As has hit every news outlet in the world by now, Michael Jackson’s death has been ruled Manslaughter, which is to say…

Murder.

Police have yet to establish a motive for the crime, beyond malpractice by MJ’s Doctor – Dr. Conrad Murray. What is apparent though, is that significant portions of Dr. Murray’s initial testimony to police don’t stand up to closer scrutiny.

Whether other people were involved, or whether there was a plot of some sort appears to be pure conjecture at this point. Conjecture which morbidly will likely become legend as time goes on.

Michael Jackson’s personal physician will be charged with manslaughter within the next two weeks, a law enforcement source told FOXNews.com.

The source initially said Dr. Conrad Murray could be arrested as soon as next Wednesday — but investigators have decided to execute one more search warrant, likely at a Los Angeles pharmacy, next week in an attempt to gather more evidence against him. The arrest is now expected the following week.

Murray isn’t the only doctor who faces criminal charges in connection with Jackson’s death on June 25. A law enforcement source told FOXNews.com that Jackson’s longtime dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, will be hit with charges related to medical malpractice. Investigators are still building their case against Klein, and he will not be arrested for at least another two weeks, the source said.

Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, denied that prosecutors had decided to charge Jackson’s physicians. “Until police complete their investigation and bring it to our office, there is no way to know what charges may be filed and against whom,” she said.

But the source told FOXNews.com that the DA’s office is currently in talks with investigators about whether they will offer Murray the option of surrendering in Los Angeles, or if he will be arrested in Houston, where he is currently staying.

Federal Agents Raid Michael Jackson’s Doctor’s Office

Los Angeles detectives, federal drug agents and Houston police raided the offices of Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician who was with Michael Jackson when the entertainer was stricken at home last month.

Acting on a search warrant, a caravan of 15 cars descended on the clinic at about 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, with officers in Drug Enforcement Administration windbreakers seen entering the building.

Agents are focusing the investigation on the drug Propofol, the powerful anesthesia that Jackson may have taken before his death, a law enforcement source tells PEOPLE.

“It is Conrad Murray they’re looking at,” the source says. “They are looking for Propofol, along with anything else they find. But Propofol is the big one.”

Numerous reports suggest that Jackson likely died after being administered the powerful sedative Propofol, or Diprivan, an anesthetic that’s only supposed to be used in hospitals. As Rock Daily reported, Jackson’s nurse/nutritionist said Jackson desperately sought Diprivan in the weeks before his death. An overdose of the sedative could cause someone to stop breathing, which leads to a buildup of carbon dioxide buildup in the body that could result in sudden cardiac arrest, which is what ultimately caused Michael Jackson’s death.
