Before BLM – US Army Sergeant Isaac Woodard

The physical abuse and murder of black people by forces of “the law” didn’t begin with Trayon Martin…

The story of Isaac Woodard and the 1946 police beating that opened America’s eyes

On the evening of February 12, 1946, Isaac Woodard, a 26-year-old black Army veteran, boarded a bus in Augusta, Georgia. Earlier that day, he’d been honorably discharged, and he was heading to Winnsboro, South Carolina to reunite with his wife.

The bus driver made a stop en route. When Woodard asked if he had time to use the bathroom, the driver cursed loudly at him. Woodard would later admit in a depositionthat he cursed back.

Neither man said anything until the bus stopped in Batesburg, South Carolina. There, the driver told the local police about Woodard’s impudence. Woodard was ordered off the bus. When Woodard tried to give his version of events, a police officer struck him with a night stick. Woodard was escorted to the jail, where, he later testified, he was repeatedly beaten by the police chief, Linwood Shull. Woodard said that Shull pounded him in his eyes with the end of the night stick until he blacked out (charges Shull would deny).

Once Woodard regained consciousness, he couldn’t see.

Woodard was charged with disorderly conduct, with the police claiming he’d been intoxicated. Witnesses, however, said he hadn’t been drinking. After paying a fine, Woodard was driven to a veterans’ hospital in Columbia, where doctors told him he would be permanently blind.

The NAACP took on Woodard’s cause. A benefit concert for Woodward in New York City included such entertainers as Orson Welles, Woody Guthrie, Cab Calloway, Billie Holiday and Milton Berle. Woodard’s fight for justice would reach the Oval Office, with its shadow even touching the U.S. Supreme Court’s 1954 decision in Brown v. Board of Education.

Over the years, Woodward’s beating receded behind more publicized stories like the lynching of Emmett Till. But with police brutality remaining a problem in many African-American communities today, it’s appropriate to highlight an important – and unappreciated – story of the civil rights movement.

A battle raging on the homefront

Woodard was one of the estimated one million African-Americans who served in the U.S. military during World War II. They fought for their country on foreign soil and for racial equality on their own soil. Black soldiers served in segregated units on segregated bases. In return for fighting for their country, black veterans believed they deserved nothing less than the equality granted to every other citizen under the Constitution.

But in the postwar years, many feared that any attempt to topple Jim Crow laws would result in prolonged racial conflict. Richmond Times-Dispatch editor Virginius Dabneywarned that overturning Jim Crow would leave “hundreds, if not thousands, killed and amicable race relations set back for decades.”

Blacks who challenged prevailing laws often found themselves jailed, beaten or worse. Some of that violence was directed against black soldiers, some of whom were murdered in their uniforms.

While Woodard lived to tell his story, his blindness left him unable to make a living. Woodard knew if he stayed in the South, he had no chance for justice against Shull, so he moved to New York City to live with his parents.

Once Woodard settled in New York City, he contacted Walter White, executive secretary of the NAACP, who wrote a letter to Orson Welles, the writer, director and star of the movie Citizen Kane. Welles also wrote a syndicated newspaper column and broadcast a weekly political commentary on the radio.

“We have had many horrible cases pass through this office,” White wrote to Welles, “but never one worse than this.”

Welles delivered a series of radio commentaries on Woodard’s behalf in July and August 1946. On July 28, Welles demanded that those responsible for Woodard’s attack be prosecuted. Welles vowed to fight for Woodard because he had fought for his country.

“The blind soldier fought for me in this war, the least I can do is fight for him. I have eyes. He hasn’t. I have a voice on the radio. He hasn’t,” Welles said. “I was born a white man, and until a colored man is a full citizen, like me, I haven’t the leisure to enjoy the freedom that a colored man risked his life to maintain for me. Until somebody beats me and blinds me I am in his debt.” …Read the Rest Here

Judge Unloads on Dirty Cop…Calling him racist.

Judge Vonda Evans unloaded on the Michigan Police Officer found guilty in court of Police Brutality…

Judge Vonda also spoke before the sentencing, saying Melendez and his officer were playing a “game” when they decided to pull over Dent.

“You forgot the eye of justice was watching. The dash cam designed to protect you – caught you. You knew better,” she said.

Melendez was found guilty of misconduct in office and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.

The first charge carried up to a 5 year prison penalty and the second charge had a maximum of 10 years.

He was sentenced to no less than 13 months and no more than 10 years in prison on the first count, and was given 90 days credit for the second charge.

Vicious and Depraved Men Beat Cerebral Palsy Victim in Detroit and Paste Crime on Facebook

There is a class on individuals called Sociopaths. People who have no feeling relative to the welfare of others. Fortunately in this case the scumbags were truly stupid – so it is unlikely they will do anyone else any harm for a long long time. This one is only different from the San Bernardino massacre in that the scumbags didn’t apparently have a gun.

‘Cowards’ Beat Man With Cerebral Palsy, Post Video on Facebook

Two “cowards” filmed themselves beating up a man with cerebral palsy using his own cell phone, then uploaded the evidence to the victim’s Facebook page, authorities in Michigan said.

Nikey Dashone Walker and Shadeed Dontae Bey, both 20, were arrested Monday for Sunday’s attack, which took place inside a stairwell at the victim’s Pontiac apartment complex, Oakland County Sheriff’s Department said.

Authorities said two men stole the 23-year-old victim’s cell phone and filmed the attack after he tried to get it back.

A graphic video released by the sheriff’s department shows the men viciously kicking and punching him until he appears unconscious on the floor.

“Record it. Hold on, record it,” one of the men says just after the victim falls to the ground after he appears to try to fight back.

At one point, one of the two men pauses to grin at the camera and boast about what he’s done. He appears to say  the man is “sleeping.”

“Come on let’s go,” one of them eventually says, leaving the victim lying on the ground as they return to the stairs.

Walker and Bey were arraigned Tuesday on charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; home invasion; and unarmed robbery — all felonies.

SF-Alameda Cops Beat Unarmed Man After Surrender

This one is pretty hard to watch. A man suspected of car theft initially ran from Police but then stopped and surrendered. The Cops involved then threw him to the ground and repeatedly beat him with nightsticks and kicks. Unbelievable the victim survived this.

Vicious Police Beating Of Stanislav Petrov Sparks Call For Federal Probe

Two Northern California sheriff’s deputies seen repeatedly beating a suspected car thief in a video were placed on paid administrative leave on Sunday.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the Alameda County deputies, who were not identified, were placed on leave two days after the release of the video, which launched an internal investigation.

The video released on YouTube by the San Francisco public defender’s office shows two deputies chasing a man on foot. As the man slows, one deputy tackles him and punches him twice. The second deputy arrives and starts hitting the man with his baton. Soon, both deputies hit him with their batons as he screamed and alternated from laying on the ground and getting on his knees.

Public Defender Jeff Adachi said the video shows excessive force and called for a federal probe of the incident.

“He didn’t pose any threat at that point, and they are clearly using excessive force and trying to seriously hurt him when he was on the ground and subdued,” he said Friday. “I don’t see any reason why he couldn’t be handcuffed and taken into custody.”

Alameda County Sheriff’s spokesman, Sgt. J.D. Nelson, said the deputies believed the suspect, 29-year-old Stanislav Petrov, was armed and possibly on drugs. A gun was later recovered.

The beating came at the end of a high-speed chase from San Leandro across the bay to San Francisco’s Mission District on Thursday. Authorities accused Petrov of ramming the deputies’ patrol cars, knocking one of the officers down before leading them on the chase.

Petrov was taken to San Francisco General Hospital.

Alameda County Public Defender Brendon Woods, who visited Petrov at the hospital Sunday, told KQED-FM that he suffered several broken bones in both of his hands or arms and multiple lacerations to the back of his head, but was alert and talking.

Crossing a Closed Street While a Minority

Austin, Texas…Despite its conversion into a modern Hi-Tech capital, a lot of the old ugly still resides just below the surface…

In this case – being a minority while crossing a closed off street.

WATCH: Mob of Austin cops tackle and assault two unarmed men for jaywalking

A group of friends, Jeremy Kingg, Lou Glen, Matt Wallace, and Rolando Ramiro were walking home Early Friday morning when they crossed the street in a manner unfit for a police state.

“We were walking across the street, the sign said ‘do not walk,’ but lights were already turning yellow and streets were blocked off, so we kept walking,” Ramiro says.

“[Police] flashed their flashlights at us, asked us to show them our IDs. Matt and Jeremy said to f— off,” noting that the street was barricaded so the ‘crime’ of Jaywalking was a moot point when cars are unable to drive down the street.

However, the half-dozen officers attempting to assert their authority over group did not approve of Wallace and Kingg’s tone, so they felt a gang beating was in order.

All of the sudden, multiple Austin cops coming running from their bicycles and proceed to start punching, kneeing, and kicking two young men.

When asked what crime they committed, one officer turned up and said, “crossed against the light.”

This insanely violent response from police for crossing the street is the epitome of the divide in America today that continues to grow between the police and the policed. This is not how you treat people.

After the video began to go viral, the APD released the following statement:

The Austin Police Department has been made aware of the incident that occurred Friday, Nov. 6 at 2:30 a.m. in the 600 block of E. Sixth Street. As is standard protocol, the Chain of Command will review the Response to Resistance and the incident to determine what led up to the events captured in the video and whether the officer’s actions were in compliance with APD policy.”

The APD is no stranger to violent arrests for jaywalking. Last year, 4 APD officers applied a ridiculous amount of force to a tiny college girl for jogging ‘against the light.’

When police were asked to issue a statement about the stop, which made world news, APD chief Art Acevedo implied that the girl should feel lucky that none of his officers raped her.

“This person absolutely took something that was as simple as ‘Austin Police – Stop!’ and decided to do everything you see on that video,” Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo said at a press conference Friday, according to Austin NPR station 90.5 KUT. “And quite frankly she wasn’t charged with resisting. She’s lucky I wasn’t the arresting officer, because I wouldn’t have been as generous. … In other cities there’s cops who are actually committing sexual assaults on duty, so I thank God that this is what passes for a controversy in Austin, Texas,” Acevedo said.

Cops Beat Unarmed Mom in Front of Kids

Here we go again…This time a white mom. The second Cop on the scene lands a couple of MMA worthy hammerfists on the woman who is already being restrained on the ground.

It is amazing white conservative racist types think BLM efforts to make Police accountable isn’t a good thing for everyone.

Cops Beat Mom in Front of Young Kids

In 2013, Cindy Hahn came upon a car with its doors wide open and the alarm blasting. Curious, she asked a Carlsbad, California, police officer who was on the scene what was going on—to which he replied, “Mind your own f—king business.” Shocked at this response, she began shooting video, which apparently made him continue to swear at her. Hahn called the police department to report him, and left.

Within minutes, she found herself pulled over for a seatbelt violation, removed from her car, and pinned to the ground. By the same cop. Backup officers arrived, and cellphone footage shows Hahn being punched repeatedly in the face as her children screamed from the car nearby.

Charges of resisting arrest and battery on a police officer were dropped in July when the San Diego district attorney saw this video, her lawyer, Mark Geragos, reports. The officers now face charges of their own, including lying under oath during Hahn’s criminal case. Reached for comment, the Carlsbad Police Department said it “looks forward to bringing this lawsuit before the proper judicial authorities.”

Hahn says her son still talks about the incident.

“The only thing that he’ll talk to me about is, ‘I couldn’t protect you, Mom. I could’ve. I could’ve got him off you. I could have helped you,’” she told CBS Los Angeles.

More Police Violence in Chicago

Chicago cops beating people up is no big surprise,. The department has a long reputation of questionable tactics. Beating up one of their fellow Government employees? No Problem!

Police Investigator: Cops Beat Me Up

The dash-cam went dark as soon as officers saw his ID. Then an officer allegedly taunted him, “What are you going to tell me next? You can’t breathe?”

CHICAGO — A man who investigates the Chicago Police Department for a living was beaten by officers once they discovered what he did, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court.

George Roberts is a supervisor at the Independent Police Review Authority, the agency responsible for investigating claims of police misconduct and officer-involved shootings. On New Year’s Day 2015, Roberts was pulled over after he left a bar. One of six officers who stopped Roberts found his IPRA identification badge.

Immediately afterwards, the police dashcam recording the traffic stop cuts to black; Roberts alleges in his federal lawsuit against the police this is because another officer intentionally turned off the camera. Roberts’s attorney claims police paperwork did not even note any footage existed. In fact, police only admitted to its existence when Roberts’s criminal counsel discovered it during his trial for driving under the influence.

With no footage to contest their account of the incident, police told the media that Roberts was drunk and swerving his vehicle and that he refused to answer questions or to take a field-sobriety test. They arrested him for minor traffic violations and DUI. Police said he fell asleep in the back of the squad car and he soiled himself.

Roberts was acquitted on the DUI charge in a bench trial and he says police are lying about what really happened after the dashcam went dark—that he was thrown to the ground before he was handcuffed and put in the back of a squad car.

At 6-foot-3 and 315 pounds, Roberts’s wrists were too large for the single pair of handcuffs police slapped on him, his lawyer says. When Roberts complained that even the slightest movement caused the cuffs to cut into his wrists Officer “R. Adams” allegedly taunted him with Eric Garner’s last words.

Former IRPA Investigator, Lorenzo Davis

“What are you going to tell me next, you can’t breathe?”

Roberts, who is black, claims he was pulled out of the car and thrown to the ground again—a collision so violent that it made him lose control of his bowels. From there Roberts was taken to the lock-up, where he stayed overnight in his soiled clothes.

The only visit from an officer that night was borne not of concern but jubilation, according to Roberts. A white-shirt officer, which denotes high rank, peered in on Roberts as he sat defeated on the cell floor, then pointed and laughed.

IPRA is used to getting beat up by Chicago’s cops.

Lorenzo Davis, who along with Roberts was one of just two black supervisors at IPRA, is also suing the city. Davis says he was fired after refusing to whitewash investigations of three fatal shootings carried out by Chicago police officers. While Davis remains unsure whether police targeted Roberts, he is sure that telling the truth about cops gets punished.

Detective Dante Servin, Rekia Boyd

“Some people seem to think that someone saw him and recognized him, saw him in a bar and saw him drinking,” Davis says of Roberts. “That was a theory initially—that this would be a way to get back at someone who worked at IPRA.”

The only time IPRA had the balls to suggest terminating a cop was after the state’s attorney already charged him in a homicide, which hadn’t happened to any other cops in IPRA’s lifetime.

In 2012, Detective Dante Servin fired his unregistered handgun from his car, killing Rekia Boyd. (Servin has maintained he saw a man with a gun near Boyd, but investigators revealed the man was holding only a cell phone.) Servin was charged with involuntary manslaughter but was acquitted by a Cook County judge in April on the novel basis that Servin should’ve been charged with first-degree murder…More…

Cruisin’ for a Brusin’

Saw this and couldn’t believe it. Not sure what level of stupidity inspired this woman to first, tongue lash, make fun of, and then take a swing with shoe in hand at this guy (and several other folks)… Yeah she was being an ass, and right up until she, and her girlfriends tried to take on the whole subway train with their shoes and hands – I think he would have walked away.

But, these clownettes bit off far more than they could chew.

Hope these young women learned a lesson they obviously didn’t learn at home – Civility.

Charges Dropped Against Man Whose Subway Slap Went Viral

He’ll forever be known as the tall guy wearing the 8-ball jacket who slapped a woman on the F train in New York City. But what he won’t be known as is the guy who ultimately faced charges for the slap.

According to Jorge Pena’s attorney, charges were dropped against his client because the woman, Danay Howard, was the aggressor. Pena spent four nights in jail after slapping Howard but eventually posted his $1,000 bail on Tuesday.

In an interview with the New York Post, Pena’s lawyer, Cary London, said that the system worked. “Thank God for smartphones because the DA’s office was able to have all of the information in front of them at an early stage to show that our client did nothing wrong and acted in self-defense,” he said.

But the situation isn’t over; London plans to press charges against Howard on behalf of his client, whom he referred to as a gentle giant.

In speaking about the video, which so far has more than 4 million views, London said Howard was making fun not only of his client’s 8-ball jacket but also of his speech impediment before hitting him with her shoe. London said Pena was just trying to get home after a long night of working as a bouncer at a bar.

Sportsmanship? Not Anymore at Virginia State

This is one of those things that makes you go WTF!

This one is as bad as the Tonya Harding/Nancy Kerrigan disgrace, where Harding’s husband attempted to disable Kerrigan so she could not compete against Harding in the skating championships.

It may well have been that Harding was guilty of nothing more than exceptionally low standards in terms of the men she married…

So what is the Virginia State Football Players excuse who took on the opposing quarterback in a bathroom at the Championship Banquet… 5-1?

I hope these morons get to spend a few days behind bars to consider their transgressions…And their scholarships revoked as a warning to any  other athlete.

Rudy Johnson, WSSU Quarterback

CIAA championship canceled after Winston-Salem State QB is attacked

Winston-Salem State quarterback Rudy Johnson was expected to lead his team on the field Saturday as it attempts to win its third consecutive Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (CIAA) football championship. But after an alleged incident at a celebratory banquet Friday, Johnson won’t be able to play, and neither will anyone else.

The CIAA on Friday night canceled the game between Winston-Salem State and Virginia State in the wake of the incident, as well as the conference’s volleyball championships that also were to be held in Winston-Salem, N.C., this weekend. The move comes after Johnson was allegedly beaten by a group of Virginia State football players in a bathroom of a WSSU campus building during the CIAA football banquet.

The Winston-Salem Journal obtained an arrest warrant from Winston-Salem State campus police for Lamont Britt, a Virginia State sophomore running back, who was charged with misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury. According to the Journal, Britt is being held in Forsyth County (N.C.) Jail with bond set at $7,500 and has a date in Forsyth District Court set for Dec. 9.

A voice message and email from USA TODAY Sports to campus police lieutenant and crime prevention officer Henry Gray were not returned.

The university’s associate athletics director for media relations, Kevin Manns, confirmed to USA TODAY Sports that Johnson had been treated and released from a nearby hospital. According to the arrest warrant, Johnson had been hit in the face and head and suffered a head laceration and swollen eye.

In announcing the cancellation, CIAA commissioner Jacquie Carpenter said in a statement, “Our singular focus is on the safety and security of the CIAA’s student-athletes and those who follow them. It is important that everyone involved in the CIAA embody our mission every day by acting as upstanding individuals on and off the field. We must work together to hold each other to higher standards of responsible judgment and conduct because we must demand that if we are to succeed.

“We did not make this decision lightly, as its impact is far and wide – affecting our student-athletes, alumni, fans, sponsors and more. But the CIAA has long had policies to encourage responsible behavior, and must consider what is necessary to assure days like today are not repeated, ever.”

Winston-Salem State Chancellor Donald Reaves said in a statement Friday night, “I am saddened to report that at today’s CIAA pre-championship game luncheon held at the Anderson Center of the WSSU campus that our starting quarterback, Rudy Johnson, was viciously beaten by one or more members of the Virginia State football team.

“There is no excuse for the behavior of the Virginia State players. One suspect has admitted to his role in the attack and has been arrest on criminal assault charges. The University Police Department is attempting to identify the other VSU players who were involved. Today’s event was supposed to be a celebration for both teams and for all the players who were being recognized for an outstanding season. The actions from the Virginia State players certainly changed the outcome for everyone.”

On its university web site, Virginia State released a statement reading, “Virginia State University is aware of an incident involving student athletes from Winston Salem State and Virginia State Universities. VSU officials are fully cooperating with the CIAA in their investigation, and as a result, will not be able to comment any further.”

Johnson, a junior from San Diego who transferred from Texas Southern earlier this year, has led his team to a 9-1 record and was named the CIAA’s first-team quarterback on Wednesday. Winston-Salem State has been ranked as a leading contender for the 2013 NCAA Division II football playoffs after reaching the championship game in 2012.

Second Iraq Vet Seriously Injured By Oakland Police

There has always been a disconnect between the Oakland Police and the rest of the city. In a multicultural, progressive city, the police department remains as the oddity. So the violence in Oakland is a natural outgrowth of the schism between the police and the community.

Occupy Oakland: second Iraq war veteran injured after police clashes

A second Iraq war veteran has suffered serious injuries after clashes between police and Occupy movement protesters in Oakland.

Kayvan Sabehgi, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, is in intensive care with a lacerated spleen. He says he was beaten by police close to the Occupy Oakland camp, but despite suffering agonising pain, did not reach hospital until 18 hours later.

Sabehgi, 32, is the second Iraq war veteran to be hospitalised following involvement in Oakland protests. Another protester, Scott Olsen, suffered a fractured skull on 25 October.

On Wednesday night, police used teargas and non-lethal projectiles to drive back protesters following an attempt by the Occupy supporters to shut down the city of Oakland.

Sabehgi told the Guardian from hospital he was walking alone along 14th Street in central Oakland – away from the main area of clashes – when he was injured.

“There was a group of police in front of me,” he told the Guardian from his hospital bed. “They told me to move, but I was like: ‘Move to where?’ There was nowhere to move.

“Then they lined up in front of me. I was talking to one of them, saying ‘Why are you doing this?’ when one moved forward and hit me in my arm and legs and back with his baton. Then three or four cops tackled me and arrested me.”

Sabeghi, who left the army in 2007 and now part-owns a small bar-restaurant in El Cerrito, about 10 miles north of Oakland, said he was handcuffed and placed in a police van for three hours before being taken to jail. By the time he got there he was in “unbelievable pain”.

He said: “My stomach was really hurting, and it got worse to the point where I couldn’t stand up.

“I was on my hands and knees and crawled over the cell door to call for help.”

A nurse was called and recommended Sabehgi take a suppository, but he said he “didn’t want to take it”.

He was allowed to “crawl” to another cell to use the toilet, but said it was clogged.

“I was vomiting and had diarrhoea,” Sabehgi said. “I just lay there in pain for hours.”

Sabehgi’s bail was posted in the mid-afternoon, but he said he was unable to leave his cell because of the pain. The cell door was closed, and he remained on the floor until 6pm, when an ambulance was called.

He was taken to Highland hospital – the same hospital where Olsen was originally taken after being hit in the head by a projectile apparently fired by police.

Sabehgi was due to undergo surgery on Friday afternoon to repair his spleen, which would involve using a clot or patch to prevent internal bleeding.

The MSM BTW is reporting 10,000 demonstrators. This is raw video footage from a helicopter of the march to the port…

10k? Really? Looks more like 100,000 to me.

Texas Judge Beats Daughter who has Cerebral Palsey for Downloading

This is utterly and completely out of control. This Judge needs a bit of his own “justice”…

Judge Under Fire After Daughter Posts Video of Beating

A Texas judge is facing a police investigation along with death threats after his daughter posted a video of a severe beating she endured in 2004, reports KRIS TV. The disturbing seven-minute clip has racked up more than 600,000 views on YouTube after Hillary Adams shared it on Reddit. “My father’s harassment was getting really bad, so I decided to finally publish the video that I had been sitting on for seven years,” she tells the TV station. The response from Aransas County Court Judge William Adams: “It happened years ago. … I apologized.” He added, “It’s not as bad as it looks on tape.”

The tape shows a screaming Hillary getting struck repeatedly with a belt, apparently because she had disobeyed her father by downloading music off the Internet. “She has had ataxic cerebral palsy from birth that led her to a passion for technology, which was strictly forbidden by her father’s backwards views,” says the text accompanying the video. Reddit has a “strong protective streak,” notes Gawker, and its users have quickly spread the story.

Update of Texas Judge Story

Police launched an investigation Wednesday into a Texas family law judge whose daughter posted a YouTube video of him savagely beating her with a belt during a tirade several years ago when she was a teenager…

The nearly 8-minute video, viewed more than 950,000 times as of late Wednesday, shows Aransas County Court-at-Law Judge William Adams lashing his then-16-year-old daughter in the legs more than a dozen times and growing increasingly irate while she screams and refuses to turn over on a bed to be beaten. The video was uploaded last week.

“Lay down or I’ll spank you in your (expletive) face,” Adams screams. His daughter, Hillary, wails and pleads for him to stop…

Hillary Adams said she set up the camera because she knew “something was about to happen.” Toward the end of the video, her father shouts that he plans to beat the girl “into submission” and rants about having a computer in the house and the problems it causes. The video ends with the adult woman telling her to leave the room and sleep on the sofa.

Elected in 2001, Adams draws an annual salary of $138,055 as Aransas County’s top judge. He dealt with at least 349 family law cases in the past year, nearly 50 of which involved state caseworkers seeking to determine whether parents were fit to raise their children…

Hillary Adams’ parents divorced in 2007 after 22 years of marriage, according to court records. The divorce petition states that “the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities,” but a counter-petition filed by Adams’ ex-wife states that the divorce was filed under grounds of “mental cruelty.”

Court records show that the couple had another daughter who was 6 at the time.

Beatings, Beat Downs, and Just Plain Murder

OK – I’m going to go there, to the playground of black conservative race pimps…

I’m sure this one is STORY ONE, not only on every single black conservative site, every white supremacist site, and good majority of the the bleeding hearts black folks sites…

So why go there?

Simple. More black babies will die in Chicago due to inadequate, unavailable, or poor neo-natal and post natal care in the first year of their lives than are killed by these street thugs.

So where’s the outrage?

The yearly murder rate for young black males was 152 for every 100,000 people (between the ages of 14 and 29) between 1987 and 1989. Hispanic males were slain at the rate of 102 per 100,000, six times the 17 per 100,000 rate of whites that age.

According to a 2006 report from the Chicago Department of Public Health, the infant mortality rate (from birth to 1 year old) in Chicago stood well above the national rate at 9.6 deaths per 1,000. That converts to a figure of 960 per 100,000. When you add in the number of babies who die before they are born – that number doubles.

The next argument you are going to hear from black conservative race pimps is that we are in a “crime wave”. That’s a crock as well.

Black Murder Rates 1976 to 2007

Black Murder Rates 1976 to 2007

According to U.S. Census data, the number of blacks aged 15 to 19 rose by about 15 percent between 2000 and 2007.

So even if any individual black teen’s propensity for crime was unchanged over this time period, the aggregate amount of black-teen crime would have risen by 15 percent. In other words…  just based on changes in population, the number of perpetrators would have been expected to rise from a little over 800 to nearly 1,000. Knowing that, the actual rise to roughly 1,150 doesn’t seem that noteworthy.

The Mortality rate for teens – 15-19 in Wyoming, 85 per 100,000 due to automabile accidents, the majority of which are fouled by DUI is the same as the black murder rate in Chicago for the same age group.

The crack epidemic, fueled by the availability of cheap crack cocaine was a crime epidemic – not what is going on today.

Now, to make the conservative race baiters happy – there is this video –

This thug officer has been fired, and charged with 4th Degree Assault, and is on trial currently…

Just like the black thugs who murdered Darrian Albert.

Real SOB when the system works like it’s supposed to in getting criminals off the streets, or off our Police Forces.

Now, about reopening Devil’s Island…
