Trump Bimbo Toast…Again

We go from my previous post about the Beauty Queen who is a Captain in the US Army serving her country, to the ugly of yet another Trump Bimbo being blown up on air. Might be a good idea for the Drumph campaign to invest in Kevlar Corsets for the seemingly endless line of clueless bimbettes from his campaign whose singular accomplishment is sequentially getting that “Deer in the headlights” look…just before being eviscerated by an oncoming 18 wheeler of logic and truth.

In Memorium, I hear the Trump Hotel’s scullery will be serving a new dish…

Hard fried eggs over burnt toast tips.

Now – perhaps this is a case of you get what you pay for. An interesting article by the Boston Globe pointed out this –

The women who work for Trump — who account for about 28 percent of his total staff — made an average of about $4,500 in April, according to the Globe analysis. The men made nearly $6,100, or about 35 percent more. The disparity is slightly greater than the gender pay gap nationally. Of the 15 highest-paid employees for that month, only two were women… Trump’s campaign staff is also far less diverse than that of his likely Democratic opponent. Only about 9 percent of his team are minorities, compared with nearly a third of Clinton’s staff.

Here’s how Clinton’s staff stacked up on gender pay equity:

The women working for Clinton — who account for 53 percent of her total staff — took home an average of $3,710. The men made slightly more, at $3,760. Clinton’s staffers, men and women, made less than the women who work for Trump. On Clinton’s campaign, the highest-paid employee was a woman, Jennifer Palmieri, the campaign’s director of communications. And of the 15 highest-paid employees, eight were men and seven were women.

Herman Cain – Would Accuser #5 Please Step Forward…

One of the reasons Herman Cain isn’t presidential material has been shown graphically in his mishandling of the entire secual harassment scandal. Somehow, Cornbread thinks he’s going to prove all these women liars – despite their having legal papers in hand.

Herman – Your dumb, ignorant, corporate-rapist ass is toast! Thank your fellow Republican candidates for sticking the knife in your back – but it is all your fault for being too arrogant, and stupid to pull the knife out.

Fifth woman raises questions about Cain’s behavior

A former employee of the United States Agency for International Development says Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain asked her to help arrange a dinner date for him with a female audience member following a speech he delivered nine years ago.

Donna Donella, 40, of Arlington, said the USAID paid Cain to deliver a speech to businessmen and women in Egypt in 2002, during which an Egyptian businesswoman in her 30s asked Cain a question.

“And after the seminar was over,” Donella told The Washington Examiner, “Cain came over to me and a colleague and said, ‘Could you put me in touch with that lovely young lady who asked the question, so I can give her a more thorough answer over dinner?'”

Donella, who no longer works for USAID, said they were suspicious of Cain’s motives and declined to set up the date. Cain responded, “Then you and I can have dinner.” That’s when two female colleagues intervened and suggested they all go to dinner together, Donella said.

Cain exhibited no inappropriate sexual behavior during the dinner, though he did order two $400 bottles of wine and stuck the women with the bill, she said.

The next time the women heard from Cain was Christmas, when he sent them his gospel CD.

Donella said she felt it was important to describe her encounter with Cain after hearing more serious allegations of sexual harassment brought by other women.

“I couldn’t swear that he had some untoward intentions, but we all thought his tone was suspect and we didn’t feel comfortable putting him in touch with that woman,” Donella recalled.

More Coming Out of the Woodwork – Big Problems for Cain

One of the problems with not handling an issue quickly and professionally – especially in the charged world of sex and politics… Is it comes back to haunt you.

Once might be a misunderstanding or a stupid mistake. Twice to the point of having to make payoffs for legal settlements… He’s done it a whole bunch more times and gotten away with it.

Suing for sexual or racial harassment or discrimination can be a career limiting experience – not to mention the sometimes years before the lawyers can come to a settlement. So it’s not something that is done lightly by most people. So generally for every person who feels they are forced into filing a formal complaint – there are 6 or more who are afraid to who have had the same, or worse experiences.

One of the character flaws which have become increasingly obvious with Cain is his inability to take advice from his staff. He is way too full of himself to listen to the political professionals.  That’s not real smart behavior from a supposed CEO. Your staff can raise you up, they can take you down. The difference between a smart CEO and a stupid one is often in how he works with his staff. A large part of which is to let them do their jobs, and listening to them.

Herman’s treatment of this issue has opened the floodgates…

Stick a fork in him. He’s toast!

Third employee alleges sexual misconduct by Cain

A third former employee says she considered filing a workplace complaint over what she considered aggressive and unwanted behavior by Herman Cain when she worked for the presidential candidate in the 1990s. She says the behavior included a private invitation to his corporate apartment.

Herman Cain dodges harassment questions as third accuser surfaces

She worked for the National Restaurant Association when he was its head. She told The Associated Press that Cain made sexually suggestive remarks or gestures about the same time that two co-workers had settled separate harassment complaints against him.

The employee described situations in which she said Cain told her he had confided to colleagues how attractive she was and invited her to his corporate apartment outside work. She spoke on condition of anonymity, saying she feared retaliation.

Cain’s campaign declined to comment.

No Faux! Glenn Beck Leaving Faux News

Looks like it all has caught up with Beck…

First he lost New York, then Philly – and now his nightly psychobabble on Faux News!

Could it just possibly be the loss of advertisers on Faux caused by the Color of Change Boycott?

Glenn Beck to End Daily Fox News Program

Glenn Beck will end his daily Fox News Channel program later this year.

His departure was jointly announced in a statement on Wednesday by Fox and Mr. Beck’s company, Mercury Radio Arts.

Fox News and Mercury Radio Arts, which have clashed over the making of “Glenn Beck,” will “work together to develop and produce a variety of television projects for air on the Fox News Channel as well as content for other platforms including Fox News’ digital properties,” the companies said in the statement.

As expected, a senior Fox News executive, Joel Cheatwood, will join Mr. Beck at Mercury Radio Arts starting later this month.

The joint statement did not specify an end date for Mr. Beck’s show, called “Glenn Beck,” which has been telecast at 5 p.m. on Fox News since early 2009. Asked if Fox News had a rough end date for “Glenn Beck,” a spokeswoman referred back to the statement. Mr. Beck’s contract with Fox ends in December.

The Sno’ Ho’ is Toast!

This Washington Post ABC News Poll was taken before the “Hillbilly Palm Pilot” incident –

The Sno' Ho's "Hillbilly Palm Pilot"

Although Palin is a tea party favorite, her potential as a presidential hopeful takes a severe hit in the survey. Fifty-five percent of Americans have unfavorable views of her, while the percentage holding favorable views has dipped to 37, a new low in Post-ABC polling.

There is a growing sense that the former Alaska governor is not qualified to serve as president, with more than seven in 10 Americans now saying she is unqualified, up from 60 percent in a November survey. Even among Republicans, a majority now say Palin lacks the qualifications necessary for the White House.

Palin has lost ground among conservative Republicans, who would be crucial to her hopes if she seeks the party’s presidential nomination in 2012. Forty-five percent of conservatives now consider her as qualified for the presidency, down sharply from 66 percent who said so last fall.

Among all Republicans polled, 37 percent now hold a “strongly favorable” opinion of Palin, about half the level recorded when she burst onto the national stage in 2008 as Sen. John McCain‘s running mate.

Among Democrats and independents, assessments of Palin also have eroded. Six percent of Democrats now consider her qualified for the presidency, a drop from 22 percent in November; the percentage of independents who think she is qualified fell to 29 percent from 37 percent.

In her speech at last week’s tea party gathering in Nashville, Palin said she will campaign on behalf of conservative candidates — some backed by tea party groups — in contested Republican primaries, even if doing so might split the GOP electorate.

The new poll shows Republicans divided about the tea party movement, which threatens to cause a rift in the lead-up to November’s midterm elections. Two-thirds of those calling themselves “strong Republicans” view the movement favorably, compared with 33 percent among “not very strong Republicans.”

Overall opinion is about evenly split, with 35 percent of all Americans holding favorable views of the movement and 40 percent unfavorable ones. A quarter expressed no opinion. Nearly six in 10 Democrats have unfavorable views, while independents are split, 39 percent positive and 40 percent negative.
