Putin’s Bitch Kills His First American, Numerous Women and Children

The Chumph directing any sort of Military Action is like driving down a road with the windows blacked out, only using the GPS for guidance. GPS is where you want to get to – Intelligence is that you are on the wrong side of a the highway and a semi is barreling around the curve head on at 70 MPH. In the Military, bad shidt happens in fighting a war even with good intelligence and gets people killed. Ignoring the intelligence entirely, as the Chumph does, damn near guarantees failure. The Chumph POS is totally unqualified to lead.

So are the Republicans going to squeal about this like they did Benghazi? Of course not – the killing of American Soldiers, women , and children is ok – its the Party’s interest over American lives.

Going to be a lot of these under Putin’s Bitch

Trump OK’d Yemen raid without sufficient intel — leaving SEAL and child dead: military officials

The U.S. military said on Wednesday it was looking into whether more civilians were killed in a raid on al Qaeda in Yemen on the weekend, in the first operation authorized by President Donald Trump as commander in chief.

U.S. Navy SEAL William “Ryan” Owens was killed in the raid on a branch of al Qaeda, also known as AQAP, in al Bayda province, which the Pentagon said also killed 14 militants. However, medics at the scene said about 30 people, including 10 women and children, were killed.

U.S. Central Command said in a statement that an investigating team had “concluded regrettably that civilian non-combatants were likely killed” during Sunday’s raid. It said children may have been among the casualties.

Central Command said its assessment “seeks to determine if there were any still-undetected civilian casualties in the ferocious firefight.”

U.S. military officials told Reuters that Trump approved his first covert counterterrorism operation without sufficient intelligence, ground support or adequate backup preparations.

As a result, three officials said, the attacking SEAL team found itself dropping onto a reinforced al Qaeda base defended by landmines, snipers, and a larger than expected contingent of heavily armed Islamist extremists.

The Pentagon directed queries about the officials’ characterization of the raid to U.S. Central Command, which pointed only to its statement on Wednesday.

“CENTCOM asks for operations we believe have a good chance for success and when we ask for authorization we certainly believe there is a chance of successful operations based on our planning,” CENTCOM spokesman Colonel John Thomas said.

“Any operation where you are going to put operators on the ground has inherent risks,” he said.

The U.S. officials said the extremists’ base had been identified as a target before the Obama administration left office on Jan. 20, but then-President Barack Obama held off approving a raid ahead of his departure.

A White House official said the operation was thoroughly vetted by the previous administration and that the previous defense secretary had signed off on it in January. The raid was delayed for operational reasons, the White House official said.

The military officials who spoke to Reuters on condition of anonymity said “a brutal firefight” killed Owens and at least 15 Yemeni women and children. One of the dead was the 8-year-old daughter of Anwar al-Awlaki, a militant killed by a 2011 U.S. drone strike….

One of the three U.S. officials said on-the-ground surveillance of the compound was “minimal, at best.”

“The decision was made … to leave it to the incoming administration, partly in the hope that more and better intelligence could be collected,” that official said.

As Sunday’s firefight intensified, the raiders called in Marine helicopter gunships and Harrier jump jets, and then two MV-22 Osprey vertical takeoff and landing aircraft to extract the SEALs.

One of the two suffered engine failure, two of the officials said, and hit the ground so hard that two crew members were injured, and one of the Marine jets had to launch a precision-guided bomb to destroy it.

Trumpazoid Re-Education

I don’t support, promote, or condone this – but some of the whack-job Trumpazoids are getting some unanticipated blowback…

What I would prefer to see is someone (Anonymous) exposing the online alt-right and Trump Trolls and publishing their names and addresses….

Chicago man rampages on woman caught in racist Trump rant on viral video

A Chicago man was arrested for assaulting a Donald Trump supporter whose racist rant inside an arts-and-crafts store gained international attention.

Police said Ramiz Bajwa went into an apartment building where Jennifer Boyle, who was caught insulting black employees in a viral video, lived and physically assaulted her, reported CWB Chicago.

The 29-year-old Bajwa allegedly shoved Boyle on Dec. 20 and called her “a racist b*tch-ass whore.”

Bajwa was charged with simple battery in the attack.

Boyle became infamous last month after another shopper recorded video of her berating black employees at a Michael’s store because they asked her to pay $1 for a reusable bag.

“I voted for Trump — so there,” the woman shouted. “You want to kick me out for that? And look who won.”

A second video surfaced afterward that showed Boyle yelling in similar fashion at Peet’s Coffee and Tea, and her former employer was deluged with complaints after she was identified and linked to Sinai Health System, based on a social media profile.

Boyle no longer lives in the Boystown apartment building, according to court records.

Exposing Online Bigots

I think just about everyone who has participated in any public online discussion on the internet has seen the work of racist trolls. Believing they are anonymous, such racist trolls regularly attack black forums. It would seem in Brazil, they have developed a partial solution…

Your Next Racist Tweet Could Go on a Billboard Outside Your House

Spend a little time on Twitter and you’ll quickly find out that for every empowering Black Lives Matter or Hispanic Girls United message posted, anonymous users of the social media platform also churn out plenty of hate—without any repercussions for their name-calling or threats. Back in October, author and economist Umair Haque wrote over at Medium that Twitter is becoming a ghost town owing to the amount of abuse on the platform, “and the fact that the average person can’t do anything about it.”

But perhaps the people who make racist comments on social media could be put on blast through the magic of geotagging. That’s the idea at the heart of “Virtual Racism, Real Consequences,” a Brazilian campaign that posts billboards with offensive online comments in the neighborhood where they were published—potentially squashing the idea that social media platforms such as Twitter or Facebook are an anonymous Wild West of bigoted name-calling.

The campaign was launched this summer by Criola, an Afro-Brazilian civil rights organization, after a black weather reporter in Brazil was the object of severe racial harassment on Facebook. The effort tracks down the geotagged locations of the authors of anonymous comments posted on social media; Criola then purchases space on billboards or on buses nearby. Although the campaign blurs out names and profile pictures, the bigoted postings are exposed for everyone to see.

“Those people think they can sit in the comfort of their homes and do whatever they want on the Internet. We don’t let that happen. They can’t hide from us; we will find them,” Criola’s founder, Jurema Werneck, told BBC Trending.

A 2014 analysis by the U.K.-based think tank Demos of nearly 127,000 English-language tweets written over a nine-day period found that 10,000 tweets with a racial slur are posted daily. While the report’s authors noted that “the overwhelming majority of them are not used in an obviously prejudicial or hateful way,” it’s one thing for black folks to tweet each other the lyrics of a popular rap song that contains the n-word and quite another to be on the receiving end of the hate that some people of color experience on social media (particularly if they are active in social justice work). Shaun King, an activist who is the senior justice writer at the New York Daily News, wroteearlier this month that racial abuse on Twitter is so bad that “I almost need to pray before I use it.”

King wrote that he’s blocked 20,000 people on the platform so far this year owing to the bigoted hate that comes his way. “Racists now post messages on every single hashtag of interest to black folk. Almost always without their real names or faces, racists will use racial slurs in messages to or about people thousands of times per day on Twitter,” he wrote. “It’s so prevalent, so pervasive, that it’s basically impossible to use the service as a person of color and not have to face it down every single day.”

When a person’s identity is known, the consequences for posting offensive comments online can be severe. In 2013, former public relations executive Justine Sacco was axedafter her tweet “Going to Africa. Hope I don’t get AIDS. Just kidding. I’m white!” went viral. And in October, 20-year-old Erika Escalante was fired from her internship at a health and wellness company in Arizona after she posted an image on Twitter of herself in a cotton field. The caption for the photo: “Our inner n—– came out today.”

Meanwhile, Werneck told BBC Trending that although Brazil has laws against hate speech, they are not always enforced, and some people may be afraid of speaking up. To that end, she hopes the campaign will empower people to expose the abuse they encounter online. And perhaps with their anonymity in doubt, some folks might choose to keep their prejudiced thoughts to themselves.

WOuld work in the US in my view – if the billboards did full exposure.

Jackson State University Band Hazing

This one raises a lot of questions –

These are not street thugs, these are college educated kids – who supposedly will go on to join our society as productive members in white collar professions.

And they are not going to face criminal charges?

They can come back to the University and resume their scholarships?

Hitting people with 2 x 4’s and chairs? Breaking bones, and sending people to the hospital?

That isn’t hazing, it’s freaking criminal assault.

What the hell is going on with these kids judgment?

Speaking of societal influences, I watched a couple of the Mixed Martial Arts matches the other night. It’s apparently the fastest growing televised sport in the country. What few people seem to realize is most of the guys who are in that sport will be dead by the time they are 50, or suffer the sort of debilitating Parkinson’s disease like Muhammed Ali. The sort of head injuries suffered in that sport, due to the lack of protection are cumulative – and may not show up for 10 or 15 years. Roman Gladiators should have had it so good.

Now I’m not blaming MMA as the sole culprit, but in a lot of our media and entertainment there seems to be a devaluing of consequences. Nobody wants to show what happens to these guys when they can no longer fight, can’t remember their names, or have to be spoon fed because they shake too bad to feed themselves. There are no consequences in violent video games, where if somebody dies – you just start over…

Maybe we do need that universal military service – if for no other reason than to bring these young folks back to the reality of the fragility of life.
