Yet Another Bad Cop Beats Unresistant and Unarmed Mental Patient in Vallejo, Ca

Not sure why this dipshit (hopefully soon to be ex-Cop) thought is wiser to manhandle and beat an obviously mentally troubled, non-dangerous man as a first approach…

You ever stop to think about how many times crap like this doesn’t get caught on camera? The Cop is white, and the victim appears to be Hispanic or black.

Cop Filmed Beating Unarmed Man, Pulling Gun And Ordering Crowd ‘The F**k Back’

“The cop … dove on the kid and started whaling on him,” a witness said.

A Vallejo, California, police officer was caught on video repeatedly punching a man with his fists and flashlight before threatening a group of bystanders with his service weapon on Friday.

The officer was responding to a report of a man behaving erratically at a Valero gas station, according to San Francisco’s KRON-TV.

A brief struggle ensues, during which the man can be heard screaming, “I am God, I am God,” as the officer repeatedly strikes him with his fist and a flashlight. In the video clips below, the officer and others can be heard yelling profanities as a crowd gathers to witness the scene.

“The kid surrendered,” one witness told San Francisco’s KPIX 5 News. “The cop, on the other hand, came right up behind him. He immediately dove on the kid and started whaling on him.”

At one point in the video, someone can be heard yelling “Police brutality!” The officer continues beating the man as a second officer arrives on the scene.

Milwaukee Cop Charged With First Degree Murder

Another bad cop of color goes down, this one in Wisconsin…Wonder if he was one of Depitty Lawn Jockey’s boys?

Former police officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown was charged with first-degree reckless homicide.

Former Milwaukee police officer charged in fatal shooting

The former Milwaukee cop who fatally shot Sylville Smith last summer fired a second, fatal shot after the young suspect had tossed his weapon, according to a criminal complaint released Thursday.

Body-camera video from another officer showed the ex-cop, Dominique Heaggan-Brown, fired the second bullet into Smith’s chest after the suspect hurled his weapon over a fence and had his hands near his head, according to the complaint.
Smith had been armed with a Glock .40 caliber model 22 semi-auto handgun with an extended magazine but Heaggan-Brown’s body camera showed he threw the weapon into an adjacent yard as he was shot the first time, the complaint said.
“A review of both Heaggan-Brown’s body camera and (the other officer’s) camera confirm that Smith was unarmed at the time of the second shot,” said the complaint filed by the Milwaukee District Attorney’s office.
Heaggan-Brown, who was fired after a sexual assault investigation in a separate case, was charged Thursday with first-degree reckless homicide. If convicted, he faces a maximum prison sentence of 60 years in the fatal shooting of the 23-year-old, whose death sparked days of unrest in the Wisconsin city.
It’s unclear if Heaggan-Brown, whose initial court appearance is Friday, has an attorney.
Milwaukee, long torn by racial tensions, exploded with protests last summer after Smith, who is black, was killed while running from a traffic stop. Heaggan-Brown also is African-American.
For two nights, protesters torched a half-dozen businesses, smashed cars and hurled rocks at police.
Body-camera footage shows Smith running from a Ford Fusion and heading into a yard with a weapon in his hand, the complaint said.
Smith slipped near a chain-link fence between two houses, according to the complaint. He rose back up, the gun still in his right hand, and turned toward the approaching officers.
Facing the cops, Smith raised the gun up and threw it over the fence, the complaint said. His weapon was not discharged.
Heaggan-Brown fired the first shot when Smith raised the weapon, sending the suspect to the ground on his back, the court document said. The bullet passed through his right bicep and lodged in a window casement.
The other officer’s body camera also captured Smith falling on his back, the complaint said.
“Heaggan-Brown is observed standing a short distance from Smith with his weapon pointed down at Smith when Heaggan-Brown discharges a second shot from his weapon at what appears to be Smith’s chest,” the complaint said.
Smith’s arms and legs continued to move. The complaint said he “appears to bring his left hand toward his waistband.”
“A review of the body camera video from both (officers) confirms that at the time of the second shot, Smith was unarmed and had his hands near his head,” according to the court document.
In the body camera audio, which was activated about 30 seconds after the shooting, Heaggan-Brown is heard yelling at Smith: “Stop reaching!” The ex-cop moved Smith’s hand away from his waist, the complaint said.

Police Kill 73 Old Man With Dementia For Failing to Respond to Orders

Those of you who have had experience with a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer’s know that the victims are in another world, and may not be cognizant of their surroundings.A hot shot cop killed this man believing he had a gun in his pocket…Instead of a Crucifix.

Police Kill Unarmed Man Holding Crucifix

A California man believed to be armed was found to be carrying just a wooden crucifix after police shot him dead early Monday morning, according to local media reports. Bakersfield Assistant Police Chief Lyle Martin said officers responded to a report of a man acting strangely. Officers had been told that he was holding a revolver. When they arrived, Francisco Serna, a 73-year-old who was struggling with dementia,  allegedly failed to respond to orders that he stop walking toward them and take his hands out of his jacket pocket. Seven officers responded to the scene, and one of those officers, identified as Reagan Selman, fired seven shots at Serna, CNN reports. Serna died at the scene. He was unarmed, officers later learned he was carrying the religious object. His daughter, Laura Serna, told a local CNN affiliate that police “murdered my father for no reason.” Martin told reporters, “This is a tragic incident for their family, for the community as a whole, and for the police department.”

Another Cop Murder of An Unarmed Black Man in Tulsa

Here we go again…Another BS situation…Another cop murder of a unarmed innocent man.

Oklahoma Officer Fatally Shoots Unarmed Black Man In Alarming Video

The man appears to be walking with his hands above his head.

The Tulsa, Oklahoma, police department on Monday released several videos showing last week’s fatal shooting of an unarmed black man by a white female officer.

Terence Crutcher, 40, was shot and killed Friday after officers responding to an unrelated call spotted his vehicle stalled in the middle of the roadway, Tulsa World reports. The police department earlier said Crutcher refused orders to put up his hands, but the footage appears to show him walking toward his vehicle with his hands above his head.

The officer who fired the fatal shot has been identified as Betty Shelby. A second officer, Tyler Turnbough, deployed a stun gun, the Associated Press reports.

During a press conference on Monday, Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan called the video footage “very disturbing — it’s very difficult to watch.” He said there was no gun found on Crutcher or in his vehicle.

“I will just make this promise to you: We will achieve justice in this case,” Jordan said. “I want to assure our community and I want to assure all of you and people across the nation who are going to be looking at this: We will achieve justice ― period.”

At a separate news conference, Damario Solomon-Simmons, an attorney for Crutcher’s family, said the department’s claim that Crutcher died at the hospital was not true.

“Terence died on that street in his own blood, without any help,” the lawyer said.

“We saw that Terence did not have any weapon,” Solomon-Simmons said. “We saw that Terence did not make any sudden movements. We saw that Terence was not being belligerent. We did not see Terence reach into the car. We did not see Terence attacking the officers.”

As seen in the video, more than two minutes go by before officers begin administering aid to Crutcher after he was shot.

The police chief said an investigation of the incident is ongoing. The U.S. Department of Justice will conduct a separate civil rights inquiry into the shooting, AP reports.

Protests are not a problem,” Jordan said on Monday, but he urged the community to stay peaceful

“Let’s not have any more death over this,” he said.

So far in 2016, 19 people have been killed by police officers in Oklahoma, giving the state the sixth highest per-capita rate of killings by police in the U.S, according to statistics compiled by The Guardian. Last year, Oklahoma ranked No. 4 per capita with 37 killings, the Guardian data showed.

In April, Robert Bates, a former volunteer reserve Tulsa County sheriff’s deputy, was found guilty of second-degree manslaughter for the 2015 shooting death of Eric Harris, another unarmed black man.

Like many other states, Oklahoma has a disproportionately high rate of black people being killed by police, according to the website Mapping Police Violence.

Cops Tase, Sic Police Dog on Restrained Man – Man Wins Lawsuit

At some point the City Mayors, councils and elected figures have to be held into account for this.

WATCH: Cops hold man down and sic K-9 on him after beating him — for dancing in a parking lot

A Washington man has settled a lawsuit with the city of Tukwila after police officers assaulted him following a complaint that he was dancing in an industrial parking lot, reports the Seattle Times.

The city will pay Linson Tara $100,000 to settle a civil-rights lawsuit filed after the officers used Tasers, their fists and then a police dog on him while he was being restrained.

Tara was facing three counts of fourth-degree assault on police officers, but those charges were dropped when dash cam video showed one of the officers holding Tara on the hood of the police cruiser while his partner used a Taser on him.

Tara can then be seen being thrown to the ground with the two cops piled on him as one punched him repeatedly while the other held him down.

During the entire altercation a police dog is heard frantically barking and appears on screen after being released from the cruiser where it proceeds to attack Tara as he is restrained.

One officer can be heard telling Tara, “Put your hands behind your back and I’ll take the dog off.”

Tara was later transported to a local hospital treated for injuries that included dog bites.

In  the police report, officers Brent Frank and Mike Boehmer stated that they had been called to the parking lot after receiving a report that Tara was “walking around, yelling and dancing.”

According to the lawsuit, the officers used excessive force, noting that by the time Tara was rolled over he appeared to be unconscious.

The lawsuit also challenged the the city’s policy of allowing police dogs to bite suspects as a “pain compliance” technique.

The department previously found the officers’ use of force, including the deployment of the K-9, to be within their guidelines.

Texas…Again. This Time Murder by Gun-Gonzo

Why we don’t want guns on the street…

The accused murderer, Michelle Chase

Texas woman fatally shoots deaf man who knocked on her door — and leaves note on his body saying ‘sorry’

A Texas woman shot and killed a deaf man who apparently frightened her by knocking at the door — and she left an index card next to his body with the word “sorry” written on it.

Michelle Chase called police about 10 a.m. Sunday to report the shooting, and officers found the man’s body — along with the cryptic note — outside her apartment door.

The 49-year-old Chase initially denied killing 50-year-old William Farr, who police said showed no obvious signs of trauma or foul play.

An autopsy on Monday revealed Farr had been shot in the chest with a small-caliber bullet.

Chase admitted to police that she shot Farr, who was deaf and communicated with a computer tablet, on Saturday night because he scared her by knocking on her door.

“He was a nice little guy,” said neighbor Florida Paul. “I didn’t know him that well. He couldn’t hear so he really couldn’t talk — he just made noises, strange noises.”

The neighbor said Farr did not live at the apartment complex but frequently visited a woman who did.

Paul said the man had showed up at her own door a couple of weeks ago with multiple stab wounds to his forehead, but she refused to open the door and instead called 911.

“All I saw was like 10 holes in his forehead and blood gushing out, you could barely see his face,” the neighbor said. “But I wouldn’t open my door, because I didn’t know if whoever did that was behind him, and I’m on oxygen, I can’t fight.”

Police did not offer any details about that previous incident or say whether it was connected to Farr’s shooting death.

Chase told police she stayed with a family friend after the shooting and went to a store the next morning, before returning home to pick up clothes for church.

She told police that she called 911 after seeing Farr’s body on the sidewalk outside her door.

Hands Up! Shot…Again

This one in San Antonio, and the victim appears to be a white man. While conservative racists don’t want to admit it, BlackLivesMatter might also save them.

Police in San Antonio fatally shot man with hands up, unaware they were being filmed

This past Friday, after a domestic dispute, police were called to a San Antonio home. When they arrived there, the police claim they confronted the man who was involved in the dispute, but that he resisted arrest.

We have no idea if this really happened, but what we do see is that same man, in his own front yard, peacefully surrendering to police with his hands up in the air. This much is a fact. From all indications, he appears to be unarmed, motionless, and nonviolent when, suddenly, he is shot and killed by county police.

That normally would’ve been case closed. The police would’ve told us that this man rushed them, or went for their gun, or something else, but a young black college student who heard the disturbance decided he had to film it.

“I was watching and wondering, what was going on, but I couldn’t figure it out. I was like, with the things going on in the world, like different type of shootings with cops and different things like that, so I was like, ‘Well, maybe I can catch something with my camera,'” Thomas said.
The video shows the deputies follow the man to the edge of the driveway.

“He kind of just put his hands in the air. After he put his hands in the air, they shot him,” Thomas said.

In other words, this man was executed. The video below, which stops the second before the actual shooting, is worth watching to give you the visual context for what happened.
In another report, released before police knew the video existed, they claimed the man had a knife. If he did, it’s hard to see it in this video and their early account doesn’t really match what we see below.

These officers need to be fired and prosecuted immediately.
