednesday, but then he said there’s a problem that needs addressing.

“We need to remember that this is about those little girls. I want you to imagine that for a second being a little girl on that MAX,” Fletcher said. “This man is screaming at you. His face is a pile of knives. His body is a gun. Everything about him is cocked, loaded and ready to kill you,” he continued. “There is a history here with this. You can feel that this has happened before, and the only thing that was different was the names and faces. And then a stranger, two strangers, three strangers come to your aid. They try to help you. And that pile of knives just throws itself at them. Kills them.”

Even after experiencing such trauma, Fletcher has a way with words. The 21-year-old is a poet and student at Portland State University. Oregen Live reported that Fletcher won a 2013 poetry competition for two pieces of work: one that dealt with the blame rape victims face and another focused on the prejudice leveled at Muslims in America after the attacks on September 11, 2001. His work focuses on social injustices, and he wants his poems to inspire change.

“We in Portland have this weird tendency to continue patterns that we’ve done forever and one of them is same old just to put it bluntly: white savior complex,” Fletcher said in the video. “I think it’s immensely immensely morally wrong and irresponsible how much money we have gotten as opposed to how much support, money, love, kindness that has been given to that little girl.”

The poet linked to a fundraiser organized in honor of the two teenagers who were targeted during the train attack. At the time of this posting, about 1800 individuals donated more than $65,000 of its $150,000 goal. The group is raising money to provide the teenagers with safe transportation options and mental health services.

Multiple fundraisers were set up in the days following the attack and, in total, they surpassed $1 million in money raised. A GoFundMe page devoted to supporting Fletcher’s medical bills has received more than $255,000. A campaign organized by local nonprofit, Muslim Educational Trust, has raised more than $530,000 to support Fletcher and the families of the two men who died standing up to the attacker.

“Although this campaign is organized by Muslims, we welcome people of all faiths to contribute,” the campaign’s page says. The group reached its $60,000 goal within 5 hours. Its new goal is set at $550,000.

Portland restaurateur Nick Zukin started a GoFundMe page as well, which has raised $540,000 of its of $600,000 goal.

“They are heroes, yet their families are not only going to be faced with the pain of losing people they love, but with financial hardships from their passings,” Zukin wrote on the page. “I’ve started this GoFundMe to help them with costs as a result of their deaths and injuries.”

Fletcher asked followers to like and share his video, which has been viewed more than 300,000 times in the 14 hours since he posted it to Facebook.

Marine Career Change – The Stupid Way

These two can kiss their Marine careers goodbye, after spending a few months of nights guarding Porta-Potties as Privates.

Marines arrested after displaying white nationalist banner at pro-Confederate rally

Two active-duty U.S. Marines were arrested after driving hours from their homes to take part in a pro-Confederate rally last week in North Carolina.

Sgt. Michael Chesny and Staff Sgt. Joseph Manning were arrested for trespassing after draping a white nationalist banner over a building in downtown Graham during a May 20 demonstration, reported the Times-News.

The pair unfurled a banner that quoted George Orwell’s “1984” — “He who controls the past controls the future” — and the letters, “YWNRU,” which stands for “you will not replace us,” a slogan linked to the white nationalist group Identity Evropa.

The group has gained followers in recent years by blanketing college campuses with white nationalist literature, although it’s not clear whether either Marine is directly involved with Identity Evropa or similar groups.

The Marines told arresting officers they had gone to the rally to record video of protesters from the Industrial Workers of the World to prove the social group wasn’t peaceful.

Chesny serves as an explosive ordnance disposal technician based at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and Manning serves in the Marine Corps Engineer School at Camp Lejeune.

The servicemen were each charged with first-degree trespassing, a misdemeanor offense, and released on $1,000 bond the same day as their arrest.

The incident is under investigation by military personnel.

The U.S. Marine Corps updated its policies in 2009 to prohibit active advocacy for “supremacist doctrine, ideology or causes” that deprive others of civil rights.

Both Marines are decorated combat veterans who served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

White Supremacists Turn Out in Charlottesville, Va to Protest confederate Statue Takedown

Let the whimpering go on. The usual white nationalist and KKK suspects turned up yesterday in Virginia, including white nationalist and Momma’s Boy Richard Spencer to parade holding torches…

I guess they couldn’t afford a cross with wood prices being what they are.

Dozens of Torch-Wielding White Supremacists Protest Removal of Confederate Statue

Klavern in the Park…

Several dozen protesters gathered in Charlottesville, Virginia, on Saturday to express support for a Robert E. Lee statue that is set to be removed. The group made its point by lighting torchers and chanting Nazi rhetoric as well as “Russia is our friend.” Richard Spencer, the self-proclaimed white nationalist, was at the protest and also led an earlier rally against the removal of the statue that has become a centerpiece of Corey Stewart’s campaign in his bid to be elected Virginia governor this year. “What brings us together is that we are white, we are a people, we will not be replaced,” Spencer said at the first rally.

Some protesters at the afternoon Jackson Park rally spoke to the press and denied they were white supremacists. “We are simply just white people that love our heritage, our culture, our European identity,” one protester said.

Later that night, dozens gathered in Lee Park and surrounded a statue of the Confederate general that the City Council has voted to remove and replace with a new memorial dedicated to slaves. The protesters chanted, “You will not replace us” and “Blood and soil.” Yes, they were chanting a phrase that was popularized in Nazi Germany.

The protest didn’t last long as the white supremacists extinguished their torches when police surrounded the park. But they had made their point. “This event involving torches at night in Lee Park was either profoundly ignorant or was designed to instill fear in our minority populations in a way that hearkens back to the days of the KKK,” Charlottesville Mayor Mike Signer said in a statement.

There was no sign that Stewart, who is taking part in the June 13 GOP primary, was in any way involved in the protest, which was condemned by several of the other candidates for governor. A group that is suing to keep the statue in place denied any involvement in the protest Saturday night. “We remain committed to preserving the Robert E. Lee Monument in its park through the legal process in the courts because of its historic and artistic value,” the group said in a Facebook post. “We soundly and completely reject racism, white supremacy, and any other identity based groups that preach division and hate no matter which side of the issue they happen to support.”

Black Auburn University Student Eviscerates White Supremacist Richard Spencer

White Supremacist Richard Spence is having another bad week.

First, one of his supporters picks on the wrong anti-racism protester…

Then the students chase his scum followers off campus…

And instead of handing Spencer a Pepsi…This lady slams him.

Watch this Auburn University student smack down white supremacist Richard Spencer in just 30 seconds

When white supremacist Richard Spencer decided to speak at Auburn University despite the safety concerns of students, teachers and staff, he was met with violence as well as tough questions.

One student, however, challenged Spencer so perfectly.

“How are white people more racially oppressed than black people? Because I’m a black woman at a predominantly white institution and I want to know what challenges y’all face that I don’t?” she asked.

A man behind her can be heard shouting out “Affirmative Action” though it was unclear if he was saying she was an Affirmative Action student or if that was a challenge he faces as a white man at the university.

“And then another question: How did it feel when you got punched in the face at the inauguration?” she asked as the audience laughed and applauded.

Got really bad news for you, Spencer. It ain’t your South anymore.

White Nationalist Kicked Out of CPAC

Seems that even conservative’s seemingly bottomless tolerance for racial innuendo and racists has reached its limit.Surprising – since conservatism has been virtually synonymous with racism for such a long time. Richard Spencer gets pimp slapped…Again. SO now we got the alt-right-whites, against the whiter-right-whites…Never ceases to amaze me.

Richard Spencer wants you to know that unlike fellow racist Milo Yiannopoulos who was dis-invited earlier this week …He’s not a pedophile. ind of interesting when someone starts denying something they haven’t been accused of by anyone yet…

White nationalist leader kicked out of CPAC

On his way out, Richard Spencer rebuked Milo Yiannopoulos, who was disinvited from the event earlier this week.

Richard Spencer, a leader of the white nationalist movement, said he was “glad” that disgraced Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos was disinvited from the Conservative Political Action Conference after he made controversial statements on pedophilia, while leaving the conservative conference Thursday after his own credentials had been revoked.

“I totally reject Milo and I’m glad that he was disinvited,” Spencer said about Yiannopoulos, who resigned from Breitbart this week after remarks surfaced in which he praised pedophilia. The right-wing journalist was slated to be keynote speaker at CPAC but was disinvited earlier this week because of the controversy.

“I was willing to tolerate him or maybe be ambivalent about him but after his video clips, there’s no way that I could support Milo in any way.”

Yiannopoulos, who has stirred up controversy in recent weeks with his appearances on college campuses, resigned from Breitbart and lost a major book deal after tapes emerged on which he advocated sexual relationships between “younger boys and older men.”

In his resignation statement, Yiannopoulos said he believed the tapes were selectively edited.

“To repeat: I do not support child abuse,” Yiannopoulos said at a news conference. “I am sorry to other abuse victims who may have interpreted my statements as flippant.”

Spencer, who purchased his own tickets to CPAC, was ejected after a CPAC staffer spotted him and revoked his credentials. Defiant, Spencer flashed his empty lanyard to reporters as he left the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center just outside D.C., where the conservative confab is taking place over the next few days.

“They threw me out, it’s pathetic,” he said on his way out, saying that he wanted to have conversations inside on identity politics.

“I guess that they just discovered who I was, because the truth is that people want to talk to me, not to other conservatives.”

A CPAC spokesperson told NBC that the group ejected Spencer because it finds his views “repugnant.”

American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp told POLITICO that it was the group’s right to revoke Spencer’s credentials. “You are welcome to come down here, we will have civil conservation about things we disagree with but there are boundaries, one of those boundaries is having respect for people, people’s heritage, people’s race, and the alt-right is not a voice in the conservative movement,” Schlapp said.

But Spencer fired back: “CPAC cannot host a speech where they denounce the alt-right by name and then expect me not to come. They’re children. I mean, look, adults will engage in dialogue particularly when you’re going to denounce someone. They’re not even engaging in dialogue.”

Spencer, who is the president of the National Policy Institute, a white nationalist think tank, was unsparing in his criticism of Yiannopoulos, who is also considered an alt-right activist.

“He glorified and excused the sexual abuse of other people,” Spencer said. “That is absolutely out of bounds.”

Yiannopoulos brushed off Spencer’s criticisms. “Richard Spencer knows that for the rest of his life his best shot at getting attention is to talk about me,” Yiannopoulos told POLITICO. “I don’t begrudge him the scraps he craves.”

Domestic Terrorism Far Greater then Foreign

The following video documents one part of attacks on Jewish Centers and Synagogues across the country this week… The simple fact is, driven by hate speech on the right, much of it supported by the Chumph, hate crimes and domestic terrorism is on the rise.

What’s more dangerous: Islamic extremism or Christian extremism?

Looking at 10 years of data, one fact stands out: There are more, if less deadly, attacks from far-right extremists

On a Tuesday morning in September 2001, the American experience with terrorism was fundamentally altered. Two thousand, nine hundred and ninety-six people were murdered in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Thousands more, including many first responders, lost their lives to health complications from working at or being near Ground Zero.

The 9/11 attacks were perpetrated by Islamist extremists, resulting in nearly 18 times more deaths than America’s second most devastating terrorist attack – the Oklahoma City bombing. More than any other terrorist event in U.S. history, 9/11 drives Americans’ perspectives on who and what ideologies are associated with violent extremism.

But focusing solely on Islamist extremism when investigating, researching and developing counterterrorism policies goes against what the numbers tell us. Far-right extremism also poses a significant threat to the lives and well-being of Americans. This risk is often ignored or underestimated because of the devastating impact of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

We have spent more than 10 years collecting and analyzing empirical data that show us how these ideologies vary in important ways that can inform policy decisions. Our conclusion is that a “one size fits all” approach to countering violent extremism may not be effective.

By the numbers

Historically, the U.S. has been home to adherents of many types of extremist ideologies. The two current most prominent threats are motivated by Islamist extremism and far-right extremism.

To help assess these threats, the Department of Homeland Security and recently the Department of Justice have funded the Extremist Crime Database to collect data on crimes committed by ideologically motivated extremists in the United States. The results of our analyses are published in peer-reviewed journals and on the website for the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism & Responses to Terrorism.

The ECDB includes data on ideologically motivated homicides committed by both Islamist extremists and far-right extremists going back more than 25 years.

https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/Ue5ah/3/

Between 1990 and 2014, the ECDB has identified 38 homicide events motivated by Islamist extremism that killed 62 people. When you include 9/11, those numbers jump dramatically to 39 homicide events and 3,058 killed.

The database also identified 177 homicide events motivated by far-right extremism, with 245 killed. And when you include the Oklahoma City bombing, it rises to 178 homicide events and 413 killed.

Although our data for 2015 through 2017 are still being verified, we counted five homicide events perpetrated by Islamist extremists that resulted in the murders of 74 people. This includes the Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando, which killed 49 people. In the same time period, there were eight homicide events committed by far-right extremists that killed 27 people.

These data reveal that far-right extremists tend to be more active in committing homicides, yet Islamist extremists tend to be more deadly.

Our research has also identified violent Islamist extremist plots against 272 targets that were either foiled or failed between 2001 and 2014. We are in the process of compiling similar data on far-right plots. Although data collection is only about 50 percent complete, we have already identified 213 far-right targets from the same time period.

https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/QDeoQ/3/

The locations of violent extremist activity also differ by ideology. Our data show that between 1990 and 2014, most Islamist extremist attacks occurred in the South (56.5 percent), and most far-right extremist attacks occurred in the West (34.7 percent). Both forms of violence were least likely to occur in the Midwest, with only three incidents committed by Islamist extremists (4.8 percent) and 33 events committed by far-right extremists (13.5 percent).

Targets of violence also vary across the two ideologies. For example, 63 percent of the Islamist extremism victims were targeted for no apparent reason. They just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, often visiting symbolic locations or crowded venues such as the World Trade Center or military installations.

In contrast, 53 percent of victims killed by far-right extremists were targeted for their actual or perceived race or ethnicity. Far-right extremists, such as neo-Nazis, skinheads and white supremacists, often target religious, racial and ethnic, and sexual orientation and gender identity minorities…

White Supremacists Invade Police Forces – The Murders of the Unarmed.

White Supremacists have sucessfully infiltrated a number of Police Forces around the country. You want to know why there is such a pushback to Black Lives Matter? Why Police still shoot down unarmed black men? Why so many die of maltreatment while incarcerated?

Here is the proof.

Why did the FBI fear conservatives?

Conservatism = Racism.

FBI investigated White supremacists infiltrating law enforcement agencies: report

The FBI feared conservative backlash in bringing a shocking report to light

According to a classified FBI counterterrorism policy guide obtained by The Intercept, “white supremacists and other domestic extremists” have been joining law enforcement agencies across the United States.

“Domestic terrorism investigations focused on militia extremists, white supremacist extremists, and sovereign citizen extremists often have identified active links to law enforcement officers,” the FBI’s guide states. Detailing the ways the FBI places individuals on a terrorism watch list, the Known or Suspected Terrorism File.

Despite the evident threat posed by these right-wing extremists, law enforcement has failed to acknowledge proper ways to combat, or even address the systemic issue.

“No centralized recruitment process or set of national standards exists for the 18,000 law enforcement agencies in the United States, many of which have deep historical connections to racist ideologies. As a result, state and local police as well as sheriff’s departments present ample opportunities for white supremacists and other right-wing extremists looking to expand their power base,” The Intercept wrote.

In October 2006, the FBI released an internal assessment noting that white supremacy groups have a history intending to infiltrate law enforcement agencies. The memo contained many redactions, but noted “ghost skins,” or individuals who mask their personal beliefs in order to integrate with society, while still secretly advancing their ideologies.

“In at least one case, the FBI learned of a skinhead group encouraging ghost skins to seek employment with law enforcement agencies in order to warn crews of any investigations,” The Intercept reported.

The report came about after widespread instances of abuse, including a local sheriff’s department that formed a neo-Nazi gang that consistently terrorized black and latino communities, and a police detective in Chicago rumored to be a KKK member that tortured at least 120 black men throughout his career, to name a few.

After Barack Obama took office, an intelligence study conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, with the partnership of the FBI, warned of a “resurgence” in right-wing extremism. The report stated, “lone wolves and small terrorist cells embracing violent right-wing extremist ideology are the most dangerous domestic terrorism threat in the United States.”

These conclusions resulted in unrest from many conservatives who felt as if they were painted in a bad light, and presumed dangerous, by association. Due to the criticism, the report was condemned by then DHS Secretary, Janet Napolitano, who also issued an apology to military veterans.

Despite re-establishing the Domestic Terrorism Task Force in 2014, the majority of the government’s efforts to thwart extremism was focused on foreign groups, rather than domestic.

“Critics fear that the backlash following the 2009 DHS report hindered further action against the growing white supremacist threat, and that it was largely ignored because the issue was so politically controversial,” The Intercept wrote.

The Intercept cited sociologist Pete Simi, who has studied for decades the rapid increase in white supremacists in both law enforcement and the military. Simi conducted a study finding at least 31 percent of individuals indicted for right wing extremist activities, to have military experience.

Another White Supremacist Trumpazoid _ Another Massacre of the Innocent and Unarmed. Quebec Mosque.

Another racist Trumpazoid, another attack on defenseless people because of their race/religion, sexual preference, or sex.

Faux News this Am was still trying to pawn that the  shooter was a non-white “Islamic Terrorist”

Quebec mosque shooter Alexandre Bissonnette's classmates say he was a white nationalist who loved President Trump

Quebec mosque shooter Alexandre Bissonnette’s classmates say he was a white nationalist who loved President Trump

Alexandre Bissonnette “really liked Trump and had a permanent grudge against the left”

The suspected shooter who carried out a massacre of Muslims praying at a mosque in Quebec, Canada, is a strong supporter of far-right U.S. President Donald Trump and a right-wing extremist, according to his former classmates, acquaintances, and social media accounts.

During evening prayers on Sunday, January 29, a gunman opened fire in the Quebec Islamic Cultural Center, killing six worshipers and injuring 19 more. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condemned the shooting as a “terrorist attack on Muslims.”

The suspected assailant, 27-year-old Alexandre Bissonnette, is a white Canadian who has expressed far-right, anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant, anti-feminist, and pro-Israel views.

“He really liked Trump and had a permanent grudge against the left,” explained Éric Debroise, who knew Bissonnette and contacted the police after the attack. (Quotes are original translations from French.)

The suspected shooter’s politics are “very right-wing and ultra-nationalist white supremacist,” Debroise told the local newspaper Le Journal de Quebec.

“He has right-wing, pro-Israel, anti-immigration political ideas,” Jean-Michel Allard-Pru, another classmate, said of Bissonnette, who was a student at Laval University.

Canadian newspaper The Globe and Mail reported that the suspected shooter “was known in the city’s activist circles as a right-wing troll who frequently took anti-foreigner and anti-feminist positions and stood up for U.S. President Donald Trump.”

François Deschamps, who runs a refugee support page on Facebook, told the publication that Bissonnette was an abusive far-right internet troll “who made frequent extreme comments in social media denigrating refugees and feminism.”

Multiple people who knew Bissonnette linked him to the far-right, nationalist, racist “Identitarian” movement, which is on the rise in Europe and North America.

Bissonnette’s extreme right-wing views were similarly inspired by Marine Le Pen, the far-right politician who may become the next president of France. Like Trump, Le Pen campaigns on racist, anti-Muslim, white nationalist policies.

On his personal Facebook page, Bissonnette liked the pages of both Trump and Le Pen. (Bissonnette’s Facebook profile was taken down after the attack, but it is archived here.)

A pro-refugee group in Quebec City wrote on Facebook that activists knew of the suspected shooter because of his extreme “Identitarian, pro-Le Pen, and anti-feminist positions.”

Bissonnette also liked the Facebook pages of the Israel Defense Forces and the pro-Israel group United with Israel. The Israeli government is extremely right-wing, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has expressed staunch support for President Trump and his anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant policies.

After the massacre at the Quebec Islamic Cultural Center, police initially detained two people — Bissonnette and Mohamed Khadir, who is Muslim. Khadir was widely reported to be another suspect, but he was quickly released and police made it clear that he was a witness, not an assailant. This, however, did not stop anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant groups from distorting the facts surrounding the events.

President Trump’s far-right administration and right-wing news sources jumped on the opportunity to misleadingly blame the attack on a Muslim. White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer tried to use the rumor to justify President Trump’s racist ban on Muslim refugees and migrants. But in reality the opposite is true: the suspected shooter is a white Canadian who massacred Muslim migrants. The victims were largely from North Africa.

As if often the case with terrorist attacks carried out by white right-wing extremists, media reports and government officials claimed the shooting was a “lone wolf” attack, and gave very sympathetic coverage to the suspected shooter, portraying him as “timid,” “lonely,” and “kind.”

Far-right terrorism is on the rise in North America. In the U.S., residents are significantly more likely to be killed by right-wing extremists than they are Islamist extremists.

White Nationalist Gets Clocked While “Profiling” In DC

Damn, son…You in the wrong part of town to be talking that crap. Might I suggest someplace else…Like safely out in the Red Zone?

You taking a job with the Chumph…You better have a whole bunch of them Trump Storm troopers surrounding your ass.

White nationalist Richard Spencer sucker-punched in the face during Trump inauguration

White nationalist Richard Spencer was reportedly sucker-punched in his face during the inaugural festivities for President Donald Trump today.

A video shared on Twitter shows Spencer discussing the “White lives matter” movement while he’s being harassed and heckled by onlookers. One person called Spencer a Nazi and Spencer corrected the person, claiming that Nazis actually hate him.

While Spencer was talking about the impact Pepe the Frog had during the election, an unidentified white man dressed in a black hoodie with a black cloth over his face approached Spencer and punched him in the face. Spencer collapsed to the side and quickly ran away while fixing his hair. Claims that this occurred during the inaugural festivities are unverified, however.

The attacker fled the scene in the opposite direction.

Spencer, a leader of the so-called “alt-right” movement, has come under political attack for his white nationalism and his targeting of professors. He notoriously held a gathering of neo-Nazis and white nationalists shortly after the election not far from the White House. Spencer’s final remarks led the crowd in a chant of “Hail Trump!” in which audience members raised their hands in a Nazi salute. Spencer’s mother has also come under fire in her Montana town and white nationalists have tried to organize a rally in support.

But Wait! There is more!

This white supremacist baits the bear in a very bad place. A very bad place defined as anywhere there aren’t 10 of his fellow racist white supporters, and more than one black person.

And under the heading of “Don’t go looking for trouble” …”Don’t start trouble, there won’t be any trouble”…This  oldie but goodie…

Howard Dean rallies the Internet with plan to ‘destroy’ Breitbart — and it’s already working

Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean (D) on Sunday called on progressives to help cripple Breitbart News’ business model with an aggressive and shrewd campaign of boycotting advertisers.

In a tweet on Sunday, Dean encouraged his followers to share a plan highlighted in a recent New York Times article titled “How to Destroy the Business Model of Breitbart and Fake News.”

Thanks to NYT article I am going to look at Breitbart next week and refuse to buy any product I see advertised there. Please RT.

According to the Times, a group called Sleeping Giants have been successful at forcing advertisers to blacklist Breitbart by taking screen shots of advertisements that appear next to hate speech on the conservative website. The group then uses the screen shots to shame the advertisers on social media.

The tactic has been surprisingly successful, according to Sleeping Giants. Zappos, 3M, Patagonia and Warby Parker have all reportedly pulled their ads. Conservatives threatened to boycott Kellogg’s after it became one of the first advertisers to ban Breitbart. But the company received unexpected public relations and sales benefits when people opposed to fake news started an effort to donate Kellogg’s products to soup kitchens.

Participatory Culture Foundation board member Nicholas Reville, who has coordinated with the Sleeping Giants group, told the Times that companies realize the importance of embracing diversity.

“You have to be inclusionary if you’re going to try to sell to a very large audience,” he explained.

The following is a list of companies which have pulled advertising from Breitbart. Recently looked at the site to see Toyota was still up…Maybe it is time to consider buying a Ford.

Racist Trump Troll Unmasked As Unemployed 34 Year Old Living Off His Father

Confirming the stereotype that much of the alt-right Trolls are 30 something unemployed, overweight, uneducated  failures living off mommy and daddy, who sit in the basement and spew hate.

Scotish man Colin Robertson has been revealed as the influential racist vlogger behind the Millennial Woes blog (Screen cap via Daily Record).

Influential YouTube racist unmasked as unemployed man living with his father

An influential racist YouTuber living in Scotland has been unmasked as an unemployed ex-student who still lives with his father.

The Daily Record has confirmed that a 34-year-old Linlithgow resident named Colin Robertson is the man behind the Millennial Woes YouTube channel, which counts more than 20,000 subscribers and over 2 million video views.

Robertson has become an influential voice within the white nationalist movement, and late last year he gave a speech at the National Policy Institute conference in Washington, D.C., where participants raised their arms in Nazi salutes and shouted, “Hail Trump!”

As the Record notes, Robertson is explicitly a white nationalist, as he believes that white people are the only people who should be allowed to lawfully live in the United Kingdom.

“I just didn’t want loads of black people in my country,” he said in a recent video. “It came down to a racial thing, a racial loyalty. I didn’t want black people, I didn’t want Indians, I didn’t want Chinese, I didn’t want Arabs, I wanted my country for my people.”

Although he has no formal job, the Record says Robertson claims to make enough money to live via ads for his incendiary videos, which he shoots in his father’s bedroom.

Trump Begins Selection of White Nationalist, Racist, and Anti-Semitic Staff

One of the Chumph’s first two selections for the White’s Only House is both a known anti-Semite and racist. A number of other names mentioned to take positions on the Chumph’s cabinet are also known and established racists like Rudy Giuliani.

Makes you wonder what position he is going to give former KKK David Duke.

A White Nationalist Is The New White House Chief Strategist

Steve Bannon, who stoked the flames of alt-right fury while running Breitbart News, is headed to the presidential inner circle.

Brietbart race pimping to white supremacists

Steve Bannon, the Breitbart News Network executive chairman known for having white nationalist views ― and who has himself been accused of anti-Semitism ― was named chief strategist and senior counselor to President-elect Donald Trump on Sunday.

Bannon, 62, was taking time off from Breitbart to serve as CEO of the Trump campaign before Sunday’s announcement giving him a senior leadership role in the incoming administration.

Trump also announced Sunday that Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus would serve as his chief of staff.

“Steve and Reince are highly qualified leaders who worked well together on our campaign and led us to a historic victory,” Trump said in a press release announcing the appointments. “Now I will have them both with me in the White House as we work to make America great again.”

David Axelrod, who served as senior advisor to President Barack Obama during his first term, said via Twitter Sunday that picking Priebus over Bannon as chief of staff could signal Trump taking a more “conventional” approach, but later said that having Bannon in the White House at all was “deeply troubling.”

Bannon’s name appeared above Priebus’ in the release, suggesting his significance in the Trump administration could rival that of the chief of staff. A president’s top strategist and senior counselor typically control access to the president and help set and carry out his agenda.

Breitbart served as a mouthpiece for the Trump campaign and an attack dogagainst conservatives like House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) who were critical of Trump.

Breitbart has propagated conspiracy theories, like Planned Parenthood having Nazi ties or Clinton aide Huma Abedin being a spy for Saudi Arabia. The website traffics in misogynist and racist stories; it frames women who push back against harassment or gender bias as weak and incompetent and portrays people of color and immigrants as inherently criminal.

Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) spokesman Adam Jentleson said Trump’s choice of Bannon “signals that White Supremacists will be represented at the highest levels in Trump’s White House. “

“It is easy to see why the KKK views Trump as their champion,” he added.

The SPLC and the Anti-Defamation League expressed concern over the appointment as well, with the ADL saying Bannon and “his alt-right are so hostile to core American values.”

Trump Selects White Supremacist as Trump Delegate to GOP Convention

Trumps true colors = racism.

Trump campaign selects nation’s top white nationalist to serve as delegate to GOP convention

One of the country’s most prominent white nationalists has just been selected as a Trump delegate from California

One of the country’s most prominent white nationalists has just been selected as a Donald Trump delegate to the Republican National Convention from California.

William Daniel Johnson, a Los Angeles lawyer and leader of a political party that “exists to represent the political interests of White Americans,” is so excited about Donald Trump’s candidacy and its potential to mainstream white nationalism that he’s spent thousands to aid the wealthy businessman’s campaign and has be rewarded with a vote at the Republican’s nominating convention in Cleveland this July.

“Johnson got the news that he had been selected by Trump in a congratulatory email sent to him by the campaign’s California Delegate Coordinator, Katie Lagomarsino,” reported Mother Jones on Tuesday. Johnson, head of the American Freedom Party, told Mother Jones that although he never used the term “white nationalist” in his application to be a Trump delegate, “he disclosed multiple details about his background and activism.”

Of course, as one of the most notorious white nationalist in America, Johnson has garnered national headlines for his vocal and fervent support for Trump, a candidate who could barely muster a disavowal of former Klu Klux Klan Grand Wizard David Duke.

In February, Trump vowed to return a $250 donation Johnson made to the campaign. Last month, the white nationalist spent $6,000 on robocalls on behalf of Trump ahead of the Wisconsin primary.

“I want people to hear, to feel comfortable with, the term ‘white nationalist,’” Johnson told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel at the time.

“The white race is dying out in America and Europe because we are afraid to be called ‘racist,’” Johnson said in one robocall to voters in Vermont and Minnesota.

Pa Republican Invites White Supremacist to Testify

White Supremacist…White Nationalist…Getting so you can’t tell you racists without a scorecard with all that racist Projection thing going on…

PA Rep: Don’t Call My Witness A White Supremacist, He’s A White Nationalist!

Without mentioning Vandervoort’s name, the committee chair Rep. Daryl Metcalfe (R) defended the invitation and rebutted the Democrat’s claims.

“The comments that she made about some alleged white supremacist being in our meeting was outrageous,” Metcalfe said Thursday, according to the Patriot News. “It was an email put out alleging that somebody was a white nationalist, which is quite a bit different from a white supremacist. To say somebody is a nationalist and for the independence of their country and a patriot to defending their country, is a lot different from saying somebody is a racist.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center has described Vandervoort as being tied “to white nationalist groups.” But, as the Patriot-News noted, the center characterizes white nationalist groups as espousing “white supremacist or white separatist ideologies.”

Metcalfe also said, “For whoever said the man was white to begin with, that person was actually the racist — tying his skin color to his patriotism and what he stands up for for his country.”
