USA Today Unloads on the Chumph!

Wow! Some folks have had enough!

USA Today’s Editorial Board unloads on the Chumph.

A president who’d all but call a senator a whore is unfit to clean toilets in Obama’s presidential library or to shine George W. Bush’s shoes

And the chickenshit Democrats are too cowardly to stand up….Again.

Will Trump’s lows ever hit rock bottom?

A president who’d all but call a senator a whore is unfit to clean toilets in Obama’s presidential library or to shine George W. Bush’s shoes: Our view

With his latest tweet, clearly implying that a United States senator would trade sexual favors for campaign cash, President Trump has shown he is not fit for office. Rock bottom is no impediment for a president who can always find room for a new low.

Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!

White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Tuesday dismissed the president’s smear as a misunderstanding because he used similar language about men. Of course, words used about men and women are different. When candidate Trump said a journalist was bleeding from her “wherever,” he didn’t mean her nose.

And as is the case with all of Trump’s digital provocations, the president’s words were deliberate. He pours the gasoline of sexist language and lights the match gleefully knowing how it will burst into flame in a country reeling from the #MeToo moment.

A president who would all but call Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand a whore is not fit to clean the toilets in the Barack Obama Presidential Library or to shine the shoes of George W. Bush.

This isn’t about the policy differences we have with all presidents or our disappointment in some of their decisions. Obama and Bush both failed in many ways. They broke promises and told untruths, but the basic decency of each man was never in doubt.

Donald Trump, the man, on the other hand, is uniquely awful. His sickening behavior is corrosive to the enterprise of a shared governance based on common values and the consent of the governed.

It should surprise no one how low he went with Gillibrand. When accused during the campaign of sexually harassing or molesting women in the past, Trump’s response was to belittle the looks of his accusers. Last October, Trump suggested that he never would have groped Jessica Leeds on an airplane decades ago: “Believe me, she would not be my first choice, that I can tell you.” Trump mocked another accuser, former People reporter Natasha Stoynoff, “Check out her Facebook, you’ll understand.”  Other celebrities and politicians have denied accusations, but none has stooped as low as suggesting that their accusers weren’t attractive enough to be honored with their gropes.

If recent history is any guide, the unique awfulness of the Trump era in U.S. politics is only going to get worse. Trump’s utter lack of morality, ethics and simple humanity has been underscored during his 11 months in office. Let us count the ways:

  • He is enthusiastically supporting Alabama’s Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, who has been accused of pursuing — and in one case molesting and in another assaulting — teenagers as young as 14 when Moore was a county prosecutor in his 30s. On Tuesday, Trump summed up his willingness to support a man accused of criminal conduct: “Roy Moore will always vote with us.”
  • Trump apparently is going for some sort of record for lying while in office. As of mid-November, he had made 1,628 misleading or false statements in 298 days in office. That’s 5.5 false claims per day, according to a count kept by The Washington Post’s fact-checkers.
  • Trump takes advantage of any occasion — even Monday’s failed terrorist attack in New York — to stir racial, religious or ethnic strife. Congress “must end chain migration,” he said Monday, because the terror suspect “entered our country through extended-family chain migration, which is incompatible with national security.” So because one man — 27-year-old Akayed Ullah, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. who came from Bangladesh on a family immigrant visa in 2011 —  is accused of attacking America, all immigrants brought to this country by family are suspect? Trump might have some credibility if his criticism of immigrants was solely about terrorists. It isn’t.  It makes no difference to him if an immigrant is a terrorist or a federal judge. He once smeared an Indiana-born judge whose parents emigrated from Mexico. It’s all the same to this president.
  • A man who clearly wants to put his stamp on the government, Trump hasn’t even done his job when it comes to filling key government positions that require Senate confirmation. As of last week, Trump had failed to nominate anyone for 60% of 1,200 key positions he can fill to keep the government running smoothly.
  • Trump has shown contempt for ethical strictures that have bound every president in recent memory.  He has refused to release his tax returns, with the absurd excuse that it’s because he is under audit.  He has refused to put his multibillion dollar business interests in a blind trust and peddles the fiction that putting them in the hands of his sons does the same thing.

Not to mention calling white supremacists “very fine people,” pardoning a lawless sheriff, firing a respected FBI director, and pushing the Justice Department to investigate his political foes.

It is a shock that only six Democratic senators are calling for our unstable president to resign.

The nation doesn’t seek nor expect perfect presidents, and some have certainly been deeply flawed. But a president who shows such disrespect for the truth, for ethics, for the basic duties of the job and for decency toward others fails at the very essence of what has always made America great.

IMPEACH the POS Traitor!

Tom Steyer launches $10 million campaign to impeach Trump

Democratic mega-donor and billionaire environmentalist Tom Steyer is spending what an aide says is “well over $10 million” on a national TV adcampaign Friday calling for President Donald Trump’s impeachment.

The campaign is a bid by Steyer — who has not ruled out a run for office himself — to “demand that elected officials take a stand” on an issue Democratic leaders have so far largely avoided.
Democratic megadonor Steyer mulls run for office amid 'complete crisis'
“A Republican Congress once impeached a president for far less. And today, people in Congress and his own administration know that this President is a clear and present danger who is mentally unstable and armed with nuclear weapons,” Steyer says in the ad, which largely features him speaking directly to the camera.
The ads are running on broadcast stations in New York and California and nationally on cable television. Accompanying the TV ads is what a Steyer aide said is a seven-figure digital ad buy intended to get the minute-long spot a large audience online.
Steyer is paying for the ads himself, and they are not part of his NextGen America political apparatus.
Instead, the ads point to a new website — NeedToImpeach.com — which features an open letter where Steyer takes clear aim at California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, citing — without using her name — Feinstein’s comment that Trump “can be a good President.” Feinstein has since downplayed the comment.
In the letter, Steyer hits Trump for ending protections for undocumented immigrants brought into the United States as children, for “actively sabotaging” Obamacare, and for “repealing clean air protections and unleashing polluters.”
“He has threatened to reduce aid for millions of American citizens in Puerto Rico who are struggling to survive without drinkable water or electricity — a move that would be a total dereliction of his duty. And every day, Americans are left bracing for a Twitter screed that could set off a nuclear war. These actions represent systemic attacks on our nation’s future,” Steyer writes.
Steyer is openly mulling a run in California’s primary against Feinstein next year. State Senate Democratic leader Kevin de León has already entered that race, challenging Feinstein from the left. Steyer has also considered running for California governor in 2018 or president in 2020.
Most Democrats have not yet publicly broached the subject of impeachment — though Reps. Al Green of Texas and Brad Sherman of California have each introduced articles of impeachment in the House, and Rep. Steve Cohen of Tennessee plans to do so.
Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon warned Trump about the 25th Amendment, which allows a majority of the Cabinet to vote to remove a sitting president, Vanity Fair recently reported.

Black CEO Resigns From Chumph Advisory B/C of Racism – Chumph Makes Illegal, Impeachable Threats

Chumph continues to defend his racist KKK, alt-right, and neo-Nazi allies threatening to abuse the power of jis executive office to punish objectors.

This, by itself is an Impeachable crime.

Trump attacks black CEO who resigned from White House council over response to Charlottesville protests

Kenneth Frazier resigned from Trump’s American Manufacturing Council after he felt Trump failed to denounce racism

It took President Donald Trump less than an hour to criticize Merck CEO Kenneth Frazier for resigning Monday from the White House’s American Manufacturing Council. Meanwhile, it’s been two days since white nationalists and neo-Nazis overtook a college town in Virginia, and Trump has yet to publicly condemn them.

Frazier, an African-American, announced on Twitter Monday that it was Trump’s inadequate response to Charlottesville that forced him to resign from the president’s council.

“Our country’s strength stems from its diversity and the contributions made by men and women of different faiths, races, sexual orientations and political beliefs,” Frazier said in a statement. “America’s leaders must honor our fundamental values by clearly rejecting expressions of hatred, bigotry and group supremacy, which run counter to the American ideal that all people are created equal.”

“As CEO of Merck and as a matter of personal conscience, I feel a responsibility to take a stand against intolerance and extremism,” Frazier added.

Trump wasted little time Monday to hit back at Frazier for his moral stance.

Now that Ken Frazier of Merck Pharma has resigned from President’s Manufacturing Council,he will have more time to LOWER RIPOFF DRUG PRICES!

Comey Unloads Both Barrels on the Chumph

Former FBI DIrector James Comey’s testimony yesterday was the Chumph’s “Watergate Moment”.

Not only calling the Chumph out as a bald faced liar – but the exposure of the fact that the Chumph intended to operate the Presidency along the lines more suitable to a Mafia Don, than the leader of the free world. Something recognized by Comey in his very first meeting with the Chumph.

Missed by a lot of people were topics Comey avoided or couldn’t speak of.

Meaning “Obstruction of Justice” is just one of the crimes Putin’s Bitch is being investigated for. The Chumph’s many lies have made sure of that.

‘A devastating day’: Conservative writer says Comey testimony is beginning of the end for Trump

Conservative Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin said Thursday that former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee was a “devastating” blow to President Donald Trump and could spell the beginning of the end of his administration.

Rubin — who appeared on “Hardball” alongside GOP strategist John Brabender — said, “It’s obvious he doesn’t know what he’s doing,” with regard to Trump’s decision to hire his personal “fixer” attorney Marc Kasowitz to represent him during this investigation, which Rubin called a great way to not “look innocent.”

“Actually I thought it was a devastating day for the president,” Rubin said. “What [Comey] painted was not any one incident but a portrait of the way this guy operates, which no one on the Republican side is going to defend.”

She continued, “Now the question is just whether this was highly inappropriate, whether this was impeachable or whether this is grounds for a criminal prosecution.”

By comparison to Comey, she said, Tump “comes across like a sleazy guy trying to lean on Jimmy Stewart — the director of the FBI.”

Jake Clapper, former CIA head – had this to say…

The CHumph is a liar –

Rumor Mill – Sealed Indictment Issued Against Trump

This one is far out enough out on the edge to greet with some skepticism. If true, confirmation should be available in a few days.

The problem is, that between the Chumph’s collusion with the Russians, illegal and criminal business dealings, and unconstitutional actions…

It is impossible at this point to tell which crime he’s being charged with.

Was this the real reason for the Comey firing?

Has a ‘sealed indictment’ been issued against President Trump?

Image result for impeach trump

Blogger and fierce critic of President Donald Trump Louise Mensch and former Clinton White House official Claude Taylor are both saying that independent sources have separately informed them that a sealed indictment has been granted against the president.

“Separate sources with links to the intelligence and justice communities have stated that a sealed indictment has been granted against Donald Trump,” wrote Mensch and Taylor at the Patribotics blog.

They continued, “While it is understood that the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution means that, until Mr. Trump is impeached, he cannot be prosecuted, sources say that the indictment is intended by the FBI and prosecutors in the Justice Department to form the basis of Mr. Trump’s impeachment. The indictment is, perhaps uniquely, not intended or expected to be used for prosecution, sources say, because of the constitutional position of the President.”

Mensch is known as something of a polemicist — some dismiss her as a crackpot conspiracy theorist — and yet, as GOP strategist and fellow Trump critic Rick Wilson pointed out on Twitter, she has been right on target with certain key findings in the secretive murk around Trump and investigations into his connections to Russia’s mafia underworld.

Remember: Louise was first and right on the initial FISA warrants. Claude was right on the EVDA etc. https://twitter.com/LouiseMensch/status/863576083626688512

A Dutch TV documentary shed light this week on some of Trump’s connections to Russia’s lawless elite and explained how the intercepted communications between Trump campaign officials and Russian organized crime figures could have been discovered as part of a money-laundering and organized crime case.

Sen Mark Warner – “Odds on Impeaching Trump, 2-1”

Yeah! Should be 20-1…But I’ll take the underestimate…

So IMPEACH the mother-sucking traitor already!

Image result for impeach Trump

Senator leading Russia investigation sets odds of Trump impeachment at 2-to-1

resident Donald Trump is deeply unpopular, and he’s facing probes of his campaign ties to Russia and a myriad of ethical questions about his family business — which could eventually prompt Republican lawmakers to dump him.

Trump’s critics are already exploring impeachment or the invocation of the 25th Amendment, which allows the replacement of presidents who are deemed mentally unfit, and some lawmakers and other experts believe he’s unlikely to finish his term, reported The New Yorker.

His approval rating has drooped to 40 percent — the lowest for any newly elected president since Gallup began measuring it — and the FBI and four congressional committees are investigating alleged collusion between his associates and the Russian government.

“You can’t govern this country with a forty-per-cent approval rate — you just can’t,” Stephen Moore, a senior economist at the Heritage Foundation and Trump campaign adviser, told the magazine. “Nobody in either party is going to bend over backwards for Trump if over half the country doesn’t approve of him. That, to me, should be a big warning sign.”

The president has faced criticism for hiring his daughter and son-in-law as senior advisers, and a federal lawsuit has been filed accusing Trump of violating the Constitution’s emoluments clause by retaining ownership of hotels, golf courses and other real estate developments around the world.

“The reality is, he is governing as if he is the president of a Third World country,” said Jerry Taylor, president of the libertarian Niskanen Center. “Power is held by family and incompetent loyalists whose main calling card is the fact that Donald Trump can trust them, not whether they have any expertise.”

Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), the ranking Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, has privately told friends that he sets the odds at 2-to-1 that Trump will not complete his full term — although he told The New Yorker he was not referring specifically to the Russia probe.

“My guess is that there’s only between 50 and 100 Republican members of the House that are truly enthusiastic about Donald Trump as president,” said Taylor, head of the libertarian think tank. “The balance sees him as somewhere between a deep and dangerous embarrassment and a threat to the Constitution.”

Several lawmakers have questioned Trump’s mental capacity, and bills have been introduced in both the House and Senate that would give medical professionals more authority in assessing a president’s fitness — and not everyone agrees that invoking the 25th Amendment is more than a “liberal fantasy.”

“I believe that invoking Section 4 of the 25th Amendment is no fantasy but an entirely plausible tool,” said Laurence Tribe, professor of constitutional law at Harvard Law School. “Not immediately, but well before 2020.”

What the Stylish Are Wearing – ITMFA

Yeah… Get Yours – Here.

ITMFA Lapel PinsITMFA Shirt (Black)

Oh…the ITMFA stands for Impeach the Motherf***er Already!

Dan Savage Raises $100K With ‘Impeach The Mother F*cker Already’ Swag

And he isn’t planning to stop there.

Dan Savage is using his disdain for President Donald Trump for great causes.

The LGBTQ rights activist and author announced April 18 that he’d raised $100,000 for three organizations that are in direct opposition to Trump policies through the sale of ITMFA, or “Impeach The Mother F*cker Already,” merchandise.

Savage, 52, made the announcement on the weekly Seattle newspaper, The Stranger, and on his personal Instagram.

Accoding to Savage’s Instagram site –

dansavageI’m mailing out checks today—and not just to the IRS.

This morning I had the distinct pleasure of mailing off checks to Planned Parenthood ($33,333.34), the ACLU ($33,333.33) and the International Refugee Assistance Project ($33,333.33)—money we raised selling ITMFA (“Impeach The Mother Fucker Already”) buttons, t-shirts, hats, stickers, coffee cups, and lapel pins at http://www.ITMFA.org and http://www.impeachthemotherfuckeralready.com. And I got to mail those checks out because nearly 10,000 Savage Love readers and Savage Lovecast listeners have ordered #ITMFA gear over the last eight weeks!

The best part of wearing ITMFA buttons or t-shirts or hats or lapel pins or all of the above? Or the second best part, I should say, after helping to raise money for three critically important and hugely effective organizations fighting Donald Trump? The interactions you have with friends, co-workers, neighbors, at anti-Trump marches, on the bus, etc. Because when people are going to ask you what ITMFA stands for and YOU GET TO TELL THEM it stands for ‘Impeach The Mother Fucker Already!” (If there are kids around you can go with “Malicious Fascist” or “Malodorous Fart” or “Malignant Fraud.”) We sell the buttons in ten packs (ten for $10) so you can share buttons with people who absolutely have to have one after they find out what it means!

US Spy Agencies Withhold Intelligence From Trump Whites Only House Due to Russian Compromise

It would seem that the intelligence agencies consider the White House so corrupted by Russian spies that they are refusing to share intelligence data with the Chump’s people. They believe anything given to the White House will be shared immediately with the Russians, putting our spies and other resources at risk. This is an unprecedented situation, where the NSA considers the President as an agent of a foreign government.

Republicans who are suppressing the investigation into Putin’s ownership of Trump are facilitating treason – and should be charged as accomplices.

The Spy Revolt Against Trump Begins

Intelligence Community pushes back against a White House it considers leaky, untruthful and penetrated by the Kremlin

Image result for trump traitor

In a recent column, I explained how the still-forming Trump administration is already doing serious harm to America’s longstanding global intelligence partnerships. In particular, fears that the White House is too friendly to Moscow are causing close allies to curtail some of their espionage relationships with Washington—a development with grave implications for international security, particularly in the all-important realm of counterterrorism.

Now those concerns are causing problems much closer to home—in fact, inside the Beltway itself. Our Intelligence Community is so worried by the unprecedented problems of the Trump administration—not only do senior officials possess troubling ties to the Kremlin, there are nagging questions about basic competence regarding Team Trump—that it is beginning to withhold intelligence from a White House which our spies do not trust.

That the IC has ample grounds for concern is demonstrated by almost daily revelations of major problems inside the White House, a mere three weeks after the inauguration. The president has repeatedly gone out of his way to antagonize our spies, mocking them and demeaning their work, and Trump’s personal national security guru can’t seem to keep his story straight on vital issues.

That’s Mike Flynn, the retired Army three-star general who now heads the National Security Council. Widely disliked in Washington for his brash personality and preference for conspiracy-theorizing over intelligence facts, Flynn was fired as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency for managerial incompetence and poor judgment—flaws he has brought to the far more powerful and political NSC.

Flynn’s problems with the truth have been laid bare by the growing scandal about his dealings with Moscow. Strange ties to the Kremlin, including Vladimir Putin himself, have dogged Flynn since he left DIA, and concerns about his judgment have risen considerably since it was revealed that after the November 8 election, Flynn repeatedly called the Russian embassy in Washington to discuss the transition. The White House has denied that anything substantive came up in conversations between Flynn and Sergei Kislyak, the Russian ambassador.

That was a lie, as confirmed by an extensively sourced bombshell report in TheWashington Post, which makes clear that Flynn grossly misrepresented his numerous conversations with Kislyak—which turn out to have happened before the election too, part of a regular dialogue with the Russian embassy. To call such an arrangement highly unusual in American politics would be very charitable.

In particular, Flynn and Kislyak discussed the possible lifting of the sanctions President Obama placed on Russia and its intelligence services late last year in retaliation for the Kremlin’s meddling in our 2016 election. In public, Flynn repeatedly denied that any talk of sanctions occurred during his conversations with Russia’s ambassador. Worse, he apparently lied in private too, including to Vice President Mike Pence, who when this scandal broke last month publicly denied that Flynn conducted any sanctions talk with Kislyak. Pence and his staff are reported to be very upset with the national security adviser, who played the vice president for a fool.

It’s debatable whether Flynn broke any laws by conducting unofficial diplomacy with Moscow, then lying about it, and he has now adopted the customary Beltway dodge about the affair, ditching his previous denials in favor of professing he has “no recollection of discussing sanctions,” adding that he “couldn’t be certain that the topic never came up.” That’s not good enough anymore, since the IC knows exactly what Flynn and Kislyak discussed…

Prominent Democrats in Congress are already calling for Flynn to be relieved over this scandal, which at best shows him to be dishonest about important issues. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, has bluntly askedfor the national security adviser’s ouster. Republicans on the Hill who would prefer that the White House stop lying to the public about its Kremlin links ought to get behind Schiff’s initiative before the scandal gets worse.

In truth, it may already be too late. A new report by CNN indicates that important parts of the infamous spy dossier that professed to shed light on President Trump’s shady Moscow ties have been corroborated by communications intercepts. In other words, SIGINT strikes again, providing key evidence that backs up some of the claims made in that 35-page report compiled by Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence official with extensive Russia experience….

How things are heating up between the White House and the spooks is evidenced by a new report that the CIA has denied a security clearance to one of Flynn’s acolytes. Rob Townley, a former Marine intelligence officer selected to head up the NSC’s Africa desk, was denied a clearance to see Sensitive Compartmented Information (which is required to have access to SIGINT in particular). Why Townley’s SCI was turned down isn’t clear—it could be over personal problems or foreign ties—but the CIA’s stand has been privately denounced by the White House, which views this as a vendetta against Flynn. That the Townley SCI denial was reportedly endorsed by Mike Pompeo, the new CIA director selected by Trump himself, only adds to the pain.

There is more consequential IC pushback happening, too. Our spies have never liked Trump’s lackadaisical attitude toward the President’s Daily Brief, the most sensitive of all IC documents, which the new commander-in-chief has received haphazardly. The president has frequently blown off the PDB altogether, tasking Flynn with condensing it into a one-page summary with no more than nine bullet-points. Some in the IC are relieved by this, but there are pervasive concerns that the president simply isn’t paying attention to intelligence.

In light of this, and out of worries about the White House’s ability to keep secrets, some of our spy agencies have begun withholding intelligence from the Oval Office. Why risk your most sensitive information if the president may ignore it anyway? A senior National Security Agency official explained that NSA was systematically holding back some of the “good stuff” from the White House, in an unprecedented move. For decades, NSA has prepared special reports for the president’s eyes only, containing enormously sensitive intelligence. In the last three weeks, however, NSA has ceased doing this, fearing Trump and his staff cannot keep their best SIGINT secrets…. More Here

The Line on the Chumph Not Surviving His Term

The line currently at the bookmakers on the Chumph being impeached before the end of his first term is 7/4. Pretty heavy odds with only 24 hours in office.

I am not sure that Impeachment is a legal necessity. I believe (but may be wrong), that the Election can be effectively annuled on a Court finding that he indeed accepted illegal monies and assistance from the Russians. This is all new territory here. But such an apprach would effectively make everything since the “election” null and void.

As Donald Trump Becomes President, Bookies Bet Big on Impeachment

“Completely one-way traffic in betting.”

As Donald Trump prepares to be sworn in as the next president of the United States today, bookmakers are currently offering odds on whether Trump—the least popular incoming president in four decades—will get impeached or be forced to resign. Some even predict that he won’t survive the first six months in office.

That’s according to the online betting site Paddy Power, which has placed the odds of Trump failing to complete his first term at 7 to 4. The odds of Trump getting impeached in the first six months stand at 4 to 1. Other offerings include bets on the inauguration itself and the future of his marriage to Melania Trump.

To be sure, political pundits are still reeling from one of the worst-predicted election results in recent memory, and the mechanisms to impeach a president are far more difficult than one might hope. Yet, Matt Shaddick, who oversees the popular betting site, told the Independent that there has been “completely one-way traffic” in betting trends against Trump’s survival in office.

“Activist Judges Caused the Holocaust” – Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia

After his outburst a few weeks ago, I am believing Scalia has a case of advanced Dementia – and probably shouldn’t be on the Court. That the Nazi takeover of Germany, and the Holocaust was caused by “activist Judges” is out there in Fruit-Cake land…

But that’s not the first time for Scalia…

Antonin Scalia: Holocaust Was Partially Brought About By Judicial Activism

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s warnings on judicial activism appear to have gained a new chapter at the Utah Bar Association’s 2013 summer convention.

The Aspen Times reported Sunday that Scalia drew upon the Holocaust as an example of how judicial activism can lead to problems. According to the Utah Bar Association’s website, Scalia was slated to be the keynote speaker for the 2013 Summer Convention event, which was held from July 17-20 in Snowmass, Colo.

Via The Aspen Times:

Scalia opened his talk with a reference to the Holocaust, which happened to occur in a society that was, at the time, “the most advanced country in the world.” One of the many mistakes that Germany made in the 1930s was that judges began to interpret the law in ways that reflected “the spirit of the age.” When judges accept this sort of moral authority, as Scalia claims they’re doing now in the U.S., they get themselves and society into trouble.

About a month ago, Scalia delivered a speech to the North Carolina Bar Association, stressing his concern about how moralist judges are growing more prevalent.

There was this outburst in April –

SCALIA NEVER GOING TO ANOTHER N.B.A. GAME

Justice Antonin Scalia disrupted the normally tranquil atmosphere of the Supreme Court today, bursting from his office to shout, “I’m never going to another damn N.B.A. game as long as I live!”

While it was unclear what, exactly, had provoked Justice Scalia’s outburst, one of his clerks said that “he saw something on ESPN that really upset him.”

After emerging from their offices to see the source of the commotion, the other Justices found a visibly agitated Justice Scalia, his face beet-red and his entire body shaking with rage.

“I’ve gone to basketball games my entire life,” he bellowed. “I always thought that was a ‘safe place.’ Well, I guess I was wrong. I guess I’ve been wrong about a lot of things, haven’t I? Haven’t I?”

As Justice Clarence Thomas wordlessly moved to comfort him, Justice Scalia rebuffed his fellow-juror.

“Get away from me, Clarence!” he screamed. “I can’t trust anyone anymore.”

His Outburst in the Court in May as the Court considered Gay Rights –

As Justice Anthony Kennedy questioned whether it was appropriate for the Court to hear a case about same-sex marriage at this time, Mr. Scalia stunned observers with an emotional outburst.

“O.K., could we just stop talking about this stuff right now?” Justice Scalia snapped at Justice Kennedy. “I’ve told you all how I feel about this topic, and I don’t understand why we’re going on and on about it unless you all hate me.”

As the courtroom froze in dead silence, Justice Scalia seemed to gather steam, shouting, “For two days, it’s been gay this, gay that. You’re all just talking about this stuff as if it’s the most normal thing in the world. Well, it’s not, O.K.? It’s weird and it’s wrong. And just talking about it like it’s O.K. and whatnot is making me angry beyond belief.”
As the other justices averted their eyes, Justice Scalia broke down, sobbing that he wished “things were normal, the way they used to be.”

And then there was the Voting as a “racial entitlement”.
