Multiple Texas Police Attack Another 14 Year Old Girl

Here we go again – a pair of big bad San Antonio Police maul and beat up a 100 lb 14 Year old girl at a birthday party.

Horrifying video shows Texas cops violently arresting 14-year-old girl as her mother screams

A video posted online this week appears to show a San Antonio police officer repeatedly striking a 14-year-old girl while trying to arrest her.

The San Antonio Express News reports that the girl was arrested after police initially responded to a phone call about two men fighting in the area. The girl and her mother were in the neighborhood attending a quinceañera, which is a birthday party traditionally held in Latino communities for girls who turn 15.

While responding to the fight, one of the officers got into some kind of confrontation with the girl, who was standing with her mother in a parking lot near the party.

The video, which was shot by a bystander, appears to show the girl taking a step toward the officer, who then responded by striking her multiple times and forcibly restraining her. The girl was then arrested and taken into custody on charges of allegedly assaulting a public servant.

The video quality is poor overall, and the San Antonio Police Department says that it is reviewing body camera footage of the incident before making a judgement on the officer’s actions.

Nonetheless, Artessia House, one of the girl’s lawyers, tells the San Antonio Express News that footage of the officer striking the girl is “clear as day.”

Eastpointe Michigan Cops Beat Restrained Black Man – Lawsuit

This is a bit hard to watch as 5 white cops jump and beat a black man…

Michigan cops strap black man to a chair and beat him until he is blind in one eye

A black resident of Eastpointe, Michigan has filed suit against local police after they tied him to a chair and beat him so severely that he permanently lost the vision in one eye.

Detroit’s Fox 2 News said that Frankie Taylor was arrested for driving under the influence on Aug. 10, 2015, but what happened when he arrived at the station was like something from a nightmare — and cameras caught it all.

“If you keep acting like a child, you’re going to get strapped in that chair and you’re going to stay there,” an officer can be heard on tape telling Taylor.

The station’s surveillance cameras caught officers carrying Taylor to a chair and restraining him, then threatening to tase him. Another officer entered the frame, donned a pair of gloves and began to beat Taylor savagely until he lost consciousness.

“Stop resisting,” the officer robotically repeated between blows to Taylor’s face and head. “Stop resisting. Stop resisting.”

Taylor’s screams of pain and terror can be clearly heard on the tape’s audio.

“The guy hit me so many times, it made me cry once I seen the tape,” said Taylor to Fox 2. “I was knocked out.”

Taylor’s attorney James Rasor said that rather than seeking medical treatment for Taylor’s injuries, they transferred him to Macomb County Jail the next day.

Within days he was admitted to Detroit Receiving Hospital for surgery, but it was too late to save his eye.

“He has permanent loss of eyesight in one eye. His vision is severely compromised,” said Rasor. “He has these horrible nightmares.”

Rasor said that unlike white arrestees, Taylor was not allowed to make a phone call.

“You want to protect people from this type of brutality by police forces,” said Rasor. “White folks were allowed to use the phone by police officers; even one who had urinated in his pants was allowed to use the phone. Frankie Taylor wasn’t, and the only difference is that Frankie Taylor happens to be African-American.”

“I don’t feel like that I was a threat to the officers to the point that they had to hit me until I was unconscious,” Taylor said. “I wouldn’t expect this from officers.”

Man Attacks Democrat Senate Candidate With Brass Knuckles in West Virginia

A (likely) right wing thug blindsided and beat a Democrat Candidate for State Senate in West Virginia. The attack was planned, with the attacker first knocking out the candidate from behind with brass knuckles in another act of political thuggery.

West Virginia state Senate candidate Richard Ojeda.

West Virginia state Senate candidate, a veteran, brutally beaten

West Virginia state Senate candidate Richard Ojeda was brutally beaten during a cookout Sunday — just two days before his primary — and nearly run over with a pickup truck, Ojeda told NBC News.

Jonathan Stuart Porter, 41, was in custody Sunday. State Trooper Zachary Holden told NBC News he was being held on suspicion of malicious assault, malicious attempted assault and felony destruction of property.

In an interview from his hospital room in Charleston, Ojeda, 45, a Democrat and military veteran whose primary contest is Tuesday, said he had been at a barbecue in the mountains about 60 miles southwest of Charleston when Porter asked for a bumper sticker.

Ojeda, who said he has known Porter since they were kids, placed one on the rear bumper of Porter’s truck. Then Porter asked for a second one on the vehicle’s front grill.

“That’s all I remember,” Ojeda said. “When I woke up, my head was on a tree stump covered in blood. Everyone was looking at me.”

Ojeda suffered eight bone fractures and three lacerations to his face, as well as exterior swelling to his head, he said.

Ojeda’s primary opponent, state Sen. Art Kirkendoll, said in a statement that he was praying for Ojeda and wished him a full recovery.

“I was informed that my opponent was physically assaulted and injured at a political function today,” Kirkendoll said. “I do not now, nor have I ever, condoned violence. It has no place in our political campaigns or in our communities.”

Ojeda said witnesses told him that he was kicked and struck with brass knuckles, although Holden said he found no evidence of the weapon and Porter denied using them.

Afterward, when the assailant got in his truck, a neighbor who witnessed the beating jumped in between the vehicle and Ojeda.

“He feared Porter was going to hit him,” Holden said.

The attacker spun out in the gravel, and when a second neighbor tried to block his exit with an ATV, the driver rammed the quad several times, Holden said, adding that the man eventually ran over it — along with a second ATV whose driver also tried to block him.

Porter called police and peacefully turned himself in after hiding out in the mountains for six hours, Holden said.

Aside from a brief comment about the brass knuckles, Holden said, Porter refused to talk to authorities. A motive for the assault remained unclear, he said.

To Ojeda, however, it was clearly premeditated — and it was all about politics.

Citing what he described as the intense poverty, corruption and nepotism that plagues the region — and his campaign for transparency and good government — Ojeda said: “The moment you start asking questions, you become public enemy number one.”

Police Attack Woman in Jacksonville, Fla for Filming

Here we go again…

Unarmed black woman beaten and tackled by Florida cops for filming arrest of her husband

A black woman who was punched and tackled to the ground by two white Jacksonville policemen for filming the arrest of her husband claims the cops stole her phone with a recording on the incident, reports NewsJax4.

According to Kelli Wilson, she went down to a local convenience store to record the arrest of her husband and retrieve their car when she was assaulted by the two cops who demanded her name and told her to put her phone away and stop recording.

“I was beaten, and then falsely arrested, my phone was stolen, my car was taken. It was a traumatic experience. It was definitely an experience you never think you would be going through,” said Wilson.

Although police confiscated her phone, video of her arrest was captured by surveillance cameras that showed the unarmed woman talking to the police before they charged, attempting to grab her phone with one officer seen punching her while the other one held her arms.

According to Wilson, one of the policemen demanded she stop filming and she asked him “why?”

“He asked for it, he demanded it again, and I gave him the same, ‘Why do you want my phone? What do you need my phone for?’ He told me he would punch me in my face,”Wilson explained. “I eventually got punched and beaten and the sergeant that was on the scene joined in the beating.”

According to the police report, officers at the scene said Wilson repeatedly refused to identify herself and she was arrested for interfering with the arrest, although in the video she can be seen backing away from the officers. The officers admitted that they kneed and punched her as they made the arrest. The report also states the arresting officers believed she was reaching for a weapon after they had her face down on the ground. No weapon was discovered.

According to Wilson, the police confiscated and still have her phone that contains the video that she feels will exonerate her.

Her lawyers believe that the surveillance video should be enough to prove that she did nothing wrong.

“She was lucky for that video, because without it, I don’t think a judge or jury would believe her against three police officers,” said her attorney, Dexter Van Davis.

Takes 9 Officers to Arrest Jaywalking Teen Who Doesn’t Resist

Unbelievable!

Officers Tackle Black Teen For Walking In The Street

Video appears to show an officer striking the teen in the face with a baton.

A video appears to show a Stockton, California, police officer striking a black teenager in the face with a baton before four officers wrestle the teen to the sidewalk and handcuff him for walking in the street.

The video, uploaded by witness Evan Avendaño, begins with an officer struggling with the unidentified 16-year-old suspect Wednesday morning. The officer repeatedly tells the teen to stop resisting, then appears to strike him several times with both ends of a baton.

Moments later, other Stockton officers flood the scene as the youth holds his face. Witnesses can be heard shouting, “He’s just a fucking kid,” and, “Let him go.” Four officers then tackle the teen and arrest him.

Avendaño wrote on Facebook that the officer approached the suspect for “jaywalking.”

“He barely stepped out of the bus he was 2 feet away from the sidewalk when the cop stopped him for jaywalking,”Avendaño wrote. “The kid took off the cop’s hand off his arm so the cop took out his baton & that’s when I started recording because everything happened too quick. He didn’t have to hit the kid with the baton & no need to call about 20 cops. And as you can see his body cam is on the floor. Smh.”

A Stockton police spokesman told Vice that the suspect was walking in a bus lane and refused to get on the sidewalk.

“For safety reasons, the officer told the young man to get on the sidewalk,” Officer Joseph Silva said. “After the teenager refused to comply and used obscene language, the officer went over and a there was a scuffle.”

Silva said the officer’s body camera fell off during the initial scuffle.

Employee of the Year… Almost

This incident happened in the NYC McDonalds. Two women came in and placed an order, for which they presented a $50 bill. The cashier had questions about the bill’s authenticity. Instead of just asking for the manager to come over, one of the women attacked the cashier, climbing over the counter. The second woman goes around the counter to attack the cashier. The cashier ran to the back of the store with the women following, at which point he picked up a metal rod, and put both women down…

At this point, the cashier gets my vote for employee of the year. The women should not have physically assaulted him, and were way out of bounds jumping over the counter to go after him when he tried to retreat. The cashier grabbed what looks like a long tire iron to defend himself.  The initial beat down by the cashier was well deserved. Where things – for the cashier – start to go wrong is when the second woman tries to get up. It’s unclear from the video whether she was trying to attack him again or get away. He hits her several times knocking her back to the floor.

With both women down on the floor, the guy doesn’t stop though, despite the effort of a fellow employee to get him to stop beating them – even though they are both down and pose no risk. He also apparently hits one of the woman on the head, a potentially lethal strike – and completely unnecessary.

So yeah – the guy deserves the felony charge the police charged him with. But both of the women also deserve felony assault charges.

Oh well… As James Brown said, “I may not know Karate… But I know K-razor!”… or in this case K-tire iron. Put this one under “American Genocide”…
