To John Lennon’s “Imagine”… Herman Cain shows that he should really be trying out for the X Factor, instead of trying to run for political office…
The beginning of the Cain Minstrel Show
Imagine there's no pizza I couldn't if I tried Eating only tacos Or Kentucky Fried Imagine only burgers It's frightening and sad You're lucky you have pizza To feed for kids for you Only frosting or cookies And no dishes you must do Imagine eating pizza Each and every day

Don’t know if anyone else has caught this one, but over the last 2 weeks there has been yet another talent show trying to mine the Gold first produced by American Idol. This one, loosely focuses on Acappella style singing, but fundamentally fails due to trying to mix styles and sizes of groups competing against each other.
Despite the format and structural issues – one group stands head and shoulders above the others in professionalism, skill, and ability – Nota.
These guys are definitely in the Ray, Goodman and Brown/Persuasions (Ain’t got no Band)/Boyz 2 Men class – Check them out:
In the event you’ve never heard of the Persuasions – here’s a clip of them performing more traditional material in Washington DC’s Cellar Door Club in 1974 -
They were originally signed by Frank Zappa – and performed over 40 years on stage. My fav?
An old Sam Cooke song -
