Going Down for the 34th Time – CHumph Travel Ban

Yet another smackdown for the Chumph…

Get this thug offa me!

A federal appeals court on Monday refused to lift a hold on President Trump’s revised travel order barring new visas for nationals from six predominantly Muslim countries.

The unanimous, unsigned ruling by a three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals was the latest in a string of legal defeats the administration has suffered. The administration has said it will take its case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The travel order issue is already before the Supreme Court because of a separate ruling against Trump issued last month by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals based in Richmond, Va.

The 9th Circuit said Trump’s revised executive order failed to justify a need for the ban and violated a 1965 federal immigration law that bars discrimination based on nationality.

ANOTHER Chumph Smackdown! Federal Judge Rules Executive Order Unconstitutional

I can imagine the Chumph can’t wait to get his stooges on the benches across America so he can twist and destroy the Constitution…

But right now he is stuck with those that are in place.

On the Chumph “Executive Order” on Sanctuary Cities, withdrawing all Federal funding...

“Although the Government’s new interpretation of the Order  is not legally plausible, ineffect it appears to put the parties in general agreement regarding the Order’s constitutional
limitations. The Constitution vests the spending powers in Congress, not the President, so the Order cannot constitutionally place new conditions on federal funds. Further, the Tenth Amendment requires that conditions on federal funds be unambiguous and timely made; that they bear some relation to the funds at issue; and that the total financial incentive not be coercive.Federal funding that bears no meaningful relationship to immigration enforcement cannot be threatened merely because a jurisdiction chooses an immigration enforcement strategy of which the President disapproves.”

Trumpazoid Re-Education

I don’t support, promote, or condone this – but some of the whack-job Trumpazoids are getting some unanticipated blowback…

What I would prefer to see is someone (Anonymous) exposing the online alt-right and Trump Trolls and publishing their names and addresses….

Chicago man rampages on woman caught in racist Trump rant on viral video

A Chicago man was arrested for assaulting a Donald Trump supporter whose racist rant inside an arts-and-crafts store gained international attention.

Police said Ramiz Bajwa went into an apartment building where Jennifer Boyle, who was caught insulting black employees in a viral video, lived and physically assaulted her, reported CWB Chicago.

The 29-year-old Bajwa allegedly shoved Boyle on Dec. 20 and called her “a racist b*tch-ass whore.”

Bajwa was charged with simple battery in the attack.

Boyle became infamous last month after another shopper recorded video of her berating black employees at a Michael’s store because they asked her to pay $1 for a reusable bag.

“I voted for Trump — so there,” the woman shouted. “You want to kick me out for that? And look who won.”

A second video surfaced afterward that showed Boyle yelling in similar fashion at Peet’s Coffee and Tea, and her former employer was deluged with complaints after she was identified and linked to Sinai Health System, based on a social media profile.

Boyle no longer lives in the Boystown apartment building, according to court records.

Rev. Graylan Hagler Goes Toe to Toe with Faux News Racist

This “Man of the Cloth” is far too polite…Rev. Graylan S. Hagler is Senior Minister of the Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ of Washington, DC. Rev Hagler is known in the DC area as a candidate for the DC City Council At Large Seat, as well as his outspoken support of Palestinian Human Rights, and oppression under Israel.

Watch black pastor’s epic smack down of conservative reporter: ‘You don’t have the character to even listen’

Rev. Graylan Hagler confronted Dan Joseph of the conservative Media Research Center on Monday for refusing to acknowledge that white supremacy was still an issue that needed to be addressed the United States.

On Monday’s edition of the WJLA’s NewsTalk program, Joseph asserted that Trump was leading the GOP presidential race because voters were tired of political correctness.

Hagler, however, argued that political correctness was another phrase for “respecting other people.”

“Political incorrectness is racist, it’s xenophobic because it really in a sense diminishes people’s humanity,” Hagler explained. “It characterizes people in negative ways, it stereotypes people in ways that are ultimately destructive.”

The pastor contended that the political success of Trump was tied to America’s history of racism, and to the way some whites feel threatened by the election of President Barack Obama.

“People basically tried to restore the Confederacy and did so after the compromise,” Hagler noted. “And we’re really facing this white supremacist paradigm all over again.”

Joseph countered that white Americans were “afraid to say what they believe because they know that if they do say what they believe that they will accused of being racist bigots.”

“You are failing to admit that there is a paradigm in this country, a historical paradigm that is built upon white supremacy,” Hagler interrupted.

But Joseph said that he was more concerned that the Black Lives Matter movement had been wrong about the circumstances of the death of Michael Brown than he was with an “historical pattern.”

“You need to wise up and open up your eyes and see that there has been an historical pattern in this country of white supremacist violence against black people!” the pastor exclaimed. “I’m saying you need to sit down with people long enough to know something about them, to know something about what’s going on.”

Hagler pointed out that he had tried to start a discussion with Joseph before the show over a vulgar tweet the conservative journalist directed at the Black Lives Matter movement.

“Just like we were waiting to go on this show, you don’t have the character to even listen long enough,” Hagler remarked. “He told the Black Lives movement to basically [F-word] themselves after Paris. It’s that type of provocative language.”

“My mama and hopefully your mama taught you to be respectful of people,” he continued. “And if she taught you to be respectful of people then that is political correctness.”

“The last thing the Black Lives Matter movement is doing is being respectful,” Joseph opined. “They are saying all cops are bad, they are saying all cops are racist, they are rioting in the streets.”

“Because the Black Lives Matter movement is a disgusting anti-American liberal movement,” he added. “The way that they’ve been taking the things that are not facts and telling the country that they are in order to promote their agenda, that is wrong.”

Ted Cruz Gets Smacked Down by Fellow Republicans

This has been a long time coming…The Adults are moving to take control back.

Cruz sternly rebuked by GOP

Ted Cruz can’t even get a protest vote in the Senate anymore.

On Monday night, Cruz’s colleagues ignored his attempt to disrupt Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s efforts to fund the government without attacking Planned Parenthood. In an unusual rebuke, even fellow Republicans denied him a “sufficient second” that would have allowed him a roll call vote.

Then, his Republican colleagues loudly bellowed “no” when Cruz sought a voice vote, a second repudiation that showed how little support Cruz has: Just one other GOP senator — Utah’s Mike Lee — joined with Cruz as he was overruled by McConnell and his deputies.

It was the second time that Cruz had been denied a procedural courtesy that’s routinely granted to senators in both parties. The first came after he called McConnell a liar this summer.

Holder Does a Smackdown on Republican Moron

Seems the only black man Republicans hate worse than President Obama is Attorney General Eric Holder…

They probably ought to stick to picking on Obama, who can’t or won’t fight back…

Because picking on Holder is rapidly becoming a losing proposition. And then there is the case of the same type of operation being conducted by the ATF under the Bushit called “Wide Receiver”…

To which not a single Republican objected.

GOP Senator Cornyn demands AG Holder resign, Holder gives epic smack-down response

Yesterday, during his ninth appearance before Congress regarding the “Fast and Furious” debacle (read more about that HERE), SenatorJohn Cornyn, Republican member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, asked Attorney General Eric Holder to resign, saying he hoped President Obama would replace him.

Cornyn: In short, you’ve violated the public trust in my view and, by failing and refusing to perform the duties of your office.

It’s more with sorrow than regret, than with anger, that I would say that you leave me no alternative but to join those who call upon you to resign your office.

Americans deserve an attorney general who will be honest with them. They deserve an attorney general who will uphold the basic standards of politiical independence and accountabilty. You’ve proven time and time again, sadly, that you are unwilling to do so. The American people deserve better. They deserve an attorney general who is accountable and independent. They deserve an attorney general who puts justice before politics.

It’s my sincere hope that President Obama will replace you with someone who is up to that challenge.

[Chairman Patrick Leahy offers a few remarks of support for Holder and then allows him to respond.]

Holder: With all due respect, senator, there is so much that is factually wrong with the premises that you started your statement with, it’s almost breathtaking in its inaccuracy, but, I’ll simply leave it at that.

You know, we want to talk about Fast and Furious, this is, I guess, what, the ninth time?— [turning to an aide who nods “yes”]—this is now the ninth time that I have answered questions before a congressional committee about “Fast and Furious.”

If you want to talk about Fast and Furious, I’m the attorney general that put an end to the misguided tactics that were used in Fast and Furious. An attorney general whom I suppose you would hold in higher regard was briefed on these kinds of tactics in an operation called “Wide Receiver” and did nothing to stop them. Nothing. Three hundred guns, at least, “walked” in that instance.

I’m also the attorney general who called on an inspector general to look into this matter, to investigate this matter. I’m also the attorney general who made personnel changes at ATF and in the U.S. Attorneys office that was involved, have overseen the changes of processes and procedures within ATF to make sure that this doesn’t happen ever again.

So I don’t have any intention of resigning. I heard the White House press officer say yesterday that the president has absolute confidence in me. I don’t have any reason to believe that in fact is not the case.

And in terms of, you know, what is it that we have turned over to Congress in this regard, let’s put something on the record here. … We have collected data from 240 custodians, we have processed millions of electronic records, looked at over 140,000 documents, turned over 7,600 pages. Over the course of 46 separate productions, we have made available people from the department at the highest levels to be interviewed.

And I’ve also said, indicated, I guess, earlier in my testimony, to the extent that all of that is not enough to satisfy the concerns that have been raised in the House committee, I am willing to sit down and talk about the provision of more materials. I have sent letters in that regard, the deputy attorney general has sent letters in that regard, and have not had responses. Which leads me to believe that the desire here is not for an accommodation but for a political point-making. And that is the kind of thing that, you know, you and and your side, I guess, have the ability to do if that’s what you want to do. It is the kind of thing that I think turns people off about Washington. While we have very serious problems, we still have this political gamesmanship.

Cornyn: The problem we have is that you won’t allow Congress to do its job when it comes to oversight and you thwart a legitimate investigation into programs like Fast and Furious.

“Not in My House” Tamron Hall Smackdown of Republican Jim Carney

Damn! Don’t bring this crap into MY House!

MSNBC host Tamron Hall whups Rethugy rear end in this clip.

MSNBC’s Tamron Hall handily shut down guest Tim Carney on Friday, in an exchange so fiery that she immediately began trending on Twitter.

Hall asked Carney about Mitt Romney’s testy reaction to a reporter asking about marijuana on Thursday. Before addressing the question, he alleged that she and the rest of the media were focusing too much attention on the candidate’s past — including his bullying of two classmates in high school.

“What you’re doing here is a typical media trick,” Carney charged. “You hype up a story and justify the second-day coverage of the story.”

That set Hall off. She began to tell him that he didn’t have to “answer a single question” she asked or “accept the invitation to come on” and speak. Carney tried to interject, but she told him, “You’re kind of in my house,” and proceeded to smack him down for over a minute.

“You’re not gonna come on and insult me, you’re not gonna come on and insult the network when you knew what we were gonna talk about,” she concluded. “Done.” With that, she cut to another guest.

Hall immediately became a trending topic on Twitter, as people reacted to the segment. Viewers called her a “badass” and a “hero,” and said that she “schooled,” “filleted,” “checked” and “ripped a layer of skin off” Carney.

“Not in my House”…Indeed. Baby – you can have a pair of the BTx3, Made in America by Union labor, steel toed, Size 13 Brogans…

Anytime you want!
