Houston Cop Harasses Black Business Owner

Here are some young guys trying to do the right thing by starting a lawn cutting business.

The crew of 4 brothers is busily cutting grass when a Houston Police Officer decides to harass them for no justifiable reason.

I don’t know about you…But when I jump on my John Deere in my decidedly non designer raggedy work wear to cut the back 40. carrying my wallet is real low on the list.

WATCH: Texas police officer harasses black teen for mowing grass

A video of a black teenager being harassed by a security officer in Harris County, Houston, Texas, went viral as soon as it emerged on social media Tuesday.

In the video recorded by Marvel Gibson, he is heard saying that he was going door-to-door to distribute cards for his business of mowing yards while his crew was cutting out grass and mowing a lawn in the area.

“When I saw you, you were going door-to-door-to-door,” the officer is heard saying in the video. Gibson responded saying he was distributing business cards. “Yeah, I’m putting my business cards out,” Marvin replied, holding a business card out for the cop.

“Well that’s what I’m trying to find out,” said the cop.

“Well that’s all you had to ask,” said the teen. “You see me cutting grass.”

“Well, let me see some ID,” the officer asked him. The video starts with the officer asking the teen to “step over here” next to a vehicle which appears to be their lawn work truck. Sounds of the lawn machinery can be heard in the background in the video as the other crew members seem to be working.

When the police officer asked him for an ID, Gibson said: “I don’t have it on me.”

The officer then asked the youth’s name and date of birth to which the teen responded saying he was 19 although he said his date of birth was 10/12/1999, which would make him 18 years old.

Gibson enquired why the officer was asking for so much of his information. The officer told him he was investigating what the teen was doing in the neighborhood.

“When an officer asks you for your ID, you’re supposed to provide your ID. You don’t have your ID. I don’t care what you’re doing,” the cop told Gibson.

Seconds later, Gibson is heard repeatedly asking for the officer’s identity card in order to note down his details. However, the cop grabs his handcuffs to arrest the teen.

Gibson then left the place as he recorded the entire incident, warning the officer that he will drag him to the court.

“We’re cutting grass, sir. You’re harassing us,” said Gibson, who flashed his green business card in front of the camera, showing that he was only doing his job.

One of his friends, probably a crew member, can be heard saying “you can’t do this just coz he’s black.” Gibson is then heard repeating that he wants the cop’s name and his ID card.

The video cuts out halfway through the incident and then says “later that day” and goes on to show the same cop in front of Gibson’s yard in front of his home. The video shows the same teen filming from the front door of a house with the cop standing by a tree in the yard as police vehicles are seen driving in the background. Gibson can be heard saying “you are harassing me, get out of my yard. Move around, leave.”

Black Cop Warns Black Men of White Cops

It isn’t like we haven’t seen a lot of evidence of some white cops escalating what should be a routine stop to murder. In combination with stacked juries and corrupt state prosecutors who protect bad cops from even murder prosecution, this creates a situation for increased violence instead of de escalation.

The problem here, at least to my view, is in large part the training given to cops to use massive force in response to every situation. This approach, instead of any sort of walking a situation down into a non-violent conflict is exacerbated by white cop prejudices and racism.

This black cop who let the cat out of the bag…Better watch his back.

Off Duty Lansing Cop Chokes Teen and Threaten to Kill Him…For Being on His Lawn

Another out of control cop. This one off duty. Black teens sit in his front yard to tend to one of them who had been injured. White cop comes out tackles one of them starts choking him and threatening to kill him.

Guess the only good thing is he didn’t have his gun so he could have shot both kids and had the County Prosecutor get him off with an all white, Trump voter jury.

Off-Duty Officer Pins Black Teen To Ground For Being On His Lawn

Another teen filmed the video and begged the officer to let them go.

Police officers in the Village of Lansing, Illinois, are investigating an incident involving an off-duty police officer who was filmed holding a black teenager to the ground and threatening his life for being on the officer’s lawn.

Another minor filmed a portion of the Saturday confrontation, which was later shared on Facebook, where it went viral. The roughly 90-second video, seen below, contains explicit language throughout.

In it, an adult man straddles the teen and puts his hand around his neck. The man can be heard scolding the teen for coming onto his property and says, “I’m going to fucking kill you.”

Andrew M. Stroth, a civil rights attorney who is representing the teen’s family, identified him as 15-year-old Jordan Brunson and identified the teen who recorded the incident only as Aaron, also 15.

Later in the video, the off-duty officer tells Brunson that he is “trying to figure out what’s going on and you guys are acting stupid.”

When Brunson tells the man that “he is not involved in this,” the man says, “I don’t give a fuck who is. Do you understand that?”

“Why are you doing this to me then?” Brunson asks, to which the man replies, “Because your friend is being a fucking idiot,” apparently referring to Aaron.

A woman named Ann Falls, who claims to be related to Brunson, shared the video Monday on Facebook. It has been viewed nearly 4 million times.

The Lansing Police Department confirmed to the Northwest Indiana Times that officials had been investigating the incident before video of the confrontation was uploaded to the internet. The confrontation was related to a larger fight that had broken out among about 30 juveniles earlier in the day, police said in a statement Tuesday.

Brunson told Chicago news station WGN-TV that he was trying to help his friend who had been injured in a fight and went to sit on the officer’s porch.

“I was examining him,” Brunson told the news station. “I was going to go tell his grandmother.” Brunson also said that the man never identified himself as a police officer.

When asked about the officer’s confrontation of the teens, a spokesperson for the Lansing police directed HuffPost to statements released Monday, which said the off-duty officer “became involved when he was approached by two other subjects involved in the fight.”

“One of the juveniles had visible minor injuries, and the other was temporarily detained for further investigation until the arrival of on-duty officers,” the statement said.

The off-duty officer had found a backpack containing a baseball hat and a BB gun in his backyard, then he saw the injured 15-year-old on his property, according to the police’s statement Tuesday. The teen told the officer that he had been in a fight with several black male juveniles.

A black 15-year-old (Brunson, who is not identified by name in the police statement) then reportedly approached the injured teen and the off-duty officer on the officer’s property. According to police, the officer told both teens to stay put until police arrived, but they refused, “resulting in the off-duty officer physically detaining one of the juveniles.”

Stroth, whose law firm investigates police brutality, called the officer’s actions unwarranted and excessive, and said the earlier fight between the teens was unrelated to the officer’s treatment of Brunson.

“The video speaks for itself. It’s yet another example of a white officer using excessive and unreasonable force against a 15-year-old black boy,” Stroth told HuffPost. “Based on eyewitness reports and the video, Jordan did nothing to provoke the unwarranted and excessive force used by the police officer.”

Stroth told HuffPost that police had not filed any charges against either boy. Lansing police have not released the name of the officer, who is still on active duty, Police Chief Dennis Murrin told the Northwest Indiana Times.

Brunson’s family has not pressed any charges against the officer, though Stroth’s law firm is conducting its own investigation into the incident.

New Video of Ft Worth Police Brutality

A new video reveals Forth Worth officer kicked teen age girl while she was laying handcuffed on the ground… The language by a bystander who filmed the events gets pretty rugged – so beware.

New video reveals Fort Worth cop kicked black woman’s 15-year-old daughter after handcuffing her

When a white Fort Worth police officer wrestled Jacqueline Craig to the ground and handcuffed her for complaining about a neighbor who allegedly assaulted her son, the video of the incident was 11-minutes long. Today, the full 23-minute was released by Porsha Carver, who initially posted the first video on Facebook.

The extended clip shows what happened after the arrest, when Craig’s 19- and 15-year-old daughters were also arrested by the officer, the Dallas Morning News reports.

The new video doesn’t show anything that isn’t already known about the incident. However, it might provide police with information needed for their internal investigation into the officer’s behavior, the department told KDFW-TV.

The video shows Craig making the initial 911 call to report the incident. While they wait for the officer, the man who allegedly assaulted Craig’s 7-year-old is painting a fence. The dispatcher asks Craig if she had called before and she answers that she has not. She then asks the dispatcher why the officer hasn’t yet arrived.

“I want to press charges,” Craig is heard on video saying. “This is a grown man. He grabbed a 7-year-old kid and choked him.”

At approximately seven minutes into the video, another man known to Craig arrives and confronts him. He orders the man to keep his hands off the boy before driving away.

About 12 minutes into the video, the officer arrives and speaks to the man accused of the assault. The officer is then seen wrestling Craig to the ground and arrests one of her daughters. At the 15:30 mark, the officer is seen trying to get one of the daughters into the car and kicks her. He sees Carver filming the incident and takes the phone from her but neglects to turn it off.

At the 20-minute mark, the officer asks Craig’s 15-year-old daughter who was kicking his door. “Was that you?”

“It don’t matter,” she tells him. “You kicked me.”

The officer, seems to confirm that he kicked her by saying, “Yeah.”

“You kicked me on my side,” she says.

“When a police officer tells you to get in the car, you get in the car,” he responds.

“I don’t know how to. I’m 15 years old,” she explains.

The police department is conducting an internal investigation into the incident.

North Carolina Man Beaten and Arrested… For Sitting on His Mother’s Porch

Greensboro North Carolina. Body  cam video of a man sitting peacefully on his Mother’s front porch waiting for her to arrive being harassed and beaten by white cops.

‘Brutal’ video shows white officer violently arresting black man sitting on his mother’s porch

Dejuan Yourse was outside his mother’s house, sitting on the front porch in Greensboro, N.C., when two police officers arrived.

They’d received a report about a possible burglary and a man with a shovel trying to open a house’s garage. When they saw Yourse on the porch, they asked what he was doing and why he was there.

Yourse explained that he didn’t have a key to his mother’s house and he was waiting for her to get home. When one of them seemed suspicious, Yourse tried to get the officer on the phone with his mother, but the call rolled to voicemail. He also told him to talk to neighbors to verify his identity.

The confrontation between Yourse, who is black, and the white officer, Travis Cole — captured in body cameras — started out as a cordial conversation, but it escalated after only a few minutes. The June incident resulted in an internal affairs investigation by the Greensboro Police Department, which found that Cole used excessive force on Yourse and violated other agency rules when he punched and violently arrested the 36-year-old man, who had not committed a crime.

Last August, two months after the incident, Cole resigned. The other officer involved in the incident, Officer C.N. Jackson, left her post last week, according to media reports.

The body-camera footage, which has since been made public, showed Cole asking Yourse questions about where he lives, why he was sitting outside, whether he has any warrants against him and why he has prison tattoos. Yourse, who started to become agitated, admitted that he’d been in prison before. As the two talked, Jackson went to her patrol car to verify Yourse’s identity.

At one point, Cole took Yourse’s phone from his hand as he was talking to someone. Moments later, Cole punched Yourse in the face.

“You can’t do that! What are you doing?!” Yourse said “You didn’t have to punch me in my eye!”

“Yes I did!” Cole responded.

Cole then forced Yourse to the ground, as the latter kept screaming: “I’m not resisting! I’m not resisting! I am not resisting!”

“You are resisting the whole time!” Cole said.

At that point, Yourse appeared to be either sitting down or on his knees as Cole held his arms behind his back.

“Why are you doing this to me? I’m trying to cooperate, man! You can’t do that when I’m not resisting you!” Yourse said, as he sat on the ground…. More Here

Another Day Another Unarmed Civilian Shot Dead

This isht is getting ridiculous.

University Of Cincinnati Cop Shoots, Kills Unarmed Black Man After Routine Traffic Stop

Police say the officer fired one shot as the man sped away.

An unarmed black man was shot and killed on Sunday by a white police officer after he was pulled over for a missing front license plate.

Samuel Dubose, 43, was stopped by University of Cincinnati officer Ray Tensing on Sunday evening, according to CNN. Tensing repeatedly asked Dubose for his driver’s license, but according to the Cincinnati Police Department, he refused and instead handed the officer a bottle of alcohol.

Then Tensing asked Dubose to get out of his car, which he also refused to do, according to police.

“There was a struggle at the door with Mr. Dubose in the vehicle and the officer outside the vehicle, and the vehicle sped away,” Cincinnati police Lt. Col. James Whalen told reporters, according to CNN.

Tensing fired one shot at the fleeing car, killing Dubose.

The Cincinnati Police Department, which is investigating the shooting, said that Dubose did not appear to have a weapon. Tensing was put on administrative leave pending the conclusion of the investigation.

Tensing was wearing a body camera, WLWT reports, but police have not released footage from it.

The University of Cincinnati Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A number listed for Audrey Dubose in Cincinnati was disconnected…

This is another killing like the one in South Carolina where the policeman killed a man running away on foot. There is no justification whatsoever to shoot a guy running away on the  basis of a minor traffic stop. Even if the officer had reasonable suspicion of drunk driving. He/She does not pose any immediate danger to the officer. If the victim was a student at the University, there are a lot of ways to catch him and punish him, including expulsion from the school. I mean college kids do sumb isht all the time. Admittedly Dubose was older – but would this cop have shot at a car full of drunk frat kids? What was the cop trying to prove?

I don’t know if the idiot cops who are doing this crap realize it – but at some point civilians arm themselves and shoot back. Doing this type of crap may well cost a good cop doing his job…His life.

Philly – White Cop Shoots Himself – Blames Black Man Resulting In Massive Manhunt

Amazing…

PHILADELPHIA – A white city police sergeant made up a story about being shot by a black man while on patrol last month and actually intentionally shot himself for unknown reasons, the city’s police commissioner said Tuesday.

Sgt. Robert Ralston, 46, confessed to making up the story and will have to pay the costs of the massive manhunt that followed, Commissioner Charles Ramsey said. Ralston has been suspended with intent to dismiss, but will not face criminal charges because granting immunity was the only way to obtain his confession, Ramsey said at a news conference.

The case was especially troubling, Ramsey said, because Ralston identified his supposed attacker as black. When Ralston confessed Tuesday, he said he made the claim so his story would be more believable, Ramsey said. Read the rest of this entry »
