Another Chumph Appointee Bites the Dust

Yet another Chumph bigot appointee gets caught…

Not only is the Chumph incompetent, but his crew of white-wing racists and bigots are incompetent.

Trump appointee Carl Higbie out after audio surfaces of him accusing the ‘black race’ of ‘lax morality’

Carl Higbie, Donald Trump’s pick as chief of external affairs at the Corporation for National and Community Service, resigned Thursday after CNN reported he made a slew of racist, sexist and xenophobic statements.

Higbie, a staunch Trump supporter, made the comments as host of the internet radio program “Sound of Freedom.” During one December 2013 show, Higbie accused “the black race” of “lax morality.”

“Only one person was actually cordial to me,” Higbie said, as CNN’s KFile reports. “Every other black person was rude. They wanted me to either load the wood, completely split it for them or some sort of you know assistance in labor. Now, mind you the ad was for free firewood, come take it all you want. And I believe that this translates directly into the culture that is breeding this welfare and the high percentage of people on welfare in the black race. It’s a lax of morality.”

On his radio show, Higbie also disparaged Muslims, insisting he doesn’t like people who practice the religion “because their ideology sucks.”

“Go back to your Muslim sh*thole and go crap in your hands and bang little boys on Thursday nights,” Higbie said. “I just don’t like Muslim people. People always rip me a new one for that. Carl, you’re racist, you can’t, you’re sexist. I’m like Jesus Christ. I just don’t like Muslim people because their ideology sucks.”

He similarly targeted female Democratic leaders, soldiers suffering from PTSD and gay people and one advocated for shooting undocumented immigrations.

In a statement, CNCS spokesperson Samantha Jo Garfield said Higbie has stepped down from his position with the department.

“Effective immediately, Carl Higbie has resigned as Chief of External Affairs at CNCS,” she said.

Another Black Man Murdering Cop Gets Away in St Louis

Murder most foul as the state’s legal system declares war on black men.

This sort of thing is going to make police stops real dangerous – as the Cops in Missouri, backed by a racist justice system are no better than thugs,

Stockley and the gun he planted on his victim shows clear premedititon

A Missouri judge on Friday found a white former St. Louis police officer not guilty of murder in the shooting death of a black man after a car chase in 2011, prosecutors said.

Officials feared the verdict could set off violent protests, as have similar deadly cases involving police and minorities around the United States in recent years.

Jason Stockley, 36, had been charged with first-degree murder, accused of intentionally killing Anthony Lamar Smith, 24, and planting a gun in his car. Stockley, who was arrested in May 2016, testified he acted in self-defense.

Judge Timothy Wilson’s highly anticipated ruling was announced Friday, more than five weeks after the bench trial ended.

“This court, as a trier of fact, is simply not firmly convinced of defendant’s guilt,” the judge wrote in his ruling.

Wilson said prosecutors also asked the court to consider a lesser degree of homicide but they did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Stockley’s use of deadly force was not justified in self defense.

“A judge shall not be swayed by partisan interests, public clamor or fear of criticism,” the judge said, quoting the Code of Judicial Conduct.

Prosecutor Kimberly Gardner said in a statement she was disappointed with the verdict and believed she had presented proof that Stockley intended to kill Smith.

“However, in this case it was the judge’s duty to evaluate the evidence and deliver his findings,” she said. “That’s how our system works.”

Killings of unarmed black people by U.S. police in recent years triggered widespread protests and activists promised disruptive demonstrations if Stockley was acquitted.

St. Louis and state officials were braced for violent protests and racial tensions like those that followed the 2014 fatal shooting by police of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, near St. Louis.

‘SAD, HURT, MAD’

Activists were angry and disappointed by the verdict.

“I’m sad, I’m hurt, I’m mad,” the Reverend Clinton Stancil of the Wayman AME Church in St. Louis said by telephone. “But this was expected. We haven’t made any progress since Ferguson, that’s clear. Cops can still kill us with impunity.”

In recent years grand juries have declined to charge officers involved in the shooting of Brown and the choking death of Eric Garner, 43, in New York. Baltimore police officers also were not convicted in the death of Freddie Gray, who died from a broken neck suffered in a police van in 2015.

Jeffrey Mittman, executive director of the ACLU of Missouri, in a statement listed the names of several black people who have been fatally shot by police in different cities and said little has changed.

“Police officer Jason Stockley’s acquittal today does not change the facts: Anthony Lamar Smith died unnecessarily, another casualty of excessive and deadly force by police against people of color,” Mittman said.

“In 2016, black males between 15 and 34 years old were nine times more likely than other Americans to be killed by law enforcement officers,” he said. “It is past time for Missouri and the country to say in one voice: ‘This cannot continue.’”

Missouri Governor Eric Greitens on Thursday put the National Guard on standby. Some schools called off classes and some events were postponed, according to local media.

Christina Wilson, Smith’s fiancée, pleaded at a news conference on Thursday evening for protesters to avoid violence if they demonstrate.

The verdict in St. Louis follows high-profile mistrials or acquittals of police officers charged in shootings in Ohio and Minnesota this year.

Authorities say Smith tried to flee from Stockley on Dec. 20, 2011, reportedly after Smith was involved in a drug deal. During a pursuit, Stockley could be heard saying on an internal police car video that he was going to kill Smith, prosecutors said.

Stockley, riding in the passenger seat of a patrol vehicle with his personal AK-47 in one hand and department-issued weapon in the other, shot at Smith’s car, according to St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Susan Ryan and charging documents. Stockley and his partner chased Smith at speeds exceeding 80 miles per hour (129 kph), the documents said.

At Stockley’s direction, the driver of the police car slammed into Smith’s vehicle and they came to a stop. Stockley then approached Smith’s car and shot him five times, court documents said.

Stockley’s lawyers said he fired in self-defense because he believed Smith was reaching for a gun but prosecutors said the only gun recovered from the scene had only Stockley’s DNA on it.

The Chumph’s Travel Ban Crashes and Burns Due to Racism

Federal judge in Hawaii freezes President Trump’s new entry ban

A federal judge in Hawaii on Wednesday issued a sweeping freeze of President Trump’s new executive order hours before it would have temporarily barred the issuance of new visas to citizens of six Muslim-majority countries and suspended the admission of new refugees.

In a blistering 43-page opinion, U.S. District Judge Derrick K. Watson pointed to Trump’s own comments and those of his close advisers as evidence that his order was meant to discriminate against Muslims and declared there was a “strong likelihood of success” that those suing would prove the directive violated the Constitution.

Watson declared that “a reasonable, objective observer — enlightened by the specific historical context, contemporaneous public statements, and specific sequence of events leading to its issuance — would conclude that the Executive Order was issued with a purpose to disfavor a particular religion.”

He lambasted the government, in particular, for asserting that because the ban did not apply to all Muslims in the world, it could not be construed as discriminating against Muslims.

“The illogic of the Government’s contentions is palpable,” Watson wrote. “The notion that one can demonstrate animus toward any group of people only by targeting all of them at once is fundamentally flawed.”

Early Thursday, a federal judge in Maryland issued a second, narrower injunction against the measure — suspending only the portion that stopped the issuance of visas to citizens of six Muslim-majority countries. In that case, U.S. District Judge Theodore D. Chuang also pointed to statements by Trump and his advisers made that, in Chuang’s opinion, indicated the executive order was “the realization of the long-envisioned Muslim ban.”

“These statements, which include explicit, direct statements of President Trump’s animus toward Muslims and intention to impose a ban on Muslims entering the United States, present a convincing case that the First Executive Order was issued to accomplish, as nearly as possible, President Trump’s promised Muslim ban,” Chuang wrote.

At a rally in Nashville on Wednesday, Trump called the Hawaii court ruling “terrible” and asked a cheering crowd whether the ruling was “done by a judge for political reasons.” He said the administration would fight the case “as far as it needs to go,” including up to the Supreme Court, and rued that he had been persuaded to sign a “watered-down version” of his first travel ban.

“Let me tell you something, I think we ought to go back to the first one and go all the way,” Trump said. “The danger is clear, the law is clear, the need for my executive order is clear.”

Alabama teacher busted for assigning ‘math test’ based on 30-year-old racist meme

A Middle school teacher in Mobile, Alabama was placed on leave for the remainder of the school year after a student revealed their use of a “math test” replete with racist stereotypes, AL.com reported on Tuesday.

The unidentified teacher assigned their class at Burns Middle School a version of a document known online as the “L.A. Math Proficiency Test.” It first came to light afterWALA-TV reported that one student took a picture of the assignment, then showed it to his mother, Erica Hall.

Hall then raised the issue with Burns officials.

The version of the “test” spotted at Burns was nearly identical to the one distributed online, with only minor changes to differentiate it. For example, one question stated:

Leroy has 2 ounces of cocaine and he sells an 8-ball to Antonio for $320 and 2 grams to Juan for $85 per gram. What is the street value of the rest of his hold?

According to Snopes, the original “math test” has been spotted online since the mid 1990s, and was allegedly available in hard copy form since the 1980s. The questions revolve around topics like drug dealing, “pimping,” and drive-by shootings.

Policeman Fired in Corey Jones Case

Looks like the first step to an indictment. The officer’s testimony that Jones threatened him with a gun dissolved by the fact Jones was in the front seat of his car on the phone to Roadside Assistance. Apparently there is a recording of that call.

Former Officer Raja’s unmarked van is seen in this photo blocking the exit, sitting across the highway,

Cop Who Killed Church Drummer Corey Jones Fired From Department

Jones was on the phone with roadside assistance when he was shot.

The Florida officer who killed a black man whose car had stalled on the highway has been fired from his department.

Nouman Raja was previously on paid administrative leave after fatally shooting Corey Joneson Oct. 18. On Thursday, the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department said in a statement that Raja’s employment had been terminated.

“The independent criminal investigation … is ongoing and the city will continue to cooperate with all agencies involved,” the statement read.

During the incident, Jones was sitting in his car after it broke down on the highway. Raja, who was not in uniform and driving an unmarked van, stopped to investigate Jones’ vehicle at 3:15 a.m.

“As the officer exited his vehicle, he was suddenly confronted by an armed subject,” a now-deleted Facebook post on the department’s page read at the time of the incident. “As a result of the confrontation, the officer discharged his firearm, resulting in the death of the subject.”

Raja shot Jones three times. Jones had legally purchased a gun just a few days before, which he had on him, according to police. A law firm representing Jones’ family said the victim never fired his weapon, according to NBC Miami. Phone records show that Jones was fatally shot while he was on the phone with AT&T’s roadside assistance.

A statement released Thursday from the Jones family said while they are grateful the officer has been fired, Raja must also be “criminally liable for his reckless actions that night.”
