Bill Moyers, and now Maxine Waters have seen enough of the conservative effort to defeat President Obama at any cost…

He does need to grow a pair! He is no longer campaigning and the racist in this country are not going to let up. Since they want to portray him as Hitler, the Boogey Man, and the Socialist monster, he minus well to playing nice get done what he the people (the popular vote) wants while POTUS.

I am getting pissed with watching the spineless Democrats and the lets play nice Obama Administration. Bush and Cheney did not give a damn about pushing by threats, executive power, and any means necessary their agendas.

Whatever happened to it being a crime to threaten the POTUS. It is happening out in the opening with no consequences…freedom of speech my a$$!
That is pure BS and a cover for the racist in the Republican Party.

I don’t know how I feel about this. Working with people and finding common ground is a desirable workstyle and I think it’s Obama’s way. And during the campaing of 2008, it certainly played in Obama’s favor not to behave like an attack dog as some were admonishing him to.

However, it is also true that those opposed to him are capable of playing (and will play) every dirty political trick there is. I recognize that the bottom line is that politics is all about the votes, and the majority should move the agenda.

So I sit here torn. Obama is better than his detractors, and it also is impossible to reason with the unreasonable.

Obama has no choice but to reject the idea of reasoning with Republicans if he wants to get anything done. Bipartisonship (beyond one or two individuals) is a myth.
