Meet Michael the Black Man, former member of a black supremacist group turned over-enthusiastic Trump supporter

For good reason, social media was buzzing about a white woman holding a “Blacks for Trump” sign at Donald Trump’s rally in Sanford, Florida, on Tuesday.

 Unfortunately, the newsworthiness of the contradiction overshadowed the fact that the woman was with a multiracial group of people wearing matching shirts that read “Trump & Republicans Are Not Racist.” At the bottom of the shirts was printed Gods2.com.

Gods2.com redirects to the personal website of Michael the Black Man (formerly known as Maurice Woodside and Michael Symonette), once a prominent member of the Nation of Yahweh, a violent black supremacist group prominent in Miami in the 1980s.

According to Miami New Times, Michael “was accused of two gruesome Yahweh murders in the ’90s and has since been charged with — but never convicted of — four other felonies while starting his own bizarre religious enterprise.”

Michael has since reinvented himself as a musician, according to the New Times, which described him as “an anti-gay, anti-liberal preacher with a golden instinct for getting on TV at GOP events.”

During the 2012 Republican primary race, Rick Santorum invited Michael to open his campaign rally in Coral Springs, Florida. What started out as an unlistenable jazz setdevolved into an unhinged rant in which Michael called the Democrats Nazis.

“The Democrats, they’re the worst thing that ever happened to the black man,” Michael told the crowd. “They’re the slave masters.”

The Nation of Yahweh lost momentum after its founder, Yahweh ben Yahweh (born Hulon Mitchell Jr.), was imprisoned in 1990 on 18 counts of conspiracy related to 14 murders, two attempted murders, extortion and arson. He was released in 2001 and died of prostate cancer in 2007.

Former NFL player Robert Rozier found Yahweh in 1982 after he was released by the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1985, he joined the Brotherhood, a more exclusive group within the Nation of Yahweh that allegedly required aspiring members to kill a white person as part of its initiation ceremony.

Rozier described his role in the cult as a “death angel” during Yahweh ben Yahweh’s 1992 trial, in which Rozier was the star witness.

“We did everything from driving a bus to killing someone if necessary,” Rozier testified. “Beating, hanging, burning, stoning, decapitation.”

In recent years, a smaller number of followers have tried to breathe new life into the movement.

Michael, meanwhile, continues to post to his website — which declares devotion to Yahweh in the header — as well as his YouTube and Facebook pages. His posts include long-winded essays and video diatribes comparing Hillary Clinton to the biblical Whore of Babylon and/or explaining why she will start World War III.

He also attends his fair share of Trump’s campaign events

The Sno’ Heaux’s Daughter Knocked Up by Obama!

Yesterday in yet another example of Loon’s mating – Sarah Palin, AKA the Sno’ Heaux endorsed Donald Trump as simultaneously her wife beating, alcoholic son was arrested.

What to do? Blame it on Obama!

Now, Chastity and Sexual Abstinence Consultant and speaker at right wing religious gatherings daughter of the Sno’ Heaux, is pregnant… with her second illegitimate child by two different men

Can’t wait for the…  “Obama Done It!”

Anyway, at least Stephen Colbert is happy with the union of the Sno’ Heaux and the Trumpazoid…

Man arrested for threatening Cantor’s family

The FBI says a Tennessee man has been charged with threatening the family of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia.

Agents arrested 62-year-old Glendon Swift of Lenoir City on Wednesday.

He is accused of leaving two voicemail messages at Cantor’s office in suburban Richmond on the evening of Oct. 27. In the profanity-laced messages, the caller calls Cantor “Jew boy.” He also says he is going to destroy Cantor, rape his daughter and kill his wife.

Swift made a preliminary appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge C. Clifford Shirley Jr. in Knoxville on Thursday.

Cantor spokeswoman Laena Fallon said the Republican congressman had no comment on the threats.

Another Tea Party Stalwart Convicted of Domestic Terrorism

These whack jobs are dangerous. This one went from Georgia to Tennessee to a Court House looking for an armed confrontation with police…

From this video in 2010, apparently there has been some concern by authorities about Huff for a while. That would put him even at the fringe of even a far right group like the Oathkeepers.  What Huff doesn’t say in the video is Huff told authorities he was going to take over the town, with the assistance of some militia groups.

The FBI interviewed a bank manager who said Huff told him on April 15 that Fitzpatrick had been falsely arrested, that Huff was in the Georgia militia, and that 8 or 9 other militia groups were headed to Madisonville on April 20 to “take over the city.” The bank manager said Huff told him he’d see Huff’s actions on the noon news.

FBI agents interviewed Huff at his home on April 19, and Huff said he would be traveling to Tennessee to help Fitzpatrick get the charges against him dropped. Huff told agents there would be no violence unless they were provoked into violence.

Still, he told agents he planned to travel with his Colt .45 handgun and AK-47 rifle. The FBI monitored Huff and observed him leaving his house around 6:15 am on April 20. The Tennessee Highway Patrol pulled him over for various traffic and registration violations.

The troopers said Huff volunteered that he planned to travel to Madisonville to take over the courthouse, to arrest the people on Fitzpatrick’s warrants–who he termed “domestic enemies of the United States engaged in treason”–and to turn those arrested over to state police to place in jail.

The defense didn’t work for Darren Wesley Huff, who was convicted Tuesday on a federal firearms charge that could send him to prison for up to five years.

Huff, 41, was armed with a Colt .45 and an assault rifle on April 20, 2010, when he and about 15 others, some also armed, arrived in Madisonville, a small town about halfway between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Read the rest of this entry »

Republicans Try to Bring Back Slavery

Republican conservatives Yearn for the Good Ol' Days

Dissatisfied with efforts to repeal the Civil Rights Act, some Republicans are trying to bring back slavery. The 14th Amendment guaranteed citizenship rights to the newly freed slaves and reversed the Dred Scott Decision by a conservative Supreme Court.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

GOP leader McConnell: Fourteenth Amendment is in need of review

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) told The Hill on Monday that Congress “ought to take a look at” changing the 14th Amendment, which gives the children of illegal immigrants a right to U.S. citizenship.

McConnell’s statement signals growing support within the GOP for the controversial idea, which has also recently been touted by Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

In an interview, McConnell said the 14th Amendment provision should be reconsidered in light of the country’s immigration problem.

McConnell stopped short of echoing Graham’s call for repeal of the amendment.

“I think we ought to take a look at it — hold hearings, listen to the experts on it,” McConnell said. “I haven’t made a final decision about it, but that’s something that we clearly need to look at. Regardless of how you feel about the various aspects of immigration reform, I don’t think anybody thinks that’s something they’re comfortable with.”

During an interview on CBS’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday, Kyl said, “There is a constitutional provision in the 14th Amendment that has been interpreted to provide that, if you are born in the United States, you are a citizen no matter what. … And so the question is, if both parents are here illegally, should there be a reward for their illegal behavior?”

Kyl added that he suggested to Graham that “we should hold some hearings and hear first from the constitutional experts to at least tell us what the state of the law on that proposition is.”

It is unclear when such hearings would occur. Democrats, who control the Senate, set the chamber’s hearing schedule.

Proponents of comprehensive immigration reform strongly oppose the Republican-led effort, which could play a major role in firing up both the left and right this election year.

The escalating debate on the 14th Amendment comes in the wake of the legal battle between Arizona and the federal government over the state’s immigration law.

The idea of repealing the 14th Amendment has picked up steam among conservatives in recent weeks. Rep. Lamar Smith (Texas), the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, has introduced legislation to deny citizenship to children of undocumented immigrants. The legislation, previously introduced by retired Rep. Nathan Deal (R-Ga.), has 93 co-sponsors.

Rep. Mike Pence (Ind.) is the highest-ranking House Republican to formally co-sponsor the measure.

Graham, who had considered working with Democrats on immigration reform earlier this year, told Fox News last week that “birthright citizenship is a mistake.”

“We should change our Constitution and say if you come illegally and you have a child, that child is automatically not a citizen,” Graham said.

McConnell said the Obama administration needs to improve its ability to secure the country’s borders before tackling an amendment repeal.

“That’s how you get the credibility to deal with other aspects of the problem,” he said.

While President Obama’s push for immigration reform is considered dead in the 111th Congress, some Democrats on Capitol Hill are pushing for a scaled-back bill to move this fall.

One such option is Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin’s (D-Ill.) Dream Act, which would give undocumented students the right to apply for permanent residence in the U.S. Durbin’s bill has attracted praise from Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), but Durbin has publicly noted that some Democrats are not on board.

Wonder what would happen to Rethuglys if they enforced this part?

Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.

Now admittedly, Rumsfeld pretty badly polluted the command structure with syncopates during his tenure, and eliminated anyone who didn’t march to the neo-con tune. But that is a far leap from Treason.

Think those folks over at NewsMax must have found a a whole warehouse full of crack left over from the Raygun days…

And smoked it.

NewsMax is funded (partially) by the RNC – so this level of treason runs deep in the party of wing nuts and bigots.
