Evanston Police Violently Arrest Un-resisting Black Man With No Evidence of Crime

Here we go again. More Trumpazoid cops arrest black Phd candidate…For allegedly “stealing” his own car. Before asking him for ID, asking him for the title of the car – or any evidence.

This is wild animal pack behavior.

Cops violently arrest black man suspected of stealing car — that turns out to be his own

Evanston Police released a dash cam video on Wednesday of a 2015 interaction between an officer and a black engineering doctoral candidate accused of stealing his own car.

On October 10, 2015, a woman called the cops on Lawrence Crosby—who was working on his own vehicle—to report that a black man appeared to be breaking into a car and stealing it, Fox Chicago reports.

“Hi somebody’s trying to break into, somebody’s trying to break into a car,” she told the 9-11 dispatcher, later adding, ”I think the person just got into the car.”

Crosby was driving towards the Northwestern University campus when police pulled him over. His car was equipped with its own dash cam video, and on the recording Crosby can be heard telling someone he suspected he was being followed.

Police pulled him over in a church parking lot, where Crosby was violently detained for stealing his own car.

“On the ground, on the ground, down on the ground—down on the ground, turn around,” police said as several officers swarmed Crosby and forced him to the pavement. He was charged with resisting arrest and disobeying an officer.

Evanston Alderman Brian Miller—who’s running for mayor—told Fox Chicago he’s furious with what’s shown on the video, saying it should be a “wakeup call” for the police department.

“I understand being a police officer is a tough job, but we need them to exercise judgment in their day to day operations,” Miller said “And in this situation, within ten seconds of Mr. Crosby getting out of his car with his hands in the air, he was tackled, he was kneed while he was standing up, then he was punched repeatedly by multiple officers, for allegedly stealing his own car. Our police officers need to be better than that.”

A judge threw out the criminal charges against Crosby. He filed civil rights lawsuit against the Evanston Police Department.

This is the police department denial…

Off Duty Atlanta Cop Attacks Man at Walmart Over False Accusation

This off-duty Atlanta Cop walks up and attacks a man leaving a Walmart, then charges him with resisting arrest for a crime the man did not do.

Cop not only need to lose his badge, but spend a year or two in jail.

Atlanta cop in ‘Robocop mode’ caught on tape breaking man’s leg — over a Walmart tomato

An Atlanta man is suing a local police officer for attacking him over a tomato inside a local Walmart, WSB-TV reported.

“As he’s grabbing me, he’s beating me at the same time, [saying] ‘Get on the ground,’” Tyrone Carnegay said of his encounter with Officer Trevor King. “Beating me at the same time.”

Security footage of the October 2014 encounter shows King approach Carnegay as he is walking out of the store. A manager accused Carnegay of stealing the tomato from the store. King quickly takes his baton out and begins hitting Carnegay, who does not retaliate. King continues to hit Carnegay after he goes to the ground. King, who was off-duty but providing security for the store, later found Carnegay’s receipt for the tomato after reaching inside his pocket.

“The officer went into Robocop mode and beat the crap out of him,” said Carnegay’s attorney, Craig Jones.

Carnegay suffered two broken bones in his leg as well as a ruptured artery from the encounter, which required him to be hospitalized and have a titanium rod implanted in his leg. He also said he was handcuffed while in the hospital, though, because King “said I assaulted him and obstructed him from doing his job.”

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Carnegay was jailed for three days after being charged with misdemeanor charges of simple battery against police and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers. The charges were later dropped.

Falsely Arrested Wheelchair Bound Man Dies in Jail

Another one of those poor decisions by local Law Enforcement…

65-year-old black amputee dies in jail — accused of a homicide that never happened

A diabetic amputee died in a California jail hours after he was arrested Saturday for a homicide that never happened.

Oakland police arrested 65-year-old Melvin Stubbs after they found his wife dead and the home the couple shared in disarray, reported the San Jose Mercury News.

Officers said the apartment’s condition indicated a violent struggle, and they said 58-year-old Terry Cameron’s body showed signs of trauma and Stubbs had scratches on his arms and hands.

Stubbs admitted to fighting with his wife shortly before she died, saying she had been acting strange before she had died about two days earlier, leaving the ill man unable to care for himself.

Police arrested Stubbs in his wife’s death and took him to jail — where he, too, died the following day.

An autopsy revealed Monday that Cameron had died from acute bacterial meningitis.

Stubbs’ family is outraged, saying he should never have been arrested in the first place.

“What they did to him was horrible,” said Manuel Primas, his former brother-in-law from a previous marriage. “His last thought must’ve been, ‘My wife just died and I’m in here for murder.’ And then he died. That’s a hell of a way to go.”

Police defended the arrest, saying Cameron was found with a pillow over her face and apparent defensive wounds similar to her husband’s.

“The evidence was there,” said Lt. Roland Holmgren, of Oakland police. “There was more than enough reasonable suspicion.”

It’s not yet clear how Stubbs died, but family members said he had been in ill health in recent years.

“He was an amputee, and he couldn’t even walk,” Primas said. “I guess you could say he was an invalid. I can’t believe that you can just grab a man in a wheelchair and arrest him without evidence.”

He stayed in a hospital overnight after his arrest and was taken Sunday morning to Santa Rita jail, where medical workers refused to accept him because his blood sugar was elevated.

Stubbs was taken to the hospital for another checkup and then returned to jail, where he was found unresponsive about two hours later in the medical wing and later pronounced dead.

“Maybe it’s not murder, but they killed him,” Primas said. “How you going to drag a man out of a house, find her dead, and blame him for it? If a man kills his wife, that means he’s going to try to leave.”

Husband and Wife Picking Up Child Accosted By Police

Out of control cop…This time in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas cop profiles black couple with baby as robbers — then assaults them

An innocent couple was picking up their daughter Wednesday night when the father was accused of “fitting the description,” and then he and his wife assaulted.

The subsequent video taken by the assaulted father highlights the problem of police escalation and incompetence.

As the video begins, the officer has his pistol drawn, which was the reason that compelled the man to begin filming. Since it was cold outside, the man filming had his other hand in his pocket, which is not a crime.

After politely explaining to the cop that they were merely picking up his daughter, the cop became even more enraged and ran up to the man, who, only seconds prior, wasso scary the cop had to draw a gun on him.

“You have a gun in your hand,” says the man filming.

“Yeah, I know that, because you’re a possible robbery suspect,” replies the cop, ignorantly assuming that a couple and their baby would somehow be out robbing houses.

“Because I’m black?” asks the man.

“Yeah, okay,” replies the officer who is still holding his pistol. “Step over to my car please.”

“For what?” the man asks. “We are picking up my daughter.”

At this moment, the officer should have seen that there was indeed a child in the car and ended his incompetent detainment. However, he was not about to back down, so he rushed the man.

The man is then assaulted by the cop, who somehow keeps yelling “get your hands out of your pockets,” despite at least one hand holding the camera and the man informing him that he does not have his hands in his pockets.

The video was uploaded to Facebook by a personal friend of the couple, who says after the video stops is when the worst of the assault took place.

First off, I want to say, by no means am I posting this to say fuck the police or whatever, I did all that last night. But I am doing this to spread awareness about police harassment since it hit very close to home.

Two of my best friends, (I gave them nicknames to protect their identity, but if you know their voices you’ll know who I’m talking about) BF1 and BF2 were at their baby’s grandmother’s home and had just finished putting the baby in the car. Out of nowhere units rushed and surrounded them and drew weapons because BF1 fit the description of a robber. Mind you it’s dark as shit outside and cold.

The door to the car hasn’t even been closed yet. They didn’t ID BF1 and proceeded to treat him as if he were the actual suspect. His hands were in his pockets and he slowly pulled them out for the sake of not being shot and began filming. As you can see in the video the officer apprehended BF1.

That’s the tip of the iceberg.

The rest of what I’m telling you wasn’t caught on camera. From there 3 police officers also apprehended BF2, banged her head on the car window 3-4 times and arrested her. She has knots and bruises on her face. They also provoked BF1 and taunted him while dragging and pulling him by his cuffs. One officer even asked BF1 “what’s he going to do about it”. At this time they still haven’t acknowledged the child or closed the door to at least keep her warm and were looking for reasons to send BF1 to jail, they found nothing.

The professionalism of the officers was thrown out the window treating both like caged animals verses human beings, except one officer. After BF2 had mentioned to the officers what they were doing was wrong (due to her bachelors in criminal justice and knowledge of the law) they uncuffed her and bribed her with letting them know if she wants to work with metro to give them a shout. The police officers let them go without any apologies. All of this and no Miranda rights were read to them.

Both of my friends are mentally traumatized by the event and in my opinion the officers should be questioned of their professionalism in the service they are hired to do. The only names we pulled from the bunch were Officer Quintana, Officer DeLeon and Officer Miller. #MetroPoliceDepartment #LasVegas #LVMPD

For all those who are victims of racial profiling, police harassment, brutality, etc. speak about your injustice with authority. We can’t do anything if we sweep situations like this under the rug. For everyone else, know your rights know the law.

And so the soiled rusty cogs of the police state grind on, laying waste to civil rights and inflicting physical harm on anyone who gets caught in its path.

DWB – Arrested For “Suspicion of Breastfeeding”

Welcome to Charles County, Maryland – where the Cops are still fighting the Civil War.

Maryland cops arrest man and threaten his girlfriend over non-existent ‘breast feeding violation’

Charles County, MD — An infuriating video posted to Facebook this week shows the grim and infuriating reality of incompetent and power tripping cops in police state USA.

Local artist, DC Prophitt was doing absolutely nothing wrong when he was approached by multiple Charles County Sheriff’s deputies. The deputies mistakenly thought that Prophitt’s girlfriend was breastfeeding their baby in the vehicle, so he decided to ruin their year.

The family was getting gas when their world was quickly turned upside down by badged agitators.

When the video begins, Prophitt is understandably aggravated by the stop and he was unafraid of voicing this emotion. As a deputy attempts to cite the couple for the non-existent “breast feeding violation,” Prophitt becomes even more upset.

“You say one more curse word, you’re going to jail,” said the deputy.

“Can we just get the ticket and go?” asks Prophitt’s girlfriend. “My daughters are in there.”

At this point, the deputy then grabs the woman and forces her to the other side of the vehicle. He then begins to threaten her with arrest too.

When Prophitt gets upset that the deputy is assaulting his girlfriend, he voices his concern to which the deputy replies, “Now your under arrest.”

When they ask why Prophitt is being arrested, the deputy asserts his authority, claiming that he is responsible for regulating how people should act in public. “There’s a certain way to act in public my friend, and that is not it,” spouts the deputy.

When his girlfriend asks why Prophitt is being arrested, she is told to “Sit in the car! Or you will be arrested too!”

The video then ends abruptly. According to Prophitt, however, his girlfriend did not stop recording. After police put Prophitt in the patrol car, they approached his girlfriend, assaulted her, took the camera, and confiscated her phone.

The phone was given back to them only days before the court date on Wednesday and the subsequent assault and camera snatching was deleted.

According to Prophitt, On Wednesday, he was found guilty of all charges and police are blaming him for the negative calls to the department from people who’ve seen his ridiculous arrest.

In the video below, a man was arrested, a woman assaulted, and state violence threatened — for what? There were no victims, no property had been damaged, and no one was harmed. This is the type of behavior by police that is driving a wedge in society between the state and everyone else.

Of course, people will say that Prophitt should have just been quiet, accepted the ticket, and he would have avoided the arrest. This is probably true. However, Prophitt’s anger is entirely understandable. He had harmed no one, yet he was surrounded by multiple armed state antagonists, who could and would have killed him with impunity.

Seattle Cop Arrests 70 Year Old Man For Using Golf Club as a Cane

Elderly and Walking While Black with a non-traditional cane.

This one is crazy overboard. The officer stops the older man as he is about to cross the street, and then falsely accuses him of trying to hit her with the golf club he uses as a cane despite the entire event being on video.

Police Officer Fired For Racial Bias After Falsely Claiming Black Man Attacked Her With Golf Club

In fact, video reveals William Wingate was merely leaning on the club, which he used as a cane.

Seattle Police Officer Cynthia Whitlatch was fired Tuesday for showing racial bias and a lack of remorse when she improperly arrested a 69-year-old black man who was using a golf club as a cane.

“I was disappointed by your failure during your Loudermill hearing to take any responsibility, or show any understanding that your conduct at issue here was inappropriate,” Seattle Police Chief Kathleen O’Toole wrote in her decision to fire Whitlatch. “In particular, when I asked you what if anything you would do differently in retrospect, you stated that you would do nothingdifferently.”

In July 2014, Whitlatch arrested William Wingate, then 69, claiming he had swung a golf club at her patrol car. He was convicted of unlawful use of a weapon, under a plea deal in which the charge would be dismissed if Wingate had no other offenses for two years.

However, the Seattle Police Department released video of the incident in January 2015 that showed Whitlatch’s claims to be false. The video indicates that Wingate was merely leaning on the club, which he claims to have used as a cane for years. The police department apologized to Wingate and worked with the city attorney’s office to get the charges against him dismissed early.

Whitlatch was reassigned to desk duty and given counseling, and the department deemed the case resolved. Later in the year, though, O’Toole was made aware of troubling racial comments that Whitlatch made on her Facebook page in the aftermath of the riots in Ferguson, Missouri. She said she was tired of “black peoples paranoia” and wrote of “chronic black racism that far exceeds any white racism in this country.”

In response, the Seattle Office of Professional Accountability launched a probe against Whitlatch, eventually finding that she had violated department policy in her arrest of Wingate. O’Toole signed off on that decision and filed the termination order Tuesday.

The police chief wrote in her decision that Whitlatch refused to take accountability for her actions in hearings on the incident.

“Considerable circumstantial evidence indicates that these deviations and your approach to the civilian were motivated by bias,” O’Toole wrote.

“Your inability to understand, even in hindsight, that your behavior was unnecessarily aggressive, an abuse of discretion, and negatively impacted the community’s confidence in this police service, offers me no pathway to confidence that your behavior will improve or change,” the decision continued. “Without this ability to learn from your mistakes, understand how you can improve and do better, and recognize your own errors, you are unable to effectively function as an officer.”

O’Toole also slammed the officer for assuming that officials mistreated her based on her race, noting that Whitlatch believed a black judge and black deputy chief dropped Wingate’s charges because she was white.

After Wingate’s arrest and during the hearings, Whitlatch denied any racial bias or misconduct.

The Seattle Police Department declined to comment further, telling The Huffington Post that Tuesday’s termination order “speaks for itself.”

Racism – Yeah, It Does Impact People’s Lives

Jared Williams was kicked off the Wagner College baseball team just as he was being courted by scouts from the Kansas City Royals, Colorado Rockies and Baltimore Orioles, he said.On the heels of Herman Cain’s Tomming display that racism has ceased to exist in America – here is a very real case of how racism, on the part of a New York Cop who is now in jail, impacted the life of a future star Baseball Player…

Racist NYPD cop ruined my life and ended my major-league dream, Jared Williams says

Jared Williams was a star center fielder for Wagner College with dreams of becoming a major-leaguer when he crossed paths with NYPD cop Michael Daragjati.

Williams’ field of dreams ended on an October night in 2005 when he and two pals were arrested by the officer – falsely, he insists – outside a Staten Island bar.

“I feel he [Daragjati] racially profiled me,” Williams told the Daily News Tuesday.

There was a fight, he said, and “I feel we were the first black people he saw and we got pulled over.”

Williams was kicked off the baseball team just as he was being courted by scouts from the Kansas City RoyalsColorado Rockies and Baltimore Orioles, he said.

The criminal case was tossed out by a judge, and Williams later would receive $12,500 from the city to settle a federal lawsuit.

But his life was changed forever when he was disqualified from the baseball draft for not playing his senior year.

Williams said he was not shocked to hear that Daragjati was arrested this week by the feds for allegedly fabricating criminal charges against a black man last April on Staten Island.

The cop wanted to punish the man for mouthing off about being stopped and frisked, according to court papers.

Daragjati was later caught boasting on the phone that he had “fried another n—-r.”

“I was completely innocent,” Williams said.

“He [Daragjati] said I fit the description of someone involved in an assault.”

Defense lawyer Duane Felton poked holes in the cop’s account of how a witness had fingered Williams as an assailant.

“I believe he [Daragjati] fabricated the identification,” Felton said yesterday.

Williams went on to play for the Florida Redfish in the independent South Coast League, but a major-league career was not to be.

Today, Williams teaches fourth- and fifth-grade special education students in a Washington elementary school.

“I’m a Christian, so I’m forgiving, but I believe he [Daragjati] should be punished for his actions,” he said.

“It breaks my heart that someone who took an oath to protect and serve is doing this.”

Say it ain’t so, Herman – You Uncle Tomming sack of isht.
