The vehemence and vitrol of the anti-Health Care Reformers has nothing to do with the issue on the table.
It is all about race, racism, fear on the part of the white middle class, and outright pandering to racism on the part of their leaders.

Tim Wise integrates many of the things I’ve been connecting all week. Seeing the treatment of Maxine Johnson last week by James Winfrey, 67, of Cedar Hill was dissappointing, to say the least. The audience’s applauding pointed out how quickly a crowd of people with a sense of entitlement and lost, can lose a sense of right and wrong.

I Think he thought it would discredit Tim Wise. However, the real damage was take by O’Reilly.

It’s telling that we can see the same thing and have completely different takes.

O’Reilly utilized the “stonewall” in his discussion with Hill. The way it works is to posit oneself as the “authority” on what is true or isn’t while successively raising the bar as to what you “consider” true.
You will notice that O’Reilly offered not one factual iota of information either to counter what Wise or Hill said. What he continued to speciously claim is that “I don’t consider that”, and “I don’t believe that”…
It was the deflection of a racist.

With racist clowns toting guns at the Town Halls, I wouldn’t consider going to one unless I was packing…
Which means, I wouldn’t go at all due to concerns over safety.
What this is is a naked threat to the First Amendment rights and physical well being of those supporting a real conversation and debate over how Health Care should be reformed in this country.
Bottom line, the Rethugs always resort to the gun when they are losing.
