Chumph Son In Law Facing 3 Separate Felony Criminal Investigations

The Chumph’s Son-in-Law Jared Kushner now has the State of New York, the IRS, and of course the FBI on his behind looking at criminal activity.

Talk about hitting the Trifecta!

And this scumbag was somehow supposed to get a Whites Only House Security Clearance?

The bot is not only looking at serial stays in Leavenworth… But followed by a stay in Rikers!

Looks like the wrong Chumph family wife filed for divorce.

Yet Another Chumph Mob Capo Begins to Fink

The dominoes continue to fall…

Fellow Money Launderers in better days

Alleged mobster Felix Sater ‘told family he knows he and POTUS are going to prison’

Felix Sater, one of Donald Trump’s shadiest former business partners, is reportedly preparing for prison time — and he says the president will be joining him behind bars.

Sources told The Spectator‘s Paul Wood last year that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s deep dive into Trump’s business practices may be yielding results.

Trump recently made remarks that could point to a money laundering scheme, Wood reported.

“I mean, it’s possible there’s a condo or something, so, you know, I sell a lot of condo units, and somebody from Russia buys a condo, who knows?” the president said.

Sater, who has a long history of legal troubles and is cooperating with law enforcement, was one of the major players responsible for selling Trump’s condos to the Russians.

And according to Wood’s sources, Sater may have already flipped and given prosecutors the evidence they need to make a case against Trump.

For several weeks there have been rumours that Sater is ready to rat again, agreeing to help Mueller. ‘He has told family and friends he knows he and POTUS are going to prison,’ someone talking to Mueller’s investigators informed me.

Sater hinted in an interview earlier this month that he may be cooperating with both Mueller’s investigation and congressional probes of Trump.

“In about the next 30 to 35 days, I will be the most colourful character you have ever talked about,” Sater told New York Magazine. “Unfortunately, I can’t talk about it now, before it happens. And believe me, it ain’t anything as small as whether or not they’re gonna call me to the Senate committee.”

Sater is not the only one rumored confidante to have turned against Trump. An attack on former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort by the National Enquirer — a friendly outlet for the president — suggests that he may have already turned over damaging evidence to authorities.

Mueller Announces Multiple Indictments Against Russians

Whoops! There goes that leg out from under the rickety Chumph table.

Now, the next step is actually to arrest these guys. If any of them are not in Russia, they may be arrested in any US ally country, or country with which the US has extradition agreement, The US may also seize any properties and bank accounts held outside of Russia – which may be even more devastating.

Of course, Putin will refuse to turn them over.

Special counsel issues indictment against 13 Russian nationals over 2016 election interference

Special counsel Robert Mueller has indicted 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities for allegedly meddling in the 2016 presidential election, charging them with conspiracy to defraud the United States, the Department of Justice has announced.

In addition, three defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, and five defendants with aggravated identity theft.
Mueller has been investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election as well as any connections between Russia and Trump campaign associates.
Beginning as early as 2014, the Russian organization Internet Research Agency began operations to interfere with the US political system, including the 2016 elections, according to the indictment, which was released by Mueller’s office Friday.
The defendants allegedly posed as US persons, created false US personas, and operated social media pages and groups designed to attract US audiences, the indictment reads.
The Internet Research Agency had a “strategic goal to sow discord in the US political system” including the election, according to the indictment.
Russians posted “derogatory information about a number of candidates,” and by mid-2016 they supported Trump and disparaged Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. They bought ads and communicated with “unwitting” people tied to Trump campaign and others to coordinate political activities.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will announce the multiple indictments against Russian nationals and entities Friday afternoon, according to a Justice Department source.

Another Chumph Lackey Agrees to Talk – Gates Squeals

Another Chumph insider takes the deal….

Think Gates need to do a bit better than just squealing on Manafort. So I would have to believe this deal includes the dirt on the Chumph traitor.

Especially since this comes at a time when additional charges are being filed.

Report: Former Trump Adviser Rick Gates Finalizing Plea Deal With Mueller

Rick Gates, one of a handful of former advisers to Donald Trump indicted amid the ongoing Russia probe, is reportedly finalizing a plea deal with investigators. Citing sources close to the investigation, CNN reports that Gates has been in talks with special counsel Robert Mueller’s team about a potential plea deal for about a month. During that time, he reportedly provided prosecutors with information, though it’s unclear whether it concerned Trump’s campaign or financial dealings not connected to the White House. The news comes as investigators are reportedly preparing new charges against Gates and his longtime business partner, former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort. Both Manafort and Gates pleaded not guilty to financial crimes in late October. Gates’ potential plea deal is expected to turn the tide of the Russia investigation and put more pressure on Manafort to cooperate. The White House has shrugged off Gates’ negotiations with investigators, however. “If Gates cooperates against Manafort that’s nothing to us,” a White House official was quoted as saying by CNN. Gates would be the third known former Trump aide cooperating in Mueller’s investigation. Former Trump aides George Papadopoulos and Michael Flynn have also reportedly made plea deals after pleading guilty to lying to the FBI.

White House Lawn Jockette Just Stepped Into a World of Trouble

Turns out the official (ex) Lawn Jockette of the Chumph Whites Only House was secretly recording classified conversations.

Makes her not only a target for Mueller… But for criminal prosecution under a variety of laws.

Her next “Reality Show”, may well be from Leavenworth. Suggest the title – “From the White House to the Big House”… Frog Marched out of the Whites Only House and frog marched into Federal Prison!

She also likely added her name to the subpoena list of a ration of ongoing immigration and Civil Rights cases

Omarosa secretly taped confidential White House conversations — and now could be a source for Mueller: report

Former reality TV star Omarosa Manigault Newman, who was fired late last yearfrom her job as a Trump aide, reportedly recorded conversations about sensitive issues during her tenure in the White House.

Sources tell the New York Daily News that Omarosa “may have taped confidential West Wing conversations and fears being caught up in special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe.”

According to the publication’s sources, Omarosa has been lawyering up because she expects to soon become a witness in Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

“Everyone knows Omarosa loves to record people and meetings using the voice notes app on her iPhone,” one source explained. “Don’t be surprised if she has secret audio files on everyone in that White House, past and present staffers included.”

The source also claimed that the White House’s recent decision to ban staffers from using their personal smartphones in the White House was because of Omarosa’s habit of recording conversations at all times.

Omarosa has been regularly dropping hints that she could drop bombshells on the Trump administration in the wake of her firing, as she said she had problems with the way the White House handled race-related controversies such as white supremacist riots in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Bannon Does Rope a Dope With House Committee…Plans to Talk to Mueller

Bannon’s performance yesterday “testifying” before the Republican led House committee led by Chumph synchophat and co-traitor David Nunes…Was a bust. Bannon saw no need totestify in front of a Republican lynch mob trying to protect the Chumph. Nunes needs to be convicted and hung before this os over with too.

Gonna save his “gifts” for Mueller. Mueller has the goods to put Bannon in jail…The Republican House ain’t got shit.

Steve Bannon Will Tell All to Robert Mueller, Source Says

Trump’s one-time chief strategist and current frenemy may have been tight lipped with Congress. He won’t be that way with the special counsel.

Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon broke some bad news to House investigators on Tuesday, announcing that the White House has invoked executive privilege to keep him from answering many of their questions.

But executive privilege—the president’s right to keep certain information from the public so he can have frank conversations with aides—will not keep Steve Bannon from sharing information with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team, according to a person familiar with the situation.

“Mueller will hear everything Bannon has to say,” said the source, who is familiar with Bannon’s thinking.

During a closed-door hearing before the House intelligence committee today, Bannon reportedly told lawmakers that President Donald Trump has invoked broad executive privilege for the purposes of Congressional inquiries. Because of that, Bannon refused to answer committee members’ questions about what happened during the presidential transition and in the White House.

This sweeping understanding of privilege will not impact what Bannon tells Mueller’s team, according to our source. (To be sure, Bannon isn’t known for being predictable, and it’s possible his team may still look for ways to dodge Mueller’s queries.)

But it means he isn’t answering many of Congress’s questions. A source familiar with Bannon’s interview told The Daily Beast that despite the subpoena—issued by Devin Nunes, the typically Trump-friendly chairman of the committee—Bannon refused to answer questions about events that happened after Election Day.

“He quickly informed through his counsel the committee he was not going to answer questions that pertained to meetings, conversations, events, etc., that took place either during the transition or while he was part of the administration. And what’s more, we would later learn that would be extended to even after he left the White House,” Rep. Adam Schiff, the committee’s top Democrat, told MSNBC.

Cold Desperation – Manafort Tries to Sue Mueller!

OK…So here is the situation. The Law has caught you5 miles on the US side of the Border with 4 kilos of coke in your backpack. Your first attempt at ”splaining” your way out of jail involves declaring with your best straight face that “you didn’t know the coke was in there” falls on deaf ears shortly after they find your passport tucked in a pocket inside the bag…Next to the coke.

As the prosecutor sits down with your lawyer to discuss whether the sentence will “only” be 20 years, or the  possibility you may ever again see daylight unfiltered by steel bars, you start considering which of you recently “no good friends” to flip on…

Except if you happen t be a wealth, white, Trump related “semi” millionaire, who owes half of the GDP of Columbia of coke money to banks through various under the table loans, and money laundering deals…

You sue not only the prosecutor but the Cops for having the temerity to arrest you for such “trivial crimes” in the first place!

Because, unlike in the real world, you have better lawyers than even your Mob Boss, the Chumph.

Uhhhhhhh…”Manny”…Good Luck with that. Because unless you can prove a Federal Prosecutor acted illegally an/or for some illicit financial gain, and not just doing his job…

You are shit outta luck with that one.

Paul Manafort is suing Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein

President Trump’s former 2016 campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, is suing Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in federal court.

Manafort argues that Rosenstein didn’t have authority to appoint Mueller as special counsel, which occurred after Mr. Trump fired James Comey as FBI director. The complaint claims that the appointment was an “abuse of discretion” and therefore, he says that anything resulting from Mueller’s investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election should be deemed null and void. The complaint then says that Mueller’s investigation and the indictment against Manafort goes beyond the scope of his authority, and demands that Mueller “should be enjoined from further investigating any alleged conduct by Mr. Manafort that is unrelated to and predates his involvement with the Trump campaign…” It goes on to say that Manafort should be awarded injunctive relief.

Manafort and Rick Gates, Manafort’s former business associate, were indicted by a federal grand jury in the investigation into Russian meddling in the U.S. election in October. And another Trump campaign aide, George Papadopoulos, pleaded guilty the same day to making false statements to the FBI. Toward the end of 2017, Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election was just heating up. Mr. Trump’s former national security adviser, Michael Flynn, pleaded guilty to one count of lying to the FBI.

Manafort joined Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign in March 2016 and served in that role until August 2016. The FBI raided his home last summer, even picking the lock while he was at home asleep.

Rosenstein had the authority to appoint Mueller as special counsel because of Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ decision to recuse himself from the Russia probe. Rosenstein also gave Mueller broad discretion in his investigation.

A spokesman for the Department of Justice said, “The lawsuit is frivolous but the defendant is entitled to file whatever he wants.” The Special Counsel declined comment.

Chumph’s Real Fear of Mueller…Black Jurists

You know the old adage..One black person on the street corner is a thief, two a conspiracy, and three…a Riot.

Seems one of the Chumph’s acolytes who was called in to testify by the Grand Jury was terrified by the fact some black folks were selected for Jury duty.

In Washington, DC – a city with over 50% black population, that means unless you got a Republican KKK appointee for a judge…The jury is going to be at least partially black. You hit the racial Trifecta, and it isn’t out of the realm of possibility it could be all black.

When you are a racist white supremacist, who also happens to be guilty of treason…That is terrifying. White boy justice takes on a whole new meaning. No more “poor, pitiful, rich white boy” raping women wantonly and getting a wrist slap.

Your criminal white ass is going to jail.

Not surprisingly the white-wing press is “shocked” and visibly shaken that they would allow black jurors on a case prosecuting a white person!

Things were definitely much better under slavery and Jim Crow!

The New York Post embraces Trump propaganda with ‘Black Lives Matter’ comment

News properties owned by Rupert Murdoch have done admirable work in chiseling away at cornerstones of U.S. democracy in service to President Trump. Opinionators at Fox News, for example, have advanced the administration’s plans to deconstruct the administrative state by dissing government in general and the FBI in particular.

Now Murdoch’s New York Post is going a step further, to the extent that’s possible. Here’s the headline on Richard Johnson’s Tuesday story on Page Six: “Russia probe grand jury looks like ‘a Black Lives Matter rally,’ says witness.” Based on the input of a single witness who testified before the Russia grand jury that’s hearing testimony in special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation, Johnson writes:

Of the 20 jurors, 11 are African-Americans and two were wearing “peace T-shirts,” the witness said. “There was only one white male in the room, and he was a prosecutor.” Mueller was not present.

And:

My source said, “That room isn’t a room where POTUS gets a fair shake.”

From the sound of things, a Trump loyalist came face to face with a group of black people seated together and didn’t like it. So the loyalist leaked to the New York Post, which was happy to get a New Year’s jump on fresh approaches to discrediting the investigation into possible ties between the Trump campaign and Russia. While at the same time weakening confidence in the U.S. criminal-justice system, of course.

When questioned about the piece via phone, Johnson responded, “I respectfully have no comment at this time. I don’t give interviews unless I get permission.”

Taking It To The Bank – Mueller Subpoenas Chumph Bank Records

Why exactly is our “MAGA” “President” banking in Germany?

Especially this one – Deutsche Bank fined for $10 billion Russian money-laundering scheme

Connect the dots (or follow the bribes), anyone?

The giant German lender was hit with about $630 million in penalties on Tuesday over a $10 billion Russian money-laundering scheme that involved its Moscow, New York and London branches.

It follows a $7.2 billion settlement Deutsche Bank reached with the U.S. Department of Justice last month over toxic mortgage assets and the $2.5 billion it agreed to pay in 2015 over interest rate manipulation.

Report: Robert Mueller Issues Subpoena For Info On Trump Bank Accounts

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has asked Deutsche Bank to share data on accounts held by U.S. President Donald Trump and his family, a person close to the matter said on Tuesday.

Germany’s largest bank received a subpoena from Mueller several weeks ago to provide information on certain money and credit transactions, the person added, confirming a report by German daily Handelsblatt published on Tuesday.

Deutsche Bank, which has loaned the Trump organization millions of dollars for real estate ventures, said it would not comment on any of its clients.

Deutsche Bank rejected demands in June by U.S. House Democrats to provide details of Trump’s finances, citing privacy laws.

Mueller is investigating alleged Russian attempts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election and potential collusion by Trump aides.

Russia has denied meddling in the election and Trump has said there was no collusion.

Michael Flynn Charged With Lying – Pleads Guilty

Joining Manafort and Gates, the third person in the Chumph criminal cartel has been charged. Michael Flynn with lying about contacts with the Russians, and will plead guilty today.

Looks like Mueller has Flynn in his pocket to testify against the Chumph. This is the first of many charges that Flynn can be indicted for.

Flynn is the first Trump administration official and the fourth connected to the campaign to be charged as part of Mueller’s investigation into possible collusion between the Russian government and members of Trump’s team, as well as potential obstruction of justice and financial crimes.
Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his deputy Rick Gates were indicted last month; they pleaded not guilty. And Trump campaign foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos pleaded guilty for making a false statement to the FBI over contacts with officials connected to the Russian government.
The charge against Flynn is the first in Mueller’s probe that has reached someone in the Trump White House and is the latest sign that the special counsel’s investigation is intensifying.

Here is a Copy of the Criminal Charge against Flynn.

Michael Flynn charged with making false statement to the FBI

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn was charged Friday with making a false statement to the FBI about his contacts with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, marking another monumental development in the wide-ranging probe of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III.

Flynn was expected to enter a plea at 10:30, according to the special counsel’s office. The charge relates to false statements Flynn made to the FBI on January 24, four days after President Trump was inaugurated, about his meeting with Kislyak during the transition.

Flynn is accused of making false statements to the FBI about asking the ambassador in late December to “refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions that the United States had imposed against Russia that same day.” Flynn also told authorities he did not recall the ambassador saying the Russians would moderate their response to Obama administration sanctions after the conversation.

Separately, authorities say Flynn lied about asking the ambassador to delay a vote on United Nations Security Council resolutions.

A Split From Trump Indicates That Flynn Is Moving to Cooperate With Mueller

Lawyers for Michael T. Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, notified the president’s legal team in recent days that they could no longer discuss the special counsel’s investigation, according to four people involved in the case — an indication that Mr. Flynn is cooperating with prosecutors or negotiating a deal.

Mr. Flynn’s lawyers had been sharing information with Mr. Trump’s lawyers about the investigation by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, who is examining whether anyone around Mr. Trump was involved in Russian efforts to undermine Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

That agreement has been terminated, the four people said. Defense lawyers frequently share information during investigations, but they must stop when doing so would pose a conflict of interest. It is unethical for lawyers to work together when one client is cooperating with prosecutors and another is still under investigation.

The notification alone does not prove that Mr. Flynn is cooperating with Mr. Mueller. Some lawyers withdraw from information-sharing arrangements as soon as they begin negotiating with prosecutors. And such negotiations sometimes fall apart.

Still, the notification led Mr. Trump’s lawyers to believe that Mr. Flynn — who, along with his son, is seen as having significant criminal exposure — has, at the least, begun discussions with Mr. Mueller about cooperating.

Lawyers for Mr. Flynn and Mr. Trump declined to comment. The four people briefed on the matter spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it publicly.

A deal with Mr. Flynn would give Mr. Mueller a behind-the-scenes look at the Trump campaign and the early tumultuous weeks of the administration. Mr. Flynn was an early and important adviser to Mr. Trump, an architect of Mr. Trump’s populist “America first” platform and an advocate of closer ties with Russia.

His ties to Russia predated the campaign — he sat with President Vladimir V. Putin at a 2015 event in Moscow — and he was a point person on the transition team for dealing with Russia.Image result for criminal stool pigeon

The White House had been bracing for charges against Mr. Flynn in recent weeks, particularly after charges were filed against three other former Trump associates: Paul Manafort, his campaign chairman; Rick Gates, a campaign aide; and George Papadopoulos, a foreign policy adviser.

But none of those men match Mr. Flynn in stature, or in his significance to Mr. Trump. A retired three-star general, Mr. Flynn was an early supporter of Mr. Trump’s and a valued surrogate for a candidate who had no foreign policy experience. Mr. Trump named him national security adviser, he said, to help “restore America’s leadership position in the world.”

Among the interactions that Mr. Mueller is investigating is a private meeting that Mr. Flynn had with the Russian ambassador and Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law, during the presidential transition. In the past year, it has been revealed that people with ties to Russia repeatedly sought to meet with Trump campaign officials, sometimes dangling the promise of compromising information on Mrs. Clinton.

Mr. Flynn is regarded as loyal to Mr. Trump, but he has in recent weeks expressed serious concerns to friends that prosecutors will bring charges against his son, Michael Flynn Jr., who served as his father’s chief of staff and was a part of several financial deals involving the elder Mr. Flynn that Mr. Mueller is scrutinizing…..
