Black Professor Forced to Cancel Tour After Faux News Inspired Death Threats

Faux New riling up the crazies against black folks…Again.

Professor forced to cancel book tour after Fox News fans threaten to lynch her for ripping Trump

A black professor was forced to cancel the rest of her book tour after a Fox News report prompted dozens of death threats against her — and she accuses the conservative network of inciting its viewers to violence.

Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor delivered the commencement address last month at Hampshire College, and Fox News aired a portion of the 20-minute speech Sunday that called attention to her criticism of President Donald Trump, reported The Stranger.

Taylor, a Princeton University professor of African-American studies, described the president as a “racist, sexist, megalomaniac,” and the Fox News report suggested that she was encouraging activists to lawlessly thwart the Trump agenda.

After the report on her “Anti-POTUS tirade” aired, Taylor said she has received more than 50 hateful and threatening emails — some of which were issued with such specificity that she canceled portions of a tour to promote her new book, “From #BlackLivesMatter to Black Liberation.”

“Shortly after the Fox story and video were published, my work email was inundated with vile and violent statements. I have been repeatedly called ‘n****r,’ ‘b*tch,’ ‘c*nt,’ ‘dyke,’ ‘she-male,’ and ‘coon’ — a clear reminder that racial violence is closely aligned with gender and sexual violence,” Taylor said. “I have been threatened with lynching and having the bullet from a .44 Magnum put in my head.”

She accused the conservative network of airing the report in an attempt to silence her and other Trump critics.

“I am not a newsworthy person,” Taylor said. “Fox did not run this story because it was ‘news,’ but to incite and unleash the mob-like mentality of its fringe audience, anticipating that they would respond with a deluge of hate-filled emails — or worse. The threat of violence, whether it is implied or acted on, is intended to intimidate and to silence.”

Taylor placed the threats into context with recent violent acts by white supremacists, including the fatal stabbings of two men on a commuter train in Portland, Oregon.

“Their side uses the threat of violence and intimidation because they cannot compete in the field of politics, ideas, and organizing,” she said. “The true strength of our side has not yet been expressed in its size and breadth, and so they believe they are winning. We have to change this dynamic and begin to build a massive movement against racism, sexism, and bigotry in this country. I remain undaunted in my commitment to that project.”

Faux News Anchor Gets Teabagged!

This is world class stupid!

BJ Penn is one of the top stars in the UFC. He is promoting his new book.

Here, a Faux News Anchor, outweighing Penn by 40 pounds seriously tries and take Penn on – with predictable results. And Penn is being a good sport about this, and just holding the anchorman down before moving him into a decidedly gentile Kamora!

I wrestled at the collegiate level, so I have a pretty good appreciation of the skills levels, and techniques utilized by the UFC fighters in their “ground game”. Many of these guys come out of college level, and Olympic level wrestling – and enhance those skill sets with Greco-Roman style, jujitsu, and Brazilian style. And that doesn’t even get into the striking styles they use in the “stand up”. This is an incredibly dangerous sport, with world class athletes competing at the UFC level.

Ergo, this is like Joe the Plumber challenging Muhammad Ali to a boxing match in his heyday…

And this anchor is huffing and puffing to try and show Penn up?

KKKarl Rove’s Upbringing

My last post was about a Republican closet queen who had been outed by his own drunken actions. KKKarl Rove is on the road shilling his book, one portion of which deals with his difficult upbringing. One part of that is his parent’s divorce, and mother’s subsequent suicide –

“I just wanted to set the record straight, because I mean, again, this was a political attack on me,” Rove told Lauer. “In order to get to me, people had to say ugly things about my parents. I don’t know whether my father was, at the end of his life, gay or not. I just don’t. I don’t think so, but I don’t know … My mother never said to us that their marriage fell apart because my father was gay.”

Vodpod videos no longer available.

In his new book, “Courage and Consequence: My Life as a Conservative in the Fight,” Rove writes:

“I have become an adjective. There is something called a Rovian-style of campaigning and it’s meant as an insult. One columnist said it consists mainly of throwing mud until it sticks. One prominent blogger described the elements of a textbook Rovian race as fear-based, smear-based and anything goes.”

Others, including fellow Republicans, don’t buy Rove’s denials. As Lauer reported, “Roy Fletcher, McCain’s deputy campaign manager, said of the South Carolina smear, quote, ‘This whole thing, it was orchestrated by Rove.’ ”

And Cindy McCain, the senator’s wife, said she would not stab Rove in the back if he walked by her. “I would stab him in the front,” she reportedly said.

Lauer also read a quote from Matt Latimer, a former Bush speechwriter, who wrote of Rove: “He was what all the liberals said he was, the villain. And to make matters worse, a clumsy one at that. He turned out to be less a Voldemort than a Boris Badenov chasing Rocky and Bullwinkle.”

Rove has quite possibly been the most destructive force in American politics since George McDuffie fabricated the “40 Bales of Cotton” fiction supported by John Calhoon which directly led to the Civil War.

Calhoun, a brilliant orator and writer, was a proponent of Republicanism, which he saw as implying slavery, states’ rights, limited government, and nullification.

Were justice really applicable to all people in this country…

Karl Rove would be sitting in a prison somewhere, convicted of treason for his role in outing a CIA Agent, along with a few of his closest co-conspirators.
