The Chumph Dysfunction

All over the country racist Trump voters are expecting special treatment…Because they are white.

This one spends an hour of her life ranting and raving over paying for a $1.00 bag.

Hate to be the first to tell the Trumpazoid racist POS…But the only color that matters to a retailer…Is Green.

‘I voted for Trump — so there’: White shopper melts down after black workers ask her to pay for bag

A shopper erupted in fury and claimed anti-white discrimination after she was asked to purchase a $1 reusable bag at a Chicago-area arts and crafts store.

Another customer began recording when she overheard the woman insulting the store’s black employees and shouting about Donald Trump, reported Patch.

“I voted for Trump — so there,” the woman shouted. “You want to kick me out for that? And look who won.”

The angry shopper claimed she had been discriminated against because she was white and had voted for Trump in the lengthy rant recorded Wednesday at Michael’s in the city’s Lakeview neighborhood.

The woman, who has not been identified, noticed other customers had pulled out their phones to record her harangue, which witnesses said went on for more than a half hour, and she angrily confronted the woman whose video went viral.

“I don’t know what you think you’re videoing, lady,” the woman says. “I was just discriminated against by two black women, and you being a white woman, you’re literally thinking that that’s okay? You standing there with your baby thinking that’s okay.”

The angry shopper accuses the other woman’s 2-year-old child of stealing and then records video of the mother and child before turning her wrath back on the store’s employees.

“You’re a liar, I don’t care, because I’m a consumer,” she shouts at an employee. “I’m a customer.”

The video is the latest in a series of white people justifying their obnoxious behavior and demanding special treatment because they voted for Trump.

The Only Good Trump Voter…

This writer takes a more harsh view than I do, in that I believe the racist crap has become so part and parcel of the conservative sphere, people (white people) just tune it out.

Second, the Clinton’s are so maniacally despised by those on the right – it was a lot more about keeping Hillary out, than letting Trump in.

What I believe needs to happen is

A) Start putting the fear of God into those acting out by campaigning for the strictest penalties possible under the law

B) Continue the protests

C) Encourage Local and State Government to resist

D) Set up a plan of escalation. We live in an electronic-Internet based society, there are a lot of ways to make your point without throwing bricks.

There’s No Such Thing as a Good Trump Voter

Roland Martin Unloads on Cain

Roland Martin not only hits this one out of the park – it’s left the city limits!

CNN Commentator Roland Martin

Herman Cain

Herman Cain denies GOP’s horrible history with blacks

You would think that a black man born and raised in Georgia, who was a teenager during the civil rights movement, would understand the transition of African-Americans from voting overwhelmingly Republican to strongly supporting the Democratic Party.

But the GOP presidential candidate clearly didn’t have the common sense that he often speaks of having when he went on CNN’s “The Situation Room” and accused many African-Americans of being brainwashed to vote Democratic.

“Many African-Americans have been brainwashed into not being open-minded, not even considering a conservative point of view,” Cain said. “I have received some of that same vitriol simply because I am running for the Republican nomination as a conservative.

“So it’s just brainwashing and people not being open-minded, pure and simple.”

Cain’s off-base and historically ignorant comments have received widespread coverage. In some quarters, they have been criticized, while MSNBC’s Pat Buchanan, who has a long history of racially offensive comments, didn’t surprise many by coming to Cain’s defense.

It’s not the first time I’ve heard someone question the reasons for blacks’ allegiance to the Democratic Party, but history has to be taken into account. Read the rest of this entry »

Time to Clean House, and Senate

Repeat After Me - Tax Cuts Make You Fly!

In what has already become the most disastrous failure of the American political system in history, political extremism in this country may well have killed the fatted calf of the American economy. The only question I have at this point is WTF were those folks in Wisconsin thinking – who only threw ot 2 of the 6 nutjobs bent on converting the state to a simulacrum of Nazi Germany,

Politicians depend on the American public to have a short memory. So unless thanger felt by the electorate in this poll converts into some sort of action in the streets…

It’s likelythat the same old failures will be in the same old jobs come 2012.

CNN Poll: Time to clean house in Congress?

Need more evidence that Americans are extremely angry at Congress?

Well, here you go: According to a new national survey, for the first time ever most Americans don’t believe their own member of Congress deserves re-election.

Read full results (pdf).

And the CNN/ORC International Poll released Tuesday also indicates that while Republicans may have had the upper hand in the recent battle over raising the debt ceiling, they appear to have lost a lot of ground with the public and the party’s unfavorable rating is now at an all time high.

Only 41 percent of people questioned say the lawmaker in their district in the U.S. House of Representatives deserves to be re-elected – the first time ever in CNN polling that that figure has dropped below 50 percent. Forty-nine percent say their representative doesn’t deserve to be re-elected in 2012. And with ten percent unsure, it’s the first time that a majority has indicated that they would boot their representative out of office if they had the chance today.

“That 41 percent, in the polling world, is an amazing figure. Throughout the past two decades, in good times and bad, Americans have always liked their own member of Congress despite abysmal ratings for Congress in general,” says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. “Now anti-incumbent sentiment is so strong that most Americans are no longer willing to give their own representative the benefit of the doubt.  If that holds up, it could be an early warning of an electorate that is angrier than any time in living memory.” Read the rest of this entry »

The New Jim Crow – The New Republican Poll Taxes and Minority Disenfranchisement

TRENDING: Bill Clinton compares new voting laws to Jim CrowWhen you do the Math – the coalition of Minority Voters and 20-30% of white voters makes it difficult for Republicans to win elections. Indeed, George Bush owes his illegitimate  Presidencies to systemic voter disenfranchisement of minorities – in what has become The New Jim Crow.

As such, along with disbanding Unions, Republicans across the country are using every weapon in the legislative arsenal to eliminate the black vote. Whether through gerrymandering political districts, or though more heinous tricks such as Voter IDs and purged voter rolls.

Republicans, wed to the “Southern Strategy”, the racial dynamics of white victimhood, the reactionary and racist Tea Party, and anti-immigration from brown countries – have virtually no chance of increasing the number of black, Hispanic, or Asian voters in their party.

So their solution is to “disappear” Minority voters.

Bill Clinton – no longer a political candidate for office, speaks out…

Bill Clinton compares new voting laws to Jim Crow

Former President Bill Clinton compared efforts by Republicans to change voting laws across the country to Jim Crow laws and poll taxes that historically disenfranchised African American voters.

Speaking before a group of liberal youth activists Wednesday, Clinton said laws in states like Florida and New Hampshire are aimed at limiting voter turnout and keeping young people from the ballot box.

“There has never been in my lifetime, since we got rid of the poll tax and all the voter Jim Crow burdens on voting, the determined effort to limit a franchise that we see today,” Clinton said at Campus Progress’s annual conference in Washington.

Jim Crow laws, enacted between 1876 and 1965, included fees and laws historically used to keep African-Americans from voting. Clinton said Republican governors and legislators are now trying to “keep most of you [young people] from voting next time.”…

Clinton was critical of regulations preventing same-day registration and specifically referenced Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott’s move in March to overturn a law that allowed convicted felons to vote after they completed their probation.

“Why should we disenfranchise people forever once they’ve paid their price?” Clinton said. “Because most of them in Florida were African Americans and Hispanics and would tend to vote for Democrats, that’s why.”

“Teaed” Off at Tea Buggery

Hat Tip – The Grio

Guess I’m not the only one who has grown tired of the MSM’s breathless fawning over the Tea Baggers – actually going so far as to classify it as a “movement”. You’d think the Sno’ Ho’s new fence was as worthy of note as say – the looming possibility of another Military confrontation in Korea, or the rapidly deteriorating situation in the Middle East with Israel’s massive mishandling of their interception of the Aid ships bound for Gaza.

I mean, a bunch of racist, horny, old white men willing to shell out good money to see a woman too stupid to remember what her party stands for without writing it on her Hillbilly Palm Pilot is hardly news in this country. Entire movie careers have been built by women being beautiful, and at least pretending (unlike the Sno’ Ho’) to be stupid. The fact that she can’t hallucinate about seeing Russia from her back door anymore because of a 12′ tall fence…

Isn’t either.

Benjamin Todd Jealous

When I was a kid in this country we celebrated our best and brightest.

Conservatism in this country has reduced the body politic to the venal, banal, hypocritical, and stupid.

In the 60’s, the anti-Vietnam war and liberal movements germinated from the Civil Rights Movement. Historically, black folks in this country have been front and center in the causation of a lot of our history – both good and bad…

Maybe Mr. Jealous can do it again, and help inspire some folks to step away from the precipice.

NAACP leaders fight Tea Party with voter outreach

The tea party movement sweeping the U.S. political landscape has benefited from voter mobilization techniques pioneered by the NAACP, and the nation’s oldest civil rights organization needs to rely on that outreach to fight back in the midterm elections, two NAACP leaders said Saturday.

“I think they took a page out of our own play book, and we have to beat them at their own game. We ought to know how to meet them on the front line,” board chairman Roslyn Brock said in a town hall meeting at the NAACP’s annual youth leadership summit.

Brock and Benjamin Todd Jealous, the organization’s president and CEO, urged their members not to become complacent about their achievements or dissuaded by media attention on small, but loud, gatherings of conservative protesters.

“What they’re angry about is we won,” Jealous said. Read the rest of this entry »
