3 of the Chumph’s “Good People” Arrested For Attempted Murder After Florida Speech

About those “Good people on both sides”…

Charlottesville and now Florida – White Supremacist rally – attempted murder by white supremacists.

This is what the Chumph encourages every single day.

Three of the CHumph’s white supremacist “Good People” attempted murderers

These Are The Three Richard Spencer Fans Arrested For Attempted Homicide In Gainesville

They are all active white supremacists; two of them are violent felons.

About five hours before his companion allegedly fired a bullet toward several protesters, and a day before police charged him with attempted homicide, Colton Fears, in an interview with HuffPost, laid out the grievances that had brought him to town. “Basically, I’m just fed up with the fact that I’m cis-gendered, I’m a white male, and I lean right, towards the Republican side,” said Fears, 28, wearing a pin of the 3rd SS Panzer Division Totenkopf of the Waffen-SS. “And I get demonized if I don’t accept certain things.”

According to the Anti-Defamation League, Colton Fears is the “least active” of the three Texas men charged in Thursday’s shooting, which happened after Richard Spencer’s speech at the University of Florida. Fears’ brother, William, 30, and Tyler Tenbrink, 28, were also charged. It was Tenbrink who allegedly jumped out of a silver Jeep after an argument with protesters and produced a handgun. “I’m going to fucking kill you,” Tenbrink reportedly yelled at the protesters, while the Fears brothers encouraged him to shoot.

Tenbrink popped off a single round that missed his targets and hit a building behind them, then got back in the Jeep and fled. One of the victims reported the Jeep’s vehicle tag number to police. Officers from three different law enforcement units caught up with the trio later that evening on Interstate 75 and took them into custody.

Even before their arrest, the trio were known quantities ― Tenbrink and William Fears in particular. They are fairly representative specimens of the sort of flotsam that drifts through the the so-called “alt-right” and, increasingly, trails in the wake of any white nationalist chieftain, even one as snooty as Spencer. They are, in short, surly groupies for whiteness. Here’s what we know about them.

Tyler Tenbrink

Tenbrink, the man who fired the gun, is a white supremacist from Richmond, Texas. He told the Washington Post that he came to Spencer’s Gainesville speech because he received threats from the “radical left” after he was spotted at the Unite The Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. But Tenbrink had been active in the white nationalist scene long before the August gathering.

In June, Tenbrink participated in a white supremacist rally at the Texas State Capitol building in Austin, according to the ADL. The ADL also identified Tenbrink at another Richard Spencer speech at Texas A&M University last December, a white supremacist protest in front of the Houston ADL offices last October, a private event organized by the neo-Nazi Aryan Renaissance Society last September, and a white supremacist protest in front of the Houston NAACP office last August.

Tenbrink told the Post that all he cares about are the “14 words,” a reference to the popular white supremacist slogan: “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children.”

Tenbrink pled guilty to a felony assault charge in Texas in 2014. That means he now faces additional charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, the Gainesville Police Department wrote in a statement.

William Fears

William Fears, from Pasadena, Texas, claims he didn’t even know about the alt-right until Hillary Clinton condemned the movement in a campaign speech last August, at which point his radicalization journey began. By December, he was turning up at Spencer’s speaking events, including one at Texas A&M where Fears described himself as ”mainly an Internet troll.”

But Fears was more than a troll. In 2009, he pleaded guilty to aggravated kidnapping after he abducted an 18-year-old female University of Texas at Tyler student at knifepoint and “wounded her several times.” He has also been convicted of criminal trespassing and possession of a controlled substance. It was while he was incarcerated, he told the Post, that he had become racially aware.

“I don’t think any race experiences racism in the modern world the way that white people do in a jail,” he said. “In jail, whites come last.”

In May, Fears, who now works in construction, crashed a May Day rally with other neo-Nazis and reportedly assaulted a man. In June, he antagonized members of the Oath Keepers, a far-right militia movement, at a rally in Houston until one of them put him in a chokehold. In August, he showed up in Charlottesville to brawl in a helmet, gas mask and goggles, waving a white nationalist flag and shouting, “Shoot! Fire the first shot of the race war!” In September, he and other neo-Nazis tried to provoke anarchists at a Houston book fair to violence.

“Nazi is like the N-word for white people,” says Fears. “And I just embrace it.”

Colton Fears

Before coming to Spencer’s Gainesville speech, Colton Fears participated in the Charlottesville rally and an April counter-protest of a Houston Socialist Movement event as part of a group of white supremacists, which included neo-Nazis and members of the alt-right, the ADL said.

After the Charlottesville rally, Fears posted a 13-minute-long statement on YouTube. He congratulated himself for attending the event, lamented the mainstream media’s attack on Southern heritage, and complained bitterly about being doxxed. He made no mention of Heather Heyer, the 32-year-old protester who was killed at the rally.

In his interview with HuffPost, Fears tried to distance himself a little from the scene around him. He said of Richard Spencer, “I agree with like 75 percent of his ― he’s not ― he’s kind of a scam artist, in my opinion.” Asked if he identified as alt-right, he said: “I try and deny identity politics. That’s why I’m not wearing a white polo and all that stuff.” But he also served up a word salad of white grievance: “Like, OK, for one thing, say, you know, gay marriage, that’s cool, whatever, you know, except — that’s fine, I’m cool with it — well, then, what’s after that? The next step? This whole transgender movement, right? Well, if you don’t accept that, you’re a bigot, this and that. Well, that all goes hand in hand with being a white person.”

Asked about the pin he was wearing during the interview, Fears said “it’s basically just like an SS thing.” Explaining the significance of the pin would require an extensive conversation about World War II, he said. “And it’s my heritage, I’m German.”

Fort Worth Again – Cop Shoots Man in Back Who is Walking Away

Yet another over the top Cop in Fort Worth Texas, shooting a man in the back from 30′ away, walking away, who supposedly had a box cutter…

Texas officer shot black man as he walked away, dashcam video suggests

A police dashcam video appears to show a Texas officer shooting a black man as he is walking away from the officer and not posing any immediate threat.

A lawyer for David Collie released a copy of the video showing the July encounter with a Fort Worth officer and a Tarrant County sheriff’s deputy. The officer and deputy were off duty at the time and working a security detail together at an apartment complex, attorney Nate Washington said on Wednesday.

He said Collie was shot in the back, leaving him paralyzed.

This release of dashcam footage comes on the heels of another recording involving alleged police misconduct in Fort Worth posted on Facebook Live last week. It showed an officer aggressively arresting a woman and her two daughters.

Washington said he released the video to show that last week’s incident was not an isolated case.

“Many members of our community have been assaulted, handled roughly by Fort Worth police officers,” Washington said. “To be clear, we believe the vast majority of police officers are good and decent people.”

Police at the time were searching for two shirtless black men who they believed had committed a robbery near a gas station, Washington said. Authorities said in a news release they issued at the time that Collie had pulled a box cutter from his pocket and pointed it at the officers.

Collie was charged with aggravated assault on a public servant but a grand jury declined to indict him.

Fort Worth police told NBC 5 that they would not comment until an internal investigation was complete. “In order to abide by state law, there is a process that we have to follow for the fairness of all the parties involved,” the department said. “Once the investigation has concluded, we will provide you with the results.”

Collie, 33, was walking from work to a friend’s apartment when the officers approached him in the patrol vehicle, Washington said. It was the Fort Worth officer who shot Collie, Washington said, and the video appears to show the officer firing his weapon about 10 seconds after exiting the vehicle, as Collie walked away.
The video was obtained about three weeks ago from the Tarrant County district attorney’s office through an open records request, Washington said.

The attorney also said he released the video on Tuesday at a news conference at Collie’s insistence because Collie was tired of comments made to his mother by people assuming he must have done something wrong.

Washington said Collie wanted to make clear he “didn’t do anything to threaten an officer”.

In the incident that prompted Washington to release the video, cellphone footagecaptured a white Fort Worth officer last week wrestling a black woman to the ground and then arresting her and her two daughters. The officer appeared to be argumentative and escalate the encounter with the woman, who had called police following an encounter between her son and a neighbor. The video has been viewed millions of times.

Video Surfaces of NYPD Officers Shooting Unarmed Black Teen Trying to Surrender

Another one of those cases of absolutely over the top cops. First shooting at a kid running away, and then continuing to shoot when the suspect stops and raises his hands. Fortunately this one didn’t end in Murder by Cop.

New video reveals NYPD cops fired on unarmed black teen 16 times while he tried to surrender

Newly-released video undermines New York City police’s claim that a teenager was threatening them with a toy gun when they fired at him 16 times during a December 2013 encounter, the New York Daily News reported.

The footage shows Keston Charles, who was 15 years old at the time, running from officers, then limping, then putting his hands up with no sign of the BB gun he was reportedly carrying, which he allegedly took from a friend during a neighborhood fight and used to threaten another boy.

NYPD Officers continue to fire, hitting Charles twice as he stands with his hands up attempting to surrender

Charles served 18 months of probation in connection with the incident, and is reportedly trying to obtain his GED.

“I was scared for my life. I was trying to get away,” Charles said of the encounter. “I never been shot at before.”

Charles was hit three times — twice while surrendering at the front door of his apartment building in Brooklyn. Charles is now suing Officer Jonathan Rivera over the incident.

An attorney for the city of New York, Elissa Jacobs, said that Charles “did not put his hands up to surrender before any round of shots,” a statement apparently contradicted by the footage. According to court documents, officials said since Charles was only hit three times, it demonstrated “how fast he continued to move and that the threat to public safety had not been abated.”

How About Drug and Background Checks for Legislators?

Hot topic among the GOP Tea Bagger set right now is Drug Testing for Welfare recipients.

I think we should conduct Drug Testing and Criminal Background checks on anyone elected to office – with the result that if they fail, or have a criminal background they not be allowed to serve. Why exactly do we have a system in which felons can’t vote…But they can serve office and be party to sensitive national secrets? One of the first things they do when you get a Security Clearance at any level in this country is a Criminal Background Check. You got a Felony…You don’t get a clearance…Period.

The Republican/Tea Party member in the following… Failed.

Portsmouth Rep. Daniel P. Gordon has lengthy criminal record

Tea Party Member Daniel P. Gordon

On Monday, the freshman legislator appeared in District Court, Providence, and was ordered held without bail for failing to appear in court in Massachusetts in 2008 on charges of eluding the police and three other motor vehicle violations. He spent the weekend at the Adult Correctional Institutions after the Rhode Island State Police learned that there was a warrant for his arrest stemming from the stop by the Massachusetts State Police on Route 195 in Fall River.

By the end of the day, he had been transferred to Massachusetts authorities, who released him on $1,000 bail, according to the Associated Press.

Court records from Fall River and Taunton, Mass., show that Gordon, 42, a Republican representing Portsmouth, Tiverton and Little Compton, has a serious arrest record. He has spent more than five months locked up in the Bristol County House of Correction in North Dartmouth, Mass., on charges of attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and for a assaulting and threatening to kill his girlfriend. Dem Congresswoman, 11 Supporters Shot in Arizona

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords

A Democrat Congresswoman in Arizona who has been the target of harassment and threats by right wingers was shot today while holding a meeting with her constituents. Other reports have that at least one person was killed, one of Rep. Giffords’ staff. Included in the injured were a Federal Judge, and local constituents participating in the meeting.

Reports at this time are conflicting as to whether Rep. Giffords was killed.

This comes on the heels of explosive packages being mailed to Maryland Officials and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano bringing up memories of the Anthrax Murderer who mailed his packages just after the last time Republicans took the majority in Congress. That doesn’t say that Republicans have anything to do with it – but it does draw some parallels to the sort of overheated rhetoric we’ve seen from the Tea Baggers and Republicans – and attempted assassinations and murders.

It is unclear whether or not Police have apprehended the assassin in the Giffords case – so it is impossible at this time to determine motive.

Congresswoman Giffords, others shot in Ariz.

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., was shot in the head and an unknown number of others were injured Saturday when an assailant sprayed bullets into an area where the lawmaker was meeting with constituents, congressional officials said.

Officials said one victim died soon after the attack, and others were taken to a nearby hospital. They identified the victim as an aide to the congresswoman.

There were conflicting reports on whether Giffords had died.

The officials said those injured included several of Gifford’s aides who were with her at the time.

The officials who described the events did so on condition of anonymity, saying they were not permitted to comment publicly.

FBI officials and local law enforcement were investigating the attack, which took place while Giffords was greeting constituents outside a Safeway grocery store.

Giffords, who was re-elected to her third term in November, was hosting her first “Congress on Your Corner” event in northwest Tucson, NPR reported.

Giffords, 40, is married to U.S. astronaut Mark Kelly. She took office in January 2007, emphasizing issues such as immigration reform, embryonic stem-cell research, alternative energy sources and a higher minimum wage. In November, she edged a tea party favorite.

The Arizona politician’s office had been vandalized last March just hours after the House vote overhauling the health care system, The New York Times reported.

American Taliban Plot to Mass Murder Police

Another right wing group, another Domestic Terror plot.

The “Hutaree” might best be described as the American Taliban, a “christian” fundamentalist, anti-government militia planning to murder government officials. Per research done by the SPLC, these groups are on the rise in the US – fed in no small part by right wing TV and radio personalities own brand of extremism and hate.

Suspected Militiamen Charged With Plotting to Kill Officers

Nine alleged members of a Michigan-based Christian militia group were indicted by a federal grand jury in Detroit in an alleged 17-month plot to attack and kill local, state and federal law enforcement officials.

On the heels of weekend raids in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, the FBI unsealed an indictment today revealing charges of seditious conspiracy, attempted use of weapons of mass destruction and teaching the use of explosive materials. The charges were filed against nine alleged members of the Hutaree militia, which writes on its Web site that it is preparing for battle with the anti-Christ.

The indictment also charges all the defendants with carrying a firearm during a violent crime on at least one separate occasion.

According to the FBI and the Michigan U.S. attorney’s office, the defendants planned to “kill an unidentified member of local law enforcement and then attack the law enforcement officers who gather in Michigan for the funeral,” using improvised explosive devices (IEDs), which are considered weapons of mass destruction.

The indictment said the plan, allegedly hatched in August 2008, was to take place next month.

“Because the Hutaree had planned a covert reconnaissance operation for April which had the potential of placing an unsuspecting member of the public at risk, the safety of the public and of the law enforcement community demanded intervention at this time,” said U.S. Attorney Barbara L. McQuade.

The defendants include a family of four: David Brian Stone, 45; his wife, Tina Stone, 44; his son, Joshua Matthew Stone, 21, of Clayton, Mich.; and his other son, David Brian Stone Jr., 19, of Adrian, Mich.

Also charged in the five-count indictment were Joshua Clough, 28, of Blissfield, Mich.; Michael Meeks, 40, of Manchester, Mich.; Thomas Piatek, 46, of Whiting, Ind.; Kristopher Sickles, 27, of Sandusky, Ohio; and Jacob Ward, 33, of Huron, Ohio.

If convicted, the nine could get maximum sentences of life in prison.

Fairly obvious this woman never received the psychological help she needed as a result of the outcome of the Duke case. This was a predictable train wreck – the only good news being no one was killed.
