White Boy Justice

Imagine if this was a black kid? Hell, black kids spend more time in jail than this for getting caught smoking a joint. The public has a right to be outraged.

WATCH: Fox host loses patience after defense attorney touts Stanford rapist’s ‘good character’

Defense attorney Randy Zelin told both CBS News and Fox News on Tuesday that Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky had handed down a “fair” sentence by sending convicted rapist Brock Allen Turner to jail for only six months.

In an appearance on CBSN, Zelin insisted that “there is no right, there is no wrong” when it came to the sentencing of rapists.

“The victim is always considered,” he insisted. “The thrust of the entire system was put on this young man’s shoulders. So, yes, she was considered.”

According to Zelin, claims that Turner benefited from “white privilege” was “nothing more than a soundbite.”

“What I know about this young man’s family, they are a hardworking middle class family,” the defense attorney insisted. “He’s not necessarily a young man of privilege. He went to Stanford University. For all we know, he’s there on a scholarship. He had aspirations to be an Olympic swimmer. He could be a very, very smart young man and be there on an academic scholarship. So, let’s throw that out.”

Zelin said that outrage at Turner’s father for describing the rape as “20 minutes of action” was simply “political incorrectness.”

“It is the father of a son, the father of a child who before this happened woke up every day thinking, ‘My son is going to be a star,’” he opined. “‘He can go to the Olympics, he can become an orthopedic surgeon. I have devoted my life to giving my son the chance to be great and that opportunity is forever lost.’”

Zelin later told Fox News host Martha MacCallum that the defendant should not be penalized for not showing remorse.

“Six months in jail, if you’ve never spent a second in jail, that is a lifetime,” Zelin remarked. “The collateral consequences of this conviction, a lifetime of being a sex offender, forget about getting a job, forget about the Olympics. Don’t tell me that he got off with a slap on the wrist. That’s simply not the case.”

“The judge got letters from friends and family all attesting to this young man’s good character,” he later added. “The judge looked at the defendant’s past, his present and he also looked at his future. And this young man is still going to jail.”

By the end of the interview, it was clear that MacCallum had enough of Zelin’s lack of concern for the victim.

“You’re obviously very focused on this young man,” the Fox News host quipped. “And less so on this young woman whose account I would urge people to read.”

A Little Bit of Justice – Judge Overturns Marissa Alexander Conviction And 20 Year Sentence

Under the category “Special Laws for certain people”…

Marissa Alexander at sentencing

JUSTICE: COURT FINALLY OVERTURNS MARISSA ALEXANDER’S 20 YEAR SENTENCE

A Florida woman who claimed to be a victim of abuse was sentenced to 20 years behind bars for allegedly firing a warning shot during an argument with her husband was granted a new trial.

The appellate court ruling erased a decision by a jury that took just 12 minutes to convict Marissa Alexander, a mother of three, of aggravated assault.

The conviction of Alexander, who is black, sparked outrage and cries of a racial double standard in light of the exoneration of George Zimmerman, a white Hispanic, for the death of Trayvon Martin, who was black. In particular, outrage aired on social media and among some lawmakers on Capitol Hill.

Alexander unsuccessfully tried to invoke Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law as the same prosecutors who unsuccessfully worked to put Zimmerman behind bars told the court that she did not act in self-defense.

In granting the new trial, Judge James Daniel also seemed unmoved by the Stand Your Ground defense.

“We reject her contention that the trial court erred in declining to grant her immunity from prosecution under Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, but we remand for a new trial because the jury instructions on self-defense were erroneous,” wrote Daniel.

Alexander testified that, on Aug. 1, 2010, her then-husband, Rico Gray Sr., questioned her fidelity and the paternity of her 1-week-old child.

She claimed that he broke through a bathroom door that she had locked and grabbed her by the neck. She said she tried to push past him but he shoved her into the door, sparking a struggle that felt like an “eternity.”

Afterwards, she claimed that she ran to the garage and tried to leave but was unable to open the garage door, so she retrieved a gun, which she legally owned.

Once inside, she claimed, her husband saw the gun and charged at her “in a rage” saying, “Bitch, I’ll kill you.” She said she raised the gun and fired a warning shot into the air because it was the “lesser of two evils.” The jury rejected the self-defense claim and Alexander was sentenced under the state’s 10-20-life law, sparking outrage over how self-defense laws are applied in the state.

A Florida appellate court ruled that jury instructions, which unfairly made Alexander prove “beyond a reasonable doubt” that she was acting in self-defense, were wrong — and that there were other incorrect instructions that self-defense only applied if the victim suffered an injury, which Gray had not.

85 Years For Stalking Wife

The American Justice System is a joke.

Admittedly this guy needed to go to jail… But 85 Years?

You can’t get that for Murder in most states.

And after the George Zimmerman trial – you are under less of a risk to go to jail at all committing murder of black children.

Pr. George’s man who used social media to stalk ex-wife sentenced to 85 years

A Hyattsville man accused of posing as his ex-wife online and posting ads soliciting sex from strangers was sentenced Thursday to 85 years in prison.

Michael A. Johnson II created a Craigslist ad with abhorrent titles advertising sex from his ex-wife, according to court papers. The ads attracted about 50 men to the woman’s house, including some who tried to break in, the records said.

“It’s hard to imagine doing this to someone you once loved,” Prince George’s County Circuit Judge Maureen M. Lamasney said in court.

The case is among several nationwide in which people have been accused of stealing their victim’s online persona and postingInternet ads offering sex.

The woman told The Washington Post in a recent interview that she resorted to buying a shotgun and staying up all night pointing it at the door. She said she found several fake profiles in her name on sites including Facebook and the pornography aggregator XTube. One of the ads offered up her three children for sex and included their photos.

“This wasn’t just a case of him sending e-mails,” the woman said in court. “He changed my life and my children’s lives forever.”

“We felt like refugees in our own home, no one should have to live like that,” added the woman, who asked not to be identified for fear of continued harassment.

The woman obtained a restraining order against her ex-husband after he assaulted her in 2011, wrapping his hands around her neck, court papers say. After that incident, the cyber-terror began in earnest.

Johnson was convicted in June of more than 70 counts, including stalking, reckless endangerment and violations of a protective order.

Hsu was sentenced Tuesday at a federal court in Manhattan.

Prosecutors say Hsu obtained millions of dollars from investors by claiming clothing or high-technology ventures would pay returns of 14 and 20 percent. Instead, he spent the money on himself.

Hsu’s decade-long Ponzi scheme collapsed in September 2007.

Meanwhile Former House Majority Leader Tom Delay, who has been under indictment for election fraud for 4 years – Dances with the Stars…
