Well, okay, but the CBC should have flexed some muscle from January 2009 to November 2010, when several of them were chairing key committees and subcommittees. However, Rangle got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and Waters had a problem, too, though later exonerated. Then they lost their majority.
Sometimes I think politicians would rather be in the political minority so that they can complain about what the majority is failing to do.
How does a president create jobs? If there had been a public option in the Healthcare bill, it would have potentially lead to job creation by allowing employers to change their benefit package and reduce per-employee expenses by as much as 25% of wages, meaning they could hire more (in theory.) What else might a president do?

Unfortunately, President Obama was right about the CBC. It had devolved into a thoroughly corrupt group of self-interested people – and needed to be cleaned up.
What I don’t buy is that somehow the Rethuglys have been choirboys all this time.
