Condo Rice Can’t Resist Carrying That Water

Condoleezza Rice joins exclusive, formerly white-only golf club

Condo’s net worth while working for the Bushit was estimated between $1.3 million and $2.9 million making here the 20th wealthiest government executive at the time. This is good money, but it damn sure isn’t F”k You money in today’s screwed up economy. Her earnings potential going forward is significant, but somewhat constrained by the political climate. She is assured a significant income from Hoover Institute providing racial cover to the scientific racism generated by the other “fellows”.

Which raises the question of why “buy” two memberships in Golf Clubs which she isn’t going to visit more than 1 or two times a year (at best). Undoubtedly, the Golf Clubs in question are paying Condo to be their “black member”, much the same way Hoover pays she, Tommie Sowell, and Shelby Steele as racial cover.

In for a dime, in for a dollar… Indeed.

Golf Girl?

Golf Girl?

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has joined two exclusive golf clubs in Alabama.

Rice is a native of Birmingham and has family there, though she does not own a home in the city. Chief of Staff Colby Cooper says the golf memberships at Greystone Golf & Country Club and Shoal Creek golf club are part of an effort to reach out to citizens of her home state.

Shoal Creek came under fire for having no black members in 1990 as it prepared to host a major tournament.

Rice has visited the Birmingham area twice in the past four months. She was in town last week researching a book about her parents and found time for golf at Shoal Creek with club president Bobby Luckie.

Rice is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution public policy research group at Stanford University.

All due respect to Ms. Rice, but some folks enjoy being tools, even controversial. Some folks even do it for crumbs of recognition.

I was just thinking about Ms. Rice for whatever reason, where she was, how’s she’s fairing, that sort of thing.

There’s a post over at that the other place, whose writer’s credentials are available simply by doing a Google search. Yet, without any vetting at all he is posted as a viable authority in predicting the outcome of President Obama’s administration.

That sort of water carrying is sensational and ludicrous and can’t be taken seriously.

True, Taf – about the water carrying. But Skinny supports the folks who do that, and who propagandize it. The defense that somehow it is a “spectrum of thought” is a bit on the weak side, considering the number of blogs who are on the left…

Who don’t feel the “validity” of quoting Marx and Lenin.

I don’t know bt, are there too many ego’s among black Conservatives? Do they have any real GOAL, other than to simply be different than the rest of us?

They could create a movement within the Republican party that would finally run racist out to sea, permanently. Giving them no cover.

There was a time in Republican history when they took the moral high ground, but not so much anymore.

I asked BT a similar question not that long ago… money is the goal. I don’t think black conservative ego is at play as much as the attention it generates, and what that attention brings monetarily.

I suspect most – if not all – of those who post on the other site get paid to do so, and I also suspect “skinny” gets paid as well.

I hope she DOES get paid, Steve, those water buckets can be downright oppressive.

I think these Guys and Girls (Condi and Co.) are a part of the Negroriti, they really don’t feel they have anything in common with the rest of us. Look at How Lena horne’s Daughter Gail wrote about her family in the Harlem Era.You I know have heard of Jack and Jill and Black Society. They really feel they have total acceptance in that world, it is the world uncle tommy clarence wants to be a part of…and even he can not get is called born to the manor!!(Smile)

I am not saying Leana bought into any of this just that her daughter wrote about it’s existance..
Because I love me some Leana Horne..

I took my mother to see her when I lived in San Francisco and it was one of the highlights of Moms life, and Leana was so gracious to my Mom, as we were the only faces in the room, we were invited to the second show on the house or on Ms.Horne.

    That’s another story.
    Love your blog.
